  I have a Baseboard of action white or black flashing in or outside my captured image, even with manual settings AWB or BM.   I have not experienced this after the purchase and use of my T6i. I am at a loss why I feel that.  I'm shooting with a USM Tamron 70-200mm f2.8 DI Vc.   I shoot soccer in broad daylight and under the lights at night @ but I have the same problem with other photos as well.  My old T2i has never had this problem.  Y at - it something wrong with my camera or am I just not put something correctly?  I lived in the book tries to address this problem; However, I can't find anything that I put in line with the instructions manual that defeated my problem.  Someone at - it guidance to this problem?  I would be grateful for any assistance with this anomaly.  Another thing is that I only got my T6i for four months and the lens about two months less.  I can adjust my problem with the Canon software better if I shoot RAW, which I did.  When I shoot in Jpeg and imagers are washed out and almost white, I gave up trying to fix because of the distortion.  The image is just sunk.  Help

  First, since you have evolved around your white balance and perhaps other settings light up in the manual for instructions on how to clear the device settings (this should be a subject of Index).

  Like Bob, if you are shooting in conditions with retro-lighting in particular, you can have a scene that exceeds the what is called the dynamic range of the camera. If your subject is properly exposed, but the background is too bright, you will get the "blinkies" which are the tewlling you the background are more exposed.

  If you get a washed-out picture you probably have a bad parameter. Erase the camera settings, choose Center of focal point and program Mode and shoot a scene in the light of the 'normal' day - subject to the Sun with the sun behind you. If that comes out OK nothing wrong with the camera. If not OK then it could be a camera problem if it comes up with several lenses.

• Irish critical update needed to solve the problem of black and white tv on the G20!

  I recently had trouble with the implementation of the tv on my Qosmio G20, I was directed in the direction of an issue of black and white affecting earlier models. The solution to the problem was to use the drivers of the g20 and run 2 reg files.

  Having done that I tried all combinations Irish possible, with still in black and white without success, I then tried UK and got the color.

  I mucked with the recording files and found that there is no Irish layout in the file, then when a user updates to Ireland as their situation they will always get black and white.

  The Ireland uses the exact same settings for television as in the United Kingdom, however if a person chooses UK they fall outside the Irish guides or Irish to choose channels amongst (Ireland is not part of the United Kingdom)

  I found the settings for the United Kingdom-

  Thinking the 44, was the dialing code for the United Kingdom (which took a while to understand), I added an entry to register with exactly the same parameters but with the Ireland and 353 above.

  Your problem is a specific problem of the country. It is not easy to say what may be the problem. The only thing I can suggest is manual programming of the channels. You can maybe on this way to find an exact frequency of this channel.

  I m not 100% sure, but I think that it s a question of PAL/SECAM/NTSC settings.
  Each country or region uses different PAL/SECAM/NTSC setting.

  As far as I know, the PAL is available in Europe and NTSC is available in the United States.
  But European countries also support different parameters of PAL.

  You should check if you are using the right PAL settings that exist in Ireland.

  I recently bought a new notebook Satellite L10-192, and I have trouble with the video out of service.

  The image on the TV screen is black and white. I have read and followed the instructions of the manual (indicate the video mode PAL B, etc.), but it is always black and white.

  In my opinion, your settings on the laptop are right but please check your TV also. I put t know if your TV is a S-video port or you use a S-video adapter. Please check menu TV. Maybe it's for S-video option in the port.

  If the TV doesn't have a S-video port, you can connect your unit as follows:

• Satellite M30: black and white TV with S-video output

  I have a M30 bought in the United Kingdom currently I am in the United States
  When I try to connect my M30 to my TV via a RGB cable, it works very well but failed to get a similar result via S-video. The image is black and white and very fragile.

  Is it to do with the fact that the standards of television in the United Kingdom and the United States are different (PAL or NTSC) or is this something else?

  Can you recommend how can I change the output format of the S-video signal?

  The fact is that U.S. NTSC standard and it can be the reason for this, but if you use connection S-Video S-video port on the TV must be turned on. If not, the image can be produced in black and white.

  I own a Toshiba Satellite A200 - 1 M 4 model, and the problem is with the TV available. When I connect the s-video cable to the TV, the TV shows a signal black and white instead of color. I've tried the settings PAL and NTSC on the TV but nothing worked.

  Went to the market to look for if there is a fault of cable but changed 4 or 5 wires and the problem is the same.

  I guess one of the store people said that there is a software to convert black and white to color.
  I googled to find out more but ended up with nothing

  I assume that your TV settings are wrong.
  I have the same problem. I've connected the laptop to the TV of the parents and the captain was black and white. But the captain was fine on my TV.

  I activated the option s-video on the other TV and I got the color ;)

  When I try to connect my TV to my Dell Inspiron 6400 with ATI Mobility Radeon X 1400 card, all I get is a black and white image. I have tride all the PAL settings.

  What I tried: I connected the s-video with an s-video cable output to my TV s-video connector (composite) result: no color image, just black and white of my office.

• Undesirable color black and white tone

  I applied a preset to an image, and overall I am it except that it has a pinkish tone to it.  The Panel to develop shows it as a black and white image (not just desaturated) and there is no signal applied through the Panel of your split (two levels of saturation set to 0%).  I can't understand the color - I would like to reduce it or change the color without having to hang around in Photoshop.  If anyone has had this problem or know a solution?

  Dorin has suggested, you must ensure that there are no local color brush or graduates applied to the image. Before ask you, no, this isn't a bug, it's a design feature. Unfortunately, one causing more that it's just share of confusion.

• 23 Firefox with JWPlayer shows video in black and white

  Just upgraded to FF 23 Win8 running. Videos using JWPlayer now reproduce in black and white with a vertical bar on the RIGHT side of the green screen.

  YouTube and other videos work fine.

  It is not a problem with the video source that I can upload them and they display properly. It runs only in a page of FF.

• My screen seems to have gone out.  Everything worked well then there black and white vertical lines on the screen.  Had to make a hard stop, bury ashes hold the power button. Now no display

  This looks like a bad graphics card. What happens if you hold a flashlight on the screen, you see the desktop or not?
