  It may be a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the profile folder

  Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the profile folder

  • Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file

  If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.

  You will have to redo the App Tabs and tab groups after delete sessionstore.js.

  I use a NB100 running Windows XP Home Edition. There is I believe that some utilities running who remember that the windows are open, when I stopped the netbook, and who then reopens them when I then start it.   There are utilities, you can install that will remember your applications open to restarting. "SmartClose" is one of them, google is your friend.

  I have windows 7 on a new computer and when I try to send a link, it goes to my account gmail rather than with outlook. This is a new computer. On my old computer with the same operating system the email link button opens my outlook account so that I can send the link. Does not include why it works on the old computer but not new.
