  Apparently, you have activated 2-factor authentication for your Google account. You will need to create a new password for specific application to Thunderbird.

  If you don't remember the password, then you must restore the device to remove it. You can then restore the device to your last backup. If the device has been disabled as you say, then turning off and on again will not disable the old password, it will remain the same unless you changed it.
