  I think that you are writing about Hardware configuration CD of the CallManager. If you are, then this is a NO-NO.

  You need the disks of the Platform Configuration that is provided with the server if you have purchased the license for the windows 2000 Server.

  Some things to check are

  (1) check whether the installation ISO image is bootable image

  (2) boot in the BIOS of the newly deployed virtual machine and make sure that the CDROM is listed before the HARD drive in the boot order

  (3) in the settings of the virtual machine, make sure that the CDROM is connected and available when starting
