Garmin iQue cannot refresh the Office

Hello, I gave up on Palm Desktop on 12 months back and have been using Chapura with Outlook to synchronize all my data but I thought I'd give the last Palm Desktop to try to see if problems have been fixed.
My device is actually a Garmin iQue, but it looks like a T5 slip.
I saved all my files memo and original Agenda and then install Palm desktop 6.2 and I now see the backup the files seem to be located in C:\Users\BT\Documents\Palm OS Desktop\name\.
But for example I see in folder MemoPad files updated when I do a sync is memopad.bak and memopad.bak.bak.
The memopad.dat file is ever updated. It has a date of file that belongs to my last hotsync with the old system and the memopad.mdb also not then regenerate perhaps that it is a mistake in my registry which Palm desktop installation has not set?

Same result with calendar and contacts. The files are not updated and therefore there is nothing in the GUI desktop for one of them.

My settings are for handheld to replace office in every case, but I also tried to sync and it made no difference.

I'm more concerned by the loss of the data on the handheld.

WyreNut thanks for the comments. I tried this difficulty of Pimlical and same result.

Now I've identified the bug, I think I'll just make a script to convert the .mdb .db files after each hotsync and live with it. It is indeed a bug because the program cannot write the file required for the display of information in the GUI. Fortunately, this is a simple solution.

  • Cannot access the Office of Mobile site

    Hi all

A customer asked me to add a mobile version of their site, which has been done.

Now, they are asking for a redirect button view the Office website so that people can access the full content if they want to.

However, when the link is done he simply load to the top of the mobile version again.

Safari on the iPhone has a feature "request site office" - but even that redirects to the mobile site.

Is there a way to stop what is happening?

    Site is: www.esteponagolf.com

Thanks in advance for anyone to help!

    Hello

When you create the hyperlink you manually inserted the URL "http://www.esteponagolf.com/index.html".

If Yes, then remove and select desktop from the drop-down list homepage and it should work for you. Look at the screenshot below.

Preinstalled version of Office is not a full version. It is the 60-day trial version. 60 days, you can use Office and test it. If you like it, you must purchase a valid license.

Which is the reason why you can't find the license code. Your seller is unfortunately not well informed about the products they offer.

or I'm far from base, is there another solution? afraid to touch anything without the advice of expert-thank you

    Hello

You upgrade to Office 2010 or did you do a fresh install?

KB982158 is an update of security for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. As you have already installed Office 2010, you don't need this update.
I suggest you remove all components of Office 2007 from the computer, including add-ins for Office 2007 from the control panel
and see if that fixes the problem.

    Follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, then Control Panel.
    2. click on programs or features.
From here you can remove office 2007 and its components.

Refer to this link for help:
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/uninstall-or-change-a-program

I also want to mention that if you get the same error code when installing other updates, you can then follow the steps in the items listed
in my previous post. You can perform the steps of Vista on the computer Windows 7 from the first link. Also since the second link may be made
    on a Windows 7 computer.

You can also post the question in the Forums of Microsoft Office for assistance.
