• Topics appear twice in the list of topics, however, each does exist only once in the project.

  Some subjects appear twice in the list of topics, but each exists only once in the project files. What are the causes for this and what can do to prevent it? I am using HR 11.0.4.291. I deleted the CPD file.

  Here is an example:

  

  Change in all files in a folder specific to say the first element. There may be two files in the same folder that Windows does not allow that. My guess is that the duplicates are in different folders and change the folder will help you find the original and the duplicate.

  Also open both the list of topics. Should be the red squares in it? If Yes, you have sort of a release in the source.

• Content and the list of topics build Tags

  View the topic list does not show the properties of the tag Content to build all the subjects that have.

  Using Windows 7, 64-bit, RH9-HTML.

  I checked the properties of some of the subjects and that they actually have a label of selected construction, but this tag does not appear in the column of the tag Content to build in the display of the list of topics.

  I don't exactly know when it changed, but I recently upgraded from RH8 to RH9.  Could have been then.

  It seems that the tags work for my generated layout.

  Only one other common point seems to be they are all topics not in a table of contents (TOC = no), but there could be others.  Is it normal?

  I think that we compare the spider to hedgehogs here. Build labels can be applied to content within a subject. (Words, paragraphs, characters, Images, etc.) and they contained level tags. But build Tags can also be applied to the entire field. There are two columns, you can choose to display to the pod of the list of topics. You are showing the column tag Content. If you right click on the bar of the label and activate the topic level column, you should see what you presented in the first image is listed as he seems to have a label applied to the level of the topic.

• Export the list of topics

  Is there an easy way to export the list of topics? I tried to select all and copy/paste, but without success. I want just a simple list in Excel - and I want the list with the name of the file (xxx.htm), not the text that I get when I generate a table of contents.

  I need to generate a report containing a list of topic titles and names HTM vaues in RH9 project. Guidance on how this can be achieved?

  Use tools > reports > the menu heading Properies. If you use the Options button to deselect all options, you'll end up with exactly what you want. You can even export to TXT or RTF file.

• Subjects are not in the list of topics

  I imported several topics in RoboHelp and they checked in to source code control. Then, after trying to change the color of a conditional compilation tag, RoboHelp crashed. Now I have the themes in the project file, source control and file root.fpj, but they do not appear in the list of RoboHelp topics.

• Removal of the topics in the list of topics but not project

  I would like to delete a few topics of my topic list but not my project. I don't know how I go about it. Links to other topics that can be removed? I don't want to not all references to the deleted subjects remaining in the project. I could not really nothing found in the forum discuss this in particular.

  Try this. Create a label called conditional construction OBSOLETE. Attach to any topic that you don't want to (permanently or at least for the moment) in your results compiled or generated. While you compile or build the project, be sure to exclude OBSOLETE headings in your statement of construction.

  I also move all my OBSOLETE subjects in a folder of the same name in the project. They are still there, can be returned to service if necessary, but they are out of the way.

• xbr65x900c and HT-CT790 no sound, showing not not under the list of the bravia sync devices and not under the control of home theater

  Instead I used a HDMI cable, that I got with my xbox one and it worked!
  Also the bravia sync works and home theater!

• Adding a selection "in white" for the drop down menus under the list items.

  You cannot add a white as an item in the drop-down list. So I put a space using the space bar while adding items to the drop-down list.

  I use RoboHelp 8.0.2 to produce HTML Help.

  Instead of having a related topics button, I would like a linked list of topics to appear (if the user doesn't have to click to see the list of topics and if there is that one topic is not automatically taken it).

  Ideally, it would look like this:

  Heading A

  Heading B

  I understand that I could do it manually, but then I wouldn't have RoboHelp keep track of these things for me.

  There isn't really anything that RoboHelp would specifically do with control of related topics that would offer you no advantage compared to a list of links.

  For example, manually add you subjects to control currently. If you update one of the subjects in the control so that they have a different file name, RoboHelp does follow and update the name of the file for you. Here again, he'll do the same thing if you have a list of links.

  You may be under the impression that if you were to change the title of the topic that control related topics would be changed to reflect the new title. But you would be wrong.

• Put in regular page of e-mail does not display message in the list messages

  Hello brick,

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

  I see that your wife's Mac shows the display of the message during the classic presentation.  As you can see the small circle at the bottom of the screen, indicating that the screen has been pushed all the way down, eliminating the part look at a message.  Simply click, hold and drag the symbol upwards to bring this part of the Mail window.

  Is there a way to see the State by way of assignment to be listed with the topic name?

  In other words, I created a number of list items to take into account the review cycle.

  If I run a status report, I can see how many subjects have the classification of engineering response need, but I can't find a way either to get a list of people or to sort the list of topics to make items on the screen.

  Clues? Another way to do this? I noticed that the categories are listed in the Checklist-topic Meta tag in the HTML code. I use Windows 7. Is there a way to search the content of the HTML files in a particular folder? I tried to search for the content, but he doesn't find anything.

  Try the report properties topic. This shows the status and the tasks marked against a subject, the two are unrelated. This report can be saved in a text file, and from there you should be able to get the information into a spreadsheet for analysis.
