  It is a silly question. I have 40 + process that I need to produce documents for AsciiDoc and I am basically manually copy and paste the names of variables, inputs, outputs and descriptions. All this is stored in the CPO process and I wonder if there is a way to access these variables on a per process basis?

  Our team relies heavily on CPO and we have dozens of processes today, hundreds of tomorrow. It would be super handy to have a way to automatically generate documentation based on existing information in the process. This will make it easier to update the documentation in the future because the processes are refined/changed/added.

  I love this idea! It does not already exist, but could be useful to raise a CDETS to the central team of CPO. I think that this could be done through content, but nothing exists for affecting still.

  I create an ad with four text fields labels fname, lname, city and province, and I wanted to know how to generate URLS based on the information entered in the fields. The text of the default fields to display "Name," "Last Name", "City" and "State", respectively, but if a user does not enter information in these fields, I want the URL to behave as if those who were empty, if that makes sense.   My problem is that I need to generate alerts in my app where time window is 30 minutes away and it is offered on each new incoming events, so if I event1, event2 event3 in the first window of time where event2 and event3 cause an alert and I event2 event3, event4 in the second window of time so my alert will be generated twice , but I need an alert to be generated once.
  
  Is there a solution to filter the events that caused an alert to avoid duplicate alerts?

  Last week, I started a trial of Robohelp 2015. I use it on Windows 7 with Word 2013. Last week, I generated print materials for a project I created with Robohelp 9 and Word 2010 many years ago. It worked fine with no problems. Today, after making a few changes to the documentation I tried to generate documentation printed again and nothing happened. LHS came as usual and I clicked 'Save and generate' and then came the caveat on the replacement of the docx file and I clicked OK and nothing happened. The output display window remained totally blank and no docx file was written. Can you help me please?

• Cannot generate the Documentation printed in Word

  I'm upgrading from RoboHelp 5 to RoboHelp 7 because the old version is not compatible with MS-Word 2007. However, I'm unable to generate documentation with RoboHelp 7. He keeps giving an unclear error message:
  
  "Microsoft® Word has not been started on this computer.
  "Launch Word and click on 'Start using Microsoft® Word' option before generating the Documentation printed again."
  
  I run Word, but there is no option 'Start using Microsoft® Word' on Microsoft Word or RoboHelp 7. I thought it might have something to do with my regular user account. Yet, I still have the same error message after upgrading my account to an administrator.
  
  I found some articles with a similar problem, but I do not have open office installed.
  
  Can anyone help?

  After some research, I'm finally able to generate printed documentation. Not sure what I've done has really solved the problem. In any case, that's what I did:
  1 downloaded and applied this security fix for printed documentation.

  2. download and apply this hotfix.

• ISE 2.0 CSR with several OUS

  Recently, I have set up a new server ISE 2.0 and can't generate a CSR.  The problem is that our CSR requires more than one ORGANIZATIONAL unit. IUG EHT 2.0 certificate signing request, there is only one space into an OU, so I think that you should enter the entire chain OR on this line.

  

  Now when I generate the CSR I have to add several UO - in ISE 1.3 there was a subject line to enter the entire string. 2.0 - not so much.

  

  When I check the CSR using openssl for the right object before sending is what I see that I think is wrong.

  I tried to flee the "equal" sign with a backslash, but the OU\ = always shows up. Once more, I'm sure that isn't true since the first ORGANIZATIONAL unit has no one-in front of the "equal" sign.

  I've never had a problem on our server ISE1.3 or our ACS servers to the generation of CSR. Has anyone encountered this problem? Am I missing the proper syntax? Cisco has no documentation on several UO in 2.0 of ISE.  I have a TAC is open, but I just wanted to see if someone had met or knows how to solve this problem.

  NETWERK - as a solution, getting up a server 1.3 and generate your certificates. Once signed, export your pub key and pvk and import into 2.0. Of course, everything should match but it should work. If your use of a wildcard, it must be fast.  If this isn't the case, you will need to repeat the process for each node. GL

  I saw several post, documentation and several tutorials and cant' wrap your head around the query. I am creating a hierarchy of hosts in a model parent child and for each parent, I need to generate html code. I now have the id of the top most parent but has difficulty to get the logic to generate the output I need.

  In short, I have 1 parent with children and some of these children may be parents themselves and the parent over the top of the PAGE is always-1

  I need to call the pl/sql function to generate the code (only and only if it is a parent)

  I've been at this for awhile and only have the basics but are struggling to try to get what I need. I'im so confused at this point I don't know even how to explain it.

  So bear with me, I have included the test data for all who can help:

  -STEP 1-> OK

  -STEP 2-> DON'T know what I'm doing, but I'm generating an output of hierarchy

  It may be easier to do using PL/SQL. Here is an example that you may be able to take as a starting point. It uses recursion to write lines in a simple table, then writes the table at the end.

• How to remove an old topic that comes up constantly in the only printed Documentation output?

  When I generate Documentation printed in my project, I get this error around a topic that I have deleted several days ago and prevent the chapter being created in Word output.

  

  When I go to the section for the printed Documentation configuration screens, she appears as being missing. There is no way to delete the topic while in this form.

  

  The theme/html file no longer in my project. I deleted the subject through the HR interface (as opposed to just delete in Windows). I have no broken links, and WebHelp output generates very well.

• Is there a way to automate the generation of documentation for a function panel?

  We have a few DLL projects that contain files of the Panel (.fp) function.  Bind us a help to the DLL file so that we can call the help file when using TestStand.  As part of the construction, we must manually run the Options-> generating Documentation-> HTML.  Then load us the .hhp file in the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop tool and select the file-> compilation to generate a .chm file.  Then in LabWindows/CVI, we can build our DLL with links to the help .chm file.

  Everyone was able to automate this?  It seems that it would be convenient generate the help file in the section actions before generation steps to build the project.

  Note: this slightly more complicated process of the generation of the .chm file replaces the former method of generation of a .hlp file in LabWindows/CVI.

  Yes, you can use the CVI ActiveX GenHtmlHelpFromFPFile function to perform the same operation by program. • No approvers found several approvers causes error step

  I have an approval process in two simple steps for ePerformance documents.  The first step is a senior reviewer approver; The approver is the Manager of the person presenting the assessment of the employee.  The second and final step is a review of the Department.  Examiners from the Department are generated by a list of users based on a query.

  I just experienced a bad situation in which the list of users based on a query to the examiners of the Department didn't all approvers.  This resulted in a step to generated error as shown below.  The disturbing part is that the step of the generated error had several approvers specified in it.  In my case, it was about 500 approvers in this group - basically all of the supervisors in my organization.  Worse still, the assessment became available in the pages of the approval status view for all of these supervisors, resulting in a privacy issue.  Can someone tell me why this happened?  I have not an event On Error set up for this approval process - could this be the reason?  I tried to return the evaluation through the monitor approvals page, but which does not seem to remove it from all pages view the approval status of the supervisors.  The only thing that seemed to work was reopening the assessment and then have the new shipment of Manager evaluation.

  If I'm missing something in my configuration which can help me to avoid this situation in the future, I would like to know what it is.  Thanks for any help you can provide!

  I try to extend our current infrastructure and would like to know if you know of any documentation concerning several deployments of virtual center. I think that when installing vcenter he ask if this EGG will be part of an existing VC. My question is simple how it is?, and how the database will be configured?, do I need to deploy a database in the new virtual server Center or it will get all the data to the remote site?

  i.e. I have a server VC in Houston and want to have another VC server in London, but using the same data from houston, but I just want to be able to log on to a local server of vc in London.

  Looks like you want to vCenter Linked Mode, where you can connect to an instance of vCenter and others. Databases are my distinct knowledge and local preference in each instance for performance reasons, only the vCenter service are interconnected.

  I use APEX 4.0.2 and I was wondering if APEX has the ability to generate documentation for an application. What I mean by that is to generate a list of all fields, all validations, processes, etc. etc. for an application in a single file/page. This includes all the field definitions and all of the code in the process. It would also be nice to be able to summarize all the comments the application in one place. The function "Search Workspace" is pretty close to what would be needed. This feature exists, and I simply haven't found?

  There is no function self-documentation, but it can easily be implemented using the APEX dictionary views (Application Builder-> APEX) views.
