Generation error cascades blackberry app
I create the new project and write some example of function.
But when I build & run I got errror
I check the error log and I see
Help me fix it!
same as before, look into the console.
My guess would be that you ignored the first line of the documentation indicating
"To create a link against this class, add the following line to your .pro file: LIBS +=-lbbdata.

Problems of Smartphones from blackBerry to Blackberry App World Server connection
I got a new Storm2 9550 and some of my applications didn't work properly when transferred from my Storm 9530. Among them Blackberry App world gives me the error:
BlackBerry App World is having problems connecting to the Blackberry App World Server. Check your network connections, and then try again.
I downloaded and reinstalled app world several times that I can count to no effect. I rebooted my phone, returned my service books and re-entered my THS several times, and it's not helping.
Help, please. I need to reinstall some of the apps I got go to app world and I can't do it until the app world features.
In fact, I understood the question myself. Apparently when it is attached to the WIFI, Blackberry App World does not want to connect. When WIFI is off (or out of range) and I use Verizon EVDO network, App World works fine. The RIM should be looking at why App World will not work on a WIFI connection.

Connection blackBerry Blackberry App world error
Can't access my BlackBerry App World apparently there is an error with the connection to the blackberry server. How can I fix it?
You are always dealing with that? If Yes...
What is the exact error?
Things to try:
Clear Cache BlackBerry World
Reset
Warm reboot
If you use the wifi try mobile, or vice versa
If none of the above solves the problem, the error message can give you something to go.

Error blackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry App World 80003
I got my BB Curve 9300 for more than a year and recently not been able to connect to my BlackBerry App World for some reason any.
My Blackberry App World is currently version V5.0.0.846.
When I click to enter the Blackberry App World, it says that I need to:
"An identity of Blackberry update is needed would you like to install" I then click YES
He tries to contact Blackbery ID server... and theni get this message
"The installation of blackberry identity failed. Please try again later (80003) plus"
Help, please.
If you get the error 80003, there are three corrections suggested to the user:
1. follow these instructions:
First delete AppWorld on your Blackberry OS 5 device, (Options > advanced > Applications) or the OS 6/7 devices (Options > device > Applications)
Then copy the entire address below and paste it into your BlackBerry browser or click on it from this page of your BlackBerry forum.
http://Santo.Asia/repository/BB-file/BlackBerryAppWorld.3.0.1.29.OS5/appworld.jad
or:
For OS7 devices: http://www.bbh-plus.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=2196
For OS6 devices: http://www.bbh-plus.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=2197
For OS5 devices: http://www.bbh-plus.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=21982. make sure that you connect to AppWorld on a WiFi connection. It has worked for some.
3. on OS5 BlackBerrys, go to Options, Advanced Options, TCP/IP. Select the AFN which is the first area. Under this
Next type Internet APN. Save it and it will work.
On the BlackBerry OS6 and 7, go to Options > device, down advanced system settings. Go to TCP IP. Select the first box and next to the AFN of type 'Internet '. Your BlackBerry ID will be downloaded. It will ask you to reboot your device, do, and if you then it in your App World > MyWorld, it invites you to a blue screen, where you need to connect.Good luck.

Hello

I tried to re - install app world, nothing seems not to work, my bb ID worked well on the previous version.Please advice or try to fix this error because it's annoying me a lot. I'm not able to install any application. Help, please
Hello!
Well, a few days ago RIM BlackBerry faced such a problem with the new BlackBerry App world.
But still, there is an alternative.
Connect your device with the USB cable to activate Internet computer laptop / desktop, then click on the following link:
http://appworld.BlackBerry.com/WebStore/
At the top right, there is a sign in option, the connection with your Blackberry ID.
And now, you can download the app even through your laptop/desktop computer for your device.
If you always want to do directly with your device, then keep trying by clicking Yes on the update of BlackBerry ID, once it is made 100% your device will restart and will allow you to download directly via your device as well.
I hope that solves your problem!

How to call the function cascade BlackBerry
I begineer in blackberry c ++.
I do two class is testobject and second in test .i call the onther text function average () and nexttext();
so please how to call this function.
// Default empty project template #include "TestObect.hpp" #include
#include #include using namespace bb::cascades; TestObect::TestObect(bb::cascades::Application *app) : QObject(app) { // create scene document from main.qml asset // set parent to created document to ensure it exists for the whole application lifetime QmlDocument *qml = QmlDocument::create("asset:///main.qml").parent(this); // create root object for the UI AbstractPane *root = qml->createRootObject (); // set created root object as a scene app->setScene(root); } void TestObect::test(){ qDebug()<< "****************Naveen"; } I insert also declared in the header file.
Q_INVOKABLE Sub test();
then I create another test class.
/* * test.cpp * * Created on: Apr 2, 2013 * Author: nksharma */ #include "test.h" test::test() { // TODO Auto-generated constructor stub } void test:: nexttest(){ qDebug()<<"***********Next test*********" } test::~test() { // TODO Auto-generated destructor stub }
error in the file namespace,
here in file herder
the namespace error
/* * test.h * * Created on: Apr 2, 2013 * Author: nksharma */ #ifndef TEST_H_ #define TEST_H_ class test { public: test(); virtual ~test(); Q_INVOKABLE void nexttest(); }; #endif /* TEST_H_ */
You have a space between the colon and the n in:
void test:: nexttest()
Another thiing, if you are using Q_INVOKABLE, you must declare Q_OBJECT in your front header file public:
If you're still having problems, try to clean up the project with Project > clean... -
Get the active navigation page in 10 blackberry app
I tried to reproduce this and also got the same error message. It seems that NavigationPane is not properly registered in the Cascades.
Added qmlRegisterType
() fixed it: ApplicationUI::ApplicationUI(bb::cascades::Application *app) : QObject(app) { // prepare the localization m_pTranslator = new QTranslator(this); m_pLocaleHandler = new LocaleHandler(this); if(!QObject::connect(m_pLocaleHandler, SIGNAL(systemLanguageChanged()), this, SLOT(onSystemLanguageChanged()))) { // This is an abnormal situation! Something went wrong! // Add own code to recover here qWarning() << "Recovering from a failed connect()"; } // initial load onSystemLanguageChanged(); //-------------------------------------- qmlRegisterType
(); <---------------- ADDED //-------------------------------------- // Create scene document from main.qml asset, the parent is set // to ensure the document gets destroyed properly at shut down. QmlDocument *qml = QmlDocument::create("asset:///main.qml").parent(this); qml->setContextProperty("_app", this); // Create root object for the UI AbstractPane *root = qml->createRootObject (); // Set created root object as the application scene app->setScene(root); } Another workaround solution is switching from QObject in settings:
Q_INVOKABLE void test(QObject *paneObj); ... void ApplicationUI::test(QObject *paneObj) { NavigationPane *pane = qobject_cast
(paneObj); Page *page = Page::create() .content(Label::create() .text("Test")); pane->push(page); } I have attached my test project (using NavigationPane * as a parameter) to the post.

WebWorks app not to recognize the plugin for Blackberry app
Hello! I'm portage a webapp Android to WebWorks. My Android application using Phonegap, so when I discovered the new WebWorks used to, it was a great relief. But the problem came when I tried to use the BlackBerry push service, because demand for some strange reason does not recognize the plugins I have installed through the console, just like the documentation says http://developer.blackberry.com/html5/apis/beta/blackberry.app.html.
Since then I have removed everything that belonged to the push service and I installed the com.blackberry.app plugin to test the ways that they are supposed to work. It debugged in the Web Inspector and I have this message.
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: blackberry
This error came from this line in my code:
Console.log ("the State of the screen is:" + blackberry.app.windowState);
In my config.xml file, I have the line:
I am new to this platform and I don't know if the plugins should be called somewhere in the html file or the js to make it work. Or is there something else wrong on how I use the plugins?
BTW: my application uses the last cordova because I developed since the SDK WebWorks 2.0.0.54, but my app Android used Cordova 2.0.0 and this library is called in the html code. So, when I tried to change the cordova for the last file, the application didn't work, so I left there where he was.
In the standard application of Cordova, the application calls app.initialize as follows (additional code left to show the implementation of the call and the scripts required):
