(GER) SWF loading and lose sound

It is the same project, but I feel that these two issues could be addressed in the same way. I have for sovereign wealth funds, let's call them 'Main' and 'Challenge '. Challenge has its all, except one, exported for that in the first picture, as I have several ACEs triggered events (onSoundComplete) that moves the read head. However, the size of the file became a little big (about 6 M), so we have added an external preloader, but now the sounds do not play. Similarly, 'Hand' calls for the 'challenge' for level1 after an onRelease, and audio also went to compeltely. So we are back to square one and try to understand if the preloader should be incorporated in the "challenge", but also to avoid the issue with her challenged level1 above 'hand '.

How to do this? Help!

When you create your sound instance, replace

var something: Sound = new Sound()

with

var something: Sound = new Sound (this)

  • (MX04) Pause a swf loaded with sound objects

    Hello

    I'm working on a presentation PowerPoint-esque where a user observes and listens to a swf loaded in the main sequence, click the button following (who unload the SWF, advances to the next section and load the next swf file), and the following watches. Make lather, rinse, repeat. Some articles are quite long, and I want to give the user the opportunity to take a break and play by click button.

    I know how to stop and start the MC container, but this does not prevent the sound object (and embedded CSM). I know how to make a break and start a sound object using the name of the instance of the object. Is there a way to pause the main story and keep the general enough so that any object sound stops when the user clicks on?

    Any help is most appreciated! MX04 and AS2.0.

    Thank you!

    I can't determine where the sound is defined and where you try to control it.  This will work but is sloppy coding:

  • With the help of a button to load and unload the external SWF in AS3?

    How can I use a button to load and unload a sequence of external SWF files, as a Next button and previous?

    I don't know if it will work because apparently you are trying to load a swf AS1/2, but try

    change the line to be...

    _swfTempClip = MovieClip (event.target.content);

    If this does not work, then you will need to create _swfTempClip as a new MovieClip and add the event.target.content to this MovieClip using addChild().

    So I have a HTML page (in the folder 1 subdirectory) and I stir in 2. SWF (in the subdirectory 2 folder (both files are located in the Parent Directory)).

    2 swf load 1. subdirectory swf 1.

    In 1. SWF, I have a video player (who charge video1.flv of video file) and run individually it plays without any problems.

    If I run the html code it loads two sovereign wealth funds but the video does not play because of an exception 'Stream.NotFound '.

    This arrangement of files and folders is a requirement for my project. So please can you tell me why this takes place the behavior and if there is a way to get out of there.

    Looks like this isn't very smart architecture requirement to have assets in all directions. If you can't convince people that created this architecture to get a real, you can play with relative paths and, perhaps, use LoaderInfo.loaderURL to get the videos folder since it seems that the video folder is a subdirectory of the folder where the swf 1.

    You call unload() on objects that you cancelled - where the error.

    You should do something like:

    {if (loader2)}

    loader2. Unload();

    }

    As for the null value passed into the function - null is a default value. In this way, you can call the low past nothing:

    Down()

    Or you can use it as a handler in which case it will be called by the Auditor:

    Down (mouseEventInstnace);

  • Loading and handling external SWF files

    I'm new to the Flex development environment.  In the past, when we put a large application in Flash, load us SWFs and pass relevant data.  I've created a flex application and want to load the swf compiled from another flex project.  I can do this and swf games, but how can I have access to the properties and methods of the loaded swf file?

    I was loading active flash converting them for bending of components customized by using the Flex components, but I don't want to put all my flash content in the components and add them to a large project because it would make a huge swf if all these swcs are included in the compilation.  Is it possible to load a swf file and access its attributes?  Or what I need to rework the way I build a large application consisting of many SWFs in the past?

    Sovereign wealth funds are loaded asynchronously, so that they are not guaranteed to be there by creationComplete.  The Protocol is to use the Event.COMPLETE to listen the FlexEvent.APPLICATION_COMPLETE of the loadedSM, then loadedSM.application must be valid.

    Note that if you type-casting of the application, you end by linking the application in the main SWF file classes, defeating the point of having a sub-application.  Use an interface or just loadedSM.application ["receiveObjects"])

  • Problem with swf and the sound

    Hi all!
    I created a flash animation that includes a sound effect (mp3). The animation works well and the sound plays as expected. But at the end of the animation, the sound is played again. I check my swf file, but sometimes a preview flash. If anyone has experienced this?

    Thank you!!!
    Brad

    Not sure, but you could try adding a script framework at the end of your animation with this code:

    this.stopAllSounds ();

    This line should stop all sounds playing on this timeline, without affecting the Captivate. I can't guarantee that, but it's worth a try. Now, if your animation focuses on AS3, then the above will not work. After return to it is and I'll write the code for you, or do a search (it is not a single line/method).

    Have a HD Sony Wega KDF E60A20 TV that loses the sound and picture for a bout a minute then light up again.

    I'm sorry to hear what is happening with your TV. I need more information about the problem you are having with the unit. When the TV loses sound and the image is there any light that flashes on the control panel of your TV (e.g. lamp, timer or power)? What is the video source connected to the TV?

    Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the TV.

    A power reset.

    1 turn off the TV.
    2. unplug the power cord of the TV from the power outlet.
    3. let the TV remain without power for 60 seconds.
    4 plug the power cord into the power outlet.
    5. turn on the TV.

    If the problem persists, try to pull up the TV menu when the sound and the image is lost, just press the Wega door button on the supplied remote control. See the menu? Note If there is no light, which will blink on the Panel of the TV when the problem occurs.

  • TypeError: Error #1009 (SWF loaded)

    I'm pulling my hair out on this one!

    I'm just starting a website (website full-Flash) using CS3 and AS3. I'm pretty much used to the new changes in AS3. I built a rough structure to make sure that the way I wanted to create the site would work (external swf loading, etc.). The tests worked.

    Now, I'm going to do real things, and I get this error as soon as an external SWF to load in:

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------
    TypeError: Error #1009: cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
    at test_fla::MainTimeline/test_fla::frame2()
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------------

    I tried this shrinkage, impossible to find the exact culprit (had to remove every shred of ActionScript, before starting to work again). So, I started to rebuild this film entirely - allowed out of the library and deleted all the layers. Did not work. Impossible to add a stop(); action in Frame 1.

    Then I started completely expenses File > New, rebuilt again. I tested after every single change. I finally built it up to the point where I first tested the original, and it worked. Then added some things more re-tested and I get the error again. Ahh, so I removed EXACTLY what I had just added. Re-tested. SAME ERROR - now it won't go away little matter what I delete!

    Crazier still is that I can always load in my other test SWF files and they have stock in them and they are set up exactly the same way - but they work...

    The entire site is new, so each SWF is CS3/AS3. I'm even not doing something crazy, so I'm pretty frustrated trying to build an AS3 all the site and I even do basic stuff...

    I can download/email the FLA files in question, if someone has the time to watch...

    Thank you
    Brandon

    It sounds ridiculous, but I think it had to do with the file names...

    I think that Flash CS3 has some problem with multiple file names using a hyphen, and start with the same word... I changed this:

    -test - container.swf
    -test - home.swf

    to do this:

    -test - container.swf
    -home.swf

    And rebuilt the home.swf from zero (new). And it seems to work now.

    Here, loads of test - container.swf the home.swf inside himself, I think he cannot know how to distinguish between the two because of the initial error in screaming "test_fla" rather than the name 'test-container_fla' or 'test-home_fla.

    Ugh.
