Get a genuine windows OS

After you have saved my laptop toshiba and microsoft, i've Bee this message that I do not use a real OS from windows. I also noticed that I was not able to install updates to all software from microsoft on my computer satellite phone. When I copy the text/image from the internet on any microsoft office, it doen't stick as the package always respond when I paste. I think that all this is because of the message «get a real winodw»

I hope to get help on this as soon as possible, thank you.

Hello
Have you activated Windows? Type activation in Help and follow the instructions.
In addition, probably problem could also be
Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130)
Best solution would be to re - install all...

  • SSD upgrade and now get "non-genuine windows" message at the bottom on the right.

I had Win7 successfully running for a month and chose to upgrade my SSD to a more capacious.  Use of Norton Ghost, I copied (cloned) system on the new drive.  After off, reset the player to the new SSD in BIOS and reboot, all I get is a clear blue screen with the «...» Windows is not genuine"message in the lower right corner of the screen.  I stopped, restarted and reset the original boot drive in BIOS, and now the drive gives me the same message.  So I have no Win7 working more.  Thank God I still have my old XP running.

    Any ideas or advice?

I've erased successfully to the top of my problem using the system restore.  I discovered an image file system intact and recent on my network which I copied on a USB key and the following restoration that everything is now works as before, and Windows is once more authentic.

Thank you all for the suggestions.

  • 'This computer is not running Genuine Windows' notification continues after activation

A few months ago, my PC Windows 7 Professional has started raising the notification "this computer is not running Genuine Windows" with the option "pay online now.
This Genuine Windows warning message a couple of times a day.
I have this PC for 4 years with no problems.
In Control Panel > system, Windows has shown as active.
I also noticed that Windows Update has stopped working.

In my research, I found suggestions about updating the Intel RAID controller drivers, what I did and it fixed the problem Windows Update.
    Genuine Windows warning messages continued.

I was unable to find my original product key Windows sticker/disc for the game at the Windows on the PC product key.
This pop-up became really annoying, I decided to buy a new key using the button «Solve online now»
I placed an order for "product name:" GGOK - Win7 Professional English "and activated Windows with the new product key."

I always get the Genuine Windows warning message popping up every day.

So my question is, how do we stop this message all the time to appear on a Genuine Windows active?

Here are the results of the execution of MCADiag after activation.

I can't see anything in your report to explain your non-genuine message.

I suggest that you look for malware.

I recommend that you run Disk Cleanup or cCleaner to remove temporary files as this will reduce the time to scan security software.

Start the computer in safe mode with network and download and install Malwarebytes (free version for users only - not the trial version), updated definitions and run in normal mode. Disable other security software while you do the analyses.

    Thank you for your response.

This is on a DELL computer.  I contacted DELL support and they have a bulletin on the basis of their knowledge.  The bulletin has a number of solutions for fixing this updates the BIOS including instructions, and updates the driver Intel.  For me, the update of the BIOS seems to have solved the problem.

It seems that license used for this particular MAK license was sold to many unsuspecting customers like you and become exhausted, resulting in its cancellation.

Normally in such circumstances in an environment where the license was actually acquired under a volume license agreement, the customer can contact their IT Department to replenish the number of activations allowed by increasing the threshold from which they can be done via the Volume License Activation Center.

Your best course of action is to try to get the genuine license.

Start by pointing out, you may be eligible for a genuine advantage kit:

    Reports of software piracy
    http://www.Microsoft.com/piracy/reporting/default.aspx

    Contact Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus#tab0

    To learn more:

Or buy a Windows 7 Professional OEM System Builder License on amazon.com and update the product key values:

    http://www.Amazon.com/Windows-Professional-System-Builder-packaging/DP/B00H09BOXQ

    then

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: slui.exe 3

    Press enter

Enter the product key and click next to activate via the Internet.

  • How can I get rid of the error "this computer is not running genuine windows? I feel I have tried everything.

I tried several of the fixes discussed on mine, the problem of the popup saying "this computer is not running genuine windows". I'm tired and ready by using Microsoft. I bought this computer with windows installed in 2011 and about a month ago I got the error. When I look at the properties of my computer, it says windows is activated. Help please.

    As expected...

I downloaded a file - sluicom64.zip - for my OneDrive to OneDrive Christmas

Please download and save to your desktop.

Right click on the saved file and select extract all...

Save it in the default location

This should create a file sluicom64.reg

Right-click on the file and select Merge

Accept the warnings, you should then get a 'Success' message

    Close all windows and restart.

Run another MGADiag report and view the results.

  • All of a sudden I get the following error message on my Windows 7 machine authentic "this computer is not running genuine windows.

I have a genuine Windows 7 Acer machine.  All of a sudden, I started getting the message above after owning it for a number of years.  I have read the discussions relating to this and downloaded the tool of diagnosis and am (as described in other posts) from this new thread to solve my problem.  The diagnostic tool gave me the following result (obtained by clicking 'Copy' tab of the Diagnostic tool Windows).  Your help in solving this problem is greatly appreciated.

  • Unable to update the product key to get rid of the message "non-genuine" windows

you are trying to enter my product key for genuine windows and get the error when you try to change the key: windows cannot access... blah blah. You may not be authorized. The path of the file is windows/system32/slui.exe. As the only person on this account, it seems that there are a lot of files that I can't access make permissions. Any ideas?

    you have two problems.

you use a Dell OEM SLP key on a HP computer. that does not work.
) SLP OEM: this key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with the special instructions isn't on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows 7 key leans on the motherboard and he sees special instructions and activates.
    your second problem is:
    Analysis of file data-->
    [File mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\sppcomapi.dll[6.1.7600.16384], Hr = 0x800b0100
    [File mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\systemcpl.dll[6.1.7600.16384], Hr = 0x800b0100
    [File mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\user32.dll[6.1.7600.16384], Hr = 0x800b0100

I can't help you with that until you get a real installation.
  • Message non-genuine windows appeared after Norton ran food Eraser and remove DNS 'bad '.

Hi, seemed to be getting some questionable e-mails of * address email is removed from the privacy * and then similar Skype allegedly asking me to download the voice message so contacted Norton and made scan with power eraser to check the virus.  They removed DNS 'bad' (no other prob) and then restarted the pc - then a message appeared suggesting I had non-genuine windows (this is XP Professional) and the background became black.  Well, pc from Dell with XP loaded about 6 years ago but about 3 years ago I got the virus and engineer new version of XP.  A friend told me to check it was authentic and I ran across Microsoft, and it was.  Receive regular updates of Microsoft for it and get the messages from Microsoft saying they would stop supporting it in April next year.  I really think I have a genuine version of Windows.  What is wrong and how there address.  It would be very happy if you could advise.

    Hi Carolina,.

Was it a Dell engineer who has reinstalled Windows for you?

In any case, if this is a Dell machine, there will be that a license key joined the PC somewhere, usually on the back, but if it's a laptop, it'll be below.

See this article for what to do if you can not solve the problem:

  • Standard upgrade to a non-genuine Windows XP?

I did a repair on Win XP installation, used one of several legitimate Win XP Professional CD with one of my several XP license keys.
It was after a physical reconstruction, the new disk, the new config.
This version of windows has failed the genuine validation.
I tried a lot of mods of regedit, different keys;  none worked.
Support says Windows XP is not supported, in addition to advice would cost me $99 and I had to upgrade to a new version of Windows.

    Question:
A standard upgrade of Windows will work on a non-genuine Windows XP in base?
It seems that the 'Get Windows Genuine Online' kit is a clean install, I would rather not rebuild my applications and data.

    Hello

Thanks for choosing Windows and thank you for providing an opportunity to help you.

According to the description, you are having problems with the upgrade.

Run the MGAdiag tool; Copy and paste the full report to analyze the problem.

Unfortunately, a standard upgrade of Windows will not work on a non-genuine Windows XP in base.

Answer to us if you are having problems with the upgrade or any other issue of Windows, and we would be happy to help you.

    Good day!

    Hope this information helps.

  • When I turn on my windows XP computer, I still get to the Windows Advanced options menu. that pressure?

WINDOWS XP my computer came during a break current, but when I turned it back on it keeps going to the windows advanced option menu? Safe mode button is not do anything or start windows normally. Don't know what to do?

You can select "Disable automatic restart in the event of system failure" and the next time that the system restarts, you should get the "Blue Screen of Death" (BSOD).  This will include a stop code and other diagnostic information that can help people help you here.

(text below in italics with the permission of L elder)

Here's a BSOD example showing information you provide:

    http://TechRepublic.com.com/i/tr/downloads/images/bsod_a.jpg

Send for the nose and the Red arrows (3 to 4 lines total).

Send all * line STOP message since there are clues in the 4 parameters.

If it looks like there is some kind of name listed in the STOP message file, send this line also.

Ignore the boring text, unless it seems important to you.  We know what a BSOD looks like, we need to know what your BSOD looks like.

However, more than likely your system files has been corrupted by the power failure.  Use your genuine Windows XP installation CD to start the Recovery Console:
    (see http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/ss/rconsole.htm)

    1. Put the CD into the computer and restart
    2. When the message "press any key to boot from the CD" press a key (if you don't see this message, you will need to enter your BIOS and set the boot order to boot from CD first) (if you don't know how to set up your BIOS, see http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/ss/bootorderchange.htm)
    3. Once the files load from the CD, press R to enter the Recovery Console
    4. You can get about choosing an installation; the usual answer is C:\Windows
    5. If you have set a password for the 'Administrator' account, enter it now; the default is blank (no password)

At the command prompt (C:\Windows >) type the following and press enter

    CHKDSK c: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.

If you don't actually have a real Windows XP installation CD, you got nothing to worry about.  Follow the instructions of the elder s below:

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget what you have (no XP media required).

This is not the same as recovery disks that might have come with the acquisition of the system store.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

When you install ImgBurn, DO NOT install the Ask toolbar.

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

Unfortunately, I'll be away from my computer for the next 2 or 3 days... then if the above does not help, and that no one else jumps, have patience.
