  If you can't do the work yourself (and there is no shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea), take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Please be aware that not all shops are skilled at removing malware, and even if they are, your computer may be so infested that Windows will have to be properly installed.   Yes, it's a scam. Do not give them access to your PC, they will try to steal personal data such as bank details etc. When they call again just tell them you don't have a PC or simply hung up. Never provide personal details or credit card number because they are also after the money too.

  Unless you have a prepaid contract or have opened a support ticket no Microsoft will call you about your PC problems.

  You can go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com to see all your purchases for the last 90 days.  You can then report any strange activity there.

  Open iTunes on your Mac and click your name (if you are not signed in, then sign to see your name). Then click on account information. Once you enter the account information screen, you will see a section called historical of purchases. Click 'View all' to see the list of purchases and the ability to watch the dates more.

  I suspect that "Windows Cleaner" utility is an rogue security or antispy/malware program.

  Tell us more about what needs to be edited and where you have a problem.

  Print 4/page, go to Edition > Print > Picture package (#4 drop-down menu)

• Had to make a restore point on a week ago – does not find PhotoShop and Bridge but CC says that they are downloaded.

  I had computer problems mega today - had to get back to a week ago and in the process lost my PhotoShop and Bridge - according to the site, they are downloaded and does anyone know how to uninstall if they do not show, so I can reinstall it on my computer...?   I think I finally found the place to uninstall both of them will try it and then reinstall.  If it helps I'll come here and remove this post.
  In fact, since it took me a few hours to understand.  One of the reasons why it took me a long time is that I've found another issue of discussion even vaguely touched on this topic.  The problem is the question was asked 2 years ago, and the instructions were not in the same place.  I ended up going to the creative, flat clouds screen on the right side of the screen and a small device (settings) appeared and the only option available when I did which was to 'uninstall '.  I clicked on that and when he was gone, I still once gave me the option to download them again.  At least my day ends with less stress he started.

  I just installed the latest Vision after installing Labview 8.5, and it seems that I can open files previous .vi I did that use functions like "IMAQ label" and "IMAQ separation", and while I can access the section "Utilities of Vision" of the Vision, I can't find the button for the 'Image Processing screw.   Hi Santiago,

  Is it custom screws you have created and added to your palette or programs that use the screw of the range of Vision and movement?  When you say that you have installed Vision, are you talking about software Acquisition of Vision or Vision Development Module?  Image processing screws are installed with the Vision Development Module.  Check out this KB to see if these are the screws that you always see.  I suspect that Vision Development module needs to be reinstalled.

  When I take all the raw images of my card and put in a new folder on my desktop. I then move the folder in my pictures on a 4 MAC/lightroom folder then open LR and select onlyy images I am interested and (remove disc) that I don't want. Then import into lightroon, for some reason any, they are always in the pictures folder?

  You cannot delete files in the Menu import, you must import them into Lightroom before deletion is possible.
