Get images processed green issued AFTER what they are downloaded

Well, I have a 'fun' one...

So I pocess my RAW (NEF) image with first lightroom, then photoshop (the two CC).  My finished images looks good, then I save it in JPEG format.  It always seems well.  I upload them to Facebook, he STILL lookes fine...

BUT... when my model downloads exactly the same image (JPEG) of my OneDrive (it seems still well on his hard drive), and then it downloads on her Facebook, it turns green/yellow.  Also, when I upload the image to some websites, it runs as green/yellow (with Facebook and my own Web site, no problem, but other sites like "myglamfolio.com", it turns green when I download).  Also, when I just put the image on a USB key and try to play on my TV, it turns as green/yellow.

On top of that, the problem is solved when I resize the JPEG with BDSizer.  (all diminensions)

This problem occurs only with images that are being processed with my Lightroom and photoshop CC.

See below for my version on Facebook, and then after it, the version of my model on his Facebook.  It's THE SAME EXACT of the image file, but hers is downloaded through OneDrive.

I really hope someone has a solution, because it is unprofessional of me to deliver "defective" my clients images.  My client thought that it was my picture finished and had not she tagged in his photo, I never would have known that I have provided his images "defective".

I'm a little frustrated liiiiiiitle, but I appreciate all the help I can get.  ;-)

I think that the default color space used by LR from the picture edit in Photoshop is ProphotoRGB, so, Yes, in Photoshop, you need to convert (not entitled) to the color space sRGB before saving it as a jpeg, if images are to be used on the web. As an alternative, you can use the "Save for Web" option that does all this automatically for you.
