Get the message to disable FIPS by connecting to the Internet

When I connect to internet, I get a window message saying I should disable fips & to go click on Administrative Tools control panel, I can't do it as I am new to this sort of thing, can someone help me please. Another problem I have is with my emails if I have to open an image, I get the point, but it doesn't allow me to go to see. I don't know how to tackle these problems. Help, please.

Disabling FIPS in administrative tools may help get the problem solved.

Perform the steps below, if you are using Internet Explorer.

Method 1: Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps.

a: Open Internet Explorer

b: Then click on Tools > Internet options

c: Under the tab Advanced , under Security, make sure that the following check boxes are selected

  • Use SSL 2.0
  • Use SSL 3.0
  • Use TLS 1.0

d: Click applyand then click OK.

Method 2: Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps to get the problem solved.

a: Press the Windows key + X

b: then click on Control Panel

c: Click Administrative Tools, and then double-click local security policy

d: In local security settings, expand local policies, and then click Security Options

e: Under the policy in the right pane, double-click on System cryptography: Use FIPS compatible algorithms for encryption, hashing and signing, and then click disabled.

What mail client do you use to access the mails?

Method 1: Download the image to the desktop and now try to open it.

Method 2: Right-click on the image, choose open with.

Select Windows photo viewer and check if the image is opened.
