GetPanelMenuBar() function PROBLEM
Hello
I have to get the ID of the menubar that is associated with a group of experts. The menu bar associated with the Panel is indicated in the control panel interface (.uir: Control Panel-> board settings-> Menu bar).
The Committee is loaded into memory by LoadPanel.
When calling the GetPanelMenuBar function in him passing my handful of Panel, this one always returns a value of 2 (corresponding to the first (menu) item in my menu) and not the Id of a menu bar.
Thus, by creating 3 menubar and by changing the Association thereof in the .uir of the Group of experts, even though the right menu is displayed, I always get the 2 value (while the function should me Lettermail 1, 2 or 3 according to the menu bar associated with the Group of experts).

I don't want to use the UI CVI Locator: I found this tool is not suitable for what I want to do.
I'll try to use another method or choose this solution at the last.

Function problem made Gaussian Peak.
Hello, everyone:
I have a problem, the buffaloes me completely. I am collect a signal of the spectrometer, and then use PIC finder to find peaks and fix them with the Gaussian curves. And that part works fine, when I tweak estimate. Next thing I've tried is to let a user choose a pic that he or she wants to adapt. Basically, I did the same thing previously, except that now it's the positions of the peaks set by the user, who are sent to Gaussian PEAK function to adapt. And here's the problem: Gaussian peak function simply do not Fit all incidental, it only to generate curves Gaussians, located at home position with initial amplitudes and the initial width. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing helped. I even tried to provide the function with a manually - set data it worked! But in my code it does nothing!
Any ideas how this can be possible?

Please form an example of ready-to-run, not a Subvi. None of your controls contain typical data.
It seems that your data have a large lag there, but your so fixed zero offset adjustment. You need modify the setting limits and define the limits of the offset of 0.0 to inf /-inf.
Easiets would be to right click on the entry of "limits" and "create a constant." Change it now, of zeros - inf and inf, respectively.

DATACOPY function problem using several variables quick

I have problem when I use more variables and then a quick calculation with DATACOPY function. When I put a prompt variable in function DATACOPY it works but when I add one or more it gives me error Essbasse (I can see it in the Essbase Administration journal not in the syntax checking process):

Finally, I solved my problem. That was the problem Essbasse how to understand the spaces between the dimensions. I didn't not use quotes for members and I put space between the arrows. It gave me an error I think because he did not understand space as the space. Now, when I use quotes and remove the space between the arrows cross dimensions it works.

I want to see the event_id between the result column, event_id is not null and unique
If I execute this query then output will be empty, said 0 selected lines.

I created a derived property that uses the Boolean function NodeIsLeaf().
The formula is:
If (NodeIsLeaf (), S, X)
The formula evaluates well and gives a correct result when you change the formula.
When I save it and go to the hierarchy and checking the value of the property at the level of the node, it shows just a white.
I noticed one thing was after a backup below is the error in the "evaluation results": message box
' DRM-25606: Invalid Boolean value: D..
When I check the formula I do nto see invalid return or something else, I've included.
Can someone tell me what can be the problem here?

I do not say that it will certainly solve your problem, but you might be surprised to know how many issues I have seen with access violations after upgrades and applications of a stamp that were resolved by encapsulating literals string with StrToBool(), even when they are returned by the functions of the system.

I created a series of button with references of SWFs to load that clicks on the buttons.
The click function only works for every third button. All the buttons and the names are iterated correctly.

I try to disable the F5 key via the F5 trigger of form but it does not work, I found another solution to this forum by changing the macro file, but is not a viable solution for me because a malicious user can edit this file on your PC and disable the control.
There is a safer method to disable the f5 key?

PedroThe question is not how to disable a key, it can be more how to disable a feature. What features you want to disable? Default F5 matches KEY-MENU-relaxation, if this is the function you want to disable, write a NULL value; in the KEY-MENU-relaxation.

Okay, I should have added more information. I managed to find a workaround. instead of using a standard list item, I just made each item container.
