• Problem with dynamically created in a loop function

  Hi, the project is to create a thumbnail image dynamically from a xml file and display an overview with the event delivery. My problem is that I dynamically create a delivery for each thumbnail and inside the function the name of the image to load. I get no error, but the loaded image is always the last of the loop. Where is my mistake? Is there a solution?

  When a while loop, and the beginning of the loop for, they are running from end to end before anything else happens.  so, it's a problem.  You also have an inconsistency of the left and right bracket.  then things get worse with nested functions and a timer that don't do anything useful.

  I don't see any way to correct your code.  but here's how I would do what you want:

• Function problem made Gaussian Peak.

  Hello, everyone:

  I have a problem, the buffaloes me completely. I am collect a signal of the spectrometer, and then use PIC finder to find peaks and fix them with the Gaussian curves. And that part works fine, when I tweak estimate. Next thing I've tried is to let a user choose a pic that he or she wants to adapt. Basically, I did the same thing previously, except that now it's the positions of the peaks set by the user, who are sent to Gaussian PEAK function to adapt. And here's the problem: Gaussian peak function simply do not Fit all incidental, it only to generate curves Gaussians, located at home position with initial amplitudes and the initial width. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing helped. I even tried to provide the function with a manually - set data it worked! But in my code it does nothing!

  Any ideas how this can be possible?

  It seems that your data have a large lag there, but your so fixed zero offset adjustment. You need modify the setting limits and define the limits of the offset of 0.0 to inf /-inf.

  Easiets would be to right click on the entry of "limits" and "create a constant." Change it now, of zeros - inf and inf, respectively.

  I experienced a problem with an application. I think I've isolated the problem in the "Timed loop question - Source Code.zip" attached source code. A detailed list of my results are in the attached document "Timed loop detailed question - Results.docx.

  Overview - it seems to be closely related to the IO files and the use of "Timed loops" on the OR cRIO-9012

  1. If I activate the e/s in two loops, then two loops crash simultaneously

  2. If I activate only the e/s in a loop, then only this loop crashes

  3. If I activate the e/s in two loops and make a 'While' loop earrings, then it don't crash

  4. If it is wrote nothing in the file I/o, then it don't crash

  5. If the reference to the file is left open instead of opening and closing on each call, so it don't crash

  6. If I try to run it on "My Computer", then it don't crash

  7. If the IO is only activated in a loop and programmed to wait for one second between the file access, then it always crashes

  In my real application, any given row is only writing (at least) once a minute, but I couldn't still my application to plant within a period of 24 hours by writing a single error of a single loop once per minute, with a low CPU use. It was the impulse to test the seventh point above.

  It seems that the best solution was to open the reference to the file and let it open. I think it is a good practice in general and I'll do the update in the application. This should solve the problem, but it is very difficult to verify this due to the sporadic nature of the question. As such, I'd like to understand what was causing the problem so I can verify that it was fixed. So far, my attempts to create a single, coherent theory able to explain all aspects of this issue have failed.

  I just wanted to know at all that there has been a request for corrective action (CAR #214156) has filed for this issue to be fixed in a future release. This seems to be a problem with the VxWorks operating system, we use in real time. We have additional cRIO chassis which have a Pharlap OS where it does not work. For now, you can search for this CAR ID notes to see if this problem has been resolved for publication in the future.

  Currently, there are two solutions, we have identified for this problem:

  1. open the file before the loop and close it after. (recommended)
  2 perform file i/o in a normal loop and transfer data to a queue.

  Video is really an add-on for the "rocket", which is actually a music player. You could investigate the new rocket +, which has a larger screen for video and may have a few more video features - it has just been introduced, so there is not much information on this subject.

• DATACOPY function problem using several variables quick

  I have problem when I use more variables and then a quick calculation with DATACOPY function. When I put a prompt variable in function DATACOPY it works but when I add one or more it gives me error Essbasse (I can see it in the Essbase Administration journal not in the syntax checking process):

  Finally, I solved my problem. That was the problem Essbasse how to understand the spaces between the dimensions. I didn't not use quotes for members and I put space between the arrows. It gave me an error I think because he did not understand space as the space. Now, when I use quotes and remove the space between the arrows cross dimensions it works.

  You might have better luck if you describe what it is you are trying to do, rather than how you try to do, because it is not obvious (to me at least) exactly what your code is supposed to accomplish.

  Your code is a lot of bad things.

  First of all the variables and functions are NEVER appointed by a capital letter at the beginning - you should always use a lowercase letter at the beginning when naming variables and functions. Things that begin with a capital letter are Classes or constants.

  You should not rely on the value of a variable to loop the loop is completed.

  If you're going to have to add an element to a specific location, you must say where this place is.

  It is not clear if it is an array or ArrayCollection collection.

  You can set a value of just table by processAdder [someIndex] = {Num_Mach:NoMachines};

  For a collection of ArrayCollection is processAdder... addItemAt ({Num_Mach:NoMachines}, someIndex);

  The documentation from Adobe is excellent - spend time looking for how things work.

  Most of the functions of aggregation (including COUNT) have analytical equivalents, which can produce the same results without causing the disintegration of all results in one line per group. The PARTITION BY clause from analytical functions corresponds to the GROUP BY clause in the aggregation queries.

• NodeIsLeaf() function problem

  I created a derived property that uses the Boolean function NodeIsLeaf().
  The formula is:

  The formula evaluates well and gives a correct result when you change the formula.
  When I save it and go to the hierarchy and checking the value of the property at the level of the node, it shows just a white.
  
  I noticed one thing was after a backup below is the error in the "evaluation results": message box

  When I check the formula I do nto see invalid return or something else, I've included.
  Can someone tell me what can be the problem here?

  What version of DRM are you running?

  Also, since NodeIsLeaf() returns a value chain, better programming practices would be:

  If (StrToBool (NodeIsLeaf ()), S, X)

  I do not say that it will certainly solve your problem, but you might be surprised to know how many issues I have seen with access violations after upgrades and applications of a stamp that were resolved by encapsulating literals string with StrToBool(), even when they are returned by the functions of the system.
