Getting back my previous version of Acrobat
Hello world
A month ago I upgraded my Acrobat 9 Pro for a DC Pro trial version. Now that the trial period is over and I want my 9 Pro back, since I think that DC is too expensive. How to return to the preivous 9 Pro version? Advice would be greatly appreciated!
You are welcome.

Restore a previous version of acrobat on my mobile [Android]
Recently, Acrobat DC appeared on my Galaxy Note (the first in the series Galaxy Note). I've probably updated to her. A lot, I prefer my previous version of acrobat file management system and I would come back. I can do this (not sure what version it was)?
We actively strive to restore the previous function. You can see in one of our future releases.
Thank you.

Acrobat Pro XI could not complete the installation process, even if the progress window said it was downloaded 100%. In the installation process it uninstalled my previous version of Acrobat, now I can't open the PDF files.
Hi RKrensel,
Please let me know the version of the operating system installed on your computer?
If you are on windows system, run this tool cleaner Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs & restart your system.
Make sure that there are no Adobe process running in the background using the Task Manager.
Then try to download & install Acrobat XI using this link Download Adobe Acrobat products. Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X & serialize using your Adobe ID

How to bring back the previous version of Firefox? I don't like FF4!
FF4 is not compatible with my Norton Toolbar and I need the toolbar it auto save all my passwords. And there are several other missing things that I'd rather have. I want the previous version back or I will go back to Internet Explorer, I guess.
Here is the process to roll back:
First of all, I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See your backup information.
Then, download and save Firefox 3.6 on your desktop for later installation. http://www.Mozilla.com/Firefox/all-older
Close Firefox 4, and then uninstall it. Do not remove your personal data and settings, the entire program.
Finally, you can reinstall Firefox 3.6. Unless you have installed an incompatible add-on, it should pick up where you left off. If there are serious questions, please post back with details.
Note: I have not actually tried myself!

Acrobat cc will not - install tells me to uninstall the previous version of Acrobat
I have recently signed up for Adobe Creative cloud and were able to update my applications Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver without problem. When I try to upgrade to Acrobat DC, it tells me that I have to uninstall earlier versions of Acrobat first.
I checked my system and all versions of Acrobat and Adobe Reader have been uninstalled.
I try to upgrade again by disabling the button 'Remove older facilities'. Nothing happens.
Should what I try next? I use Acrobat on a daily basis and am at a loss...

As I tend to use the arrows to scroll on my laptop as it is difficult to do with the mouse. I would like to be able to go to a single line of text at a time. When I updated to Firefox 10 I started to scroll 3 lines at once. So I was wondering if there was anyway I can't change a line scroll or know if I should roll back a version?
In fact, it gave me an idea that I then used to solve the problem. Thanks cor - el
For anyone who has this problem, follow these steps:
- Go to Subject: config
- Scroll to mousewheel.withcontrolkey.action
- Change the value of the column value to 1
- Restart Firefox
And this is how I solved the problem

How can I go back to the previous version of Adobe Reader?
How can I go back to the previous version of Adobe Reader? The DC version was not as well thought he could have. How I use Adobe Reader seems to me having to press 3 or 4 buttons for every 1 that I had to press on in the previous version. This 'New and improved' is 'New', but not necessarily "improved version". So please, how to get back the previous version?
