  • Yahoo of Smartphones from blackBerry email does not sync

I had to replace my first Storm 2 because it worked as expected. I had added my Yahoo email and I could read and delete email from my Blackberry and it would show as read or delete my account online when I logged in, so if I read or messages online that they would show as read or deleted on the Storm 2 deleted. Now, I added the same account on the new phone and I have to read and delete emails AND online on my Blackberry because the way 2 synchronization does not work anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this? I deleted the accounts, added them, wipe the whole device and began more multiple times and it still does not work. He has never worked for hotmail but if anyone knows how to work for hotmail that information would also be appreciated.

Just to test if you replace the Delete on the letter box and handheld can send you yourself a new email and test?

  • Configuration of Smartphones from blackBerry email does not

Recently I had to change my gmail password and now I'm not able to receive emails on my device. I use the bold 9700 and set to update to OS 6. When I go in the Installation Manager and I click on send, nothing happens. Is there a way I can remove the old Inbox that was on my phone and reconfigure a new e-mail box or change my password on the device so that I can get my email working again.

    Thanks in advance.

I found my own answer. Because it was not working since my installation, I could make using the website www.blackberry.com/integrate.

  • HTML of Smartphones from blackBerry eMail no longer works after change of 8100 to 8310

    Hi all

I have a 8100 Pearl, which I've upgraded to version 4.5. Then I could receive and read emails in HTML, very nice.

Now, I got a Curve 8310 which I also upgraded to 4.5 support HTML eMail. As an ENCORE, I changed the code PIN and IMEI numbers and the new device has been saved.

Now when I put E-mail HTML format and receive an HTML eMail, it only shows a few lines (in nice new HTML) or even nothing and a hint that more data is available with the number of bytes left. If I choose the option 'More' on the device, data transfer starts, showing the curve gets more data. Then the watch plus-donnees-Hint that only more a byte is available, but the message is always the same, showing only the first lines or even nothing. Repeating data more does not help. Seems that the device has a problem, the analysis of the data.

    What I tried:

    -Hard reset of the device

    -Remove all the service books

    -Return the BIS service directories

    -Enable/disable HTML mail on device

    None of these permits.

Network is German Vodafone. Both devices (Pearl and Curve), run the Vodafone software.

By the way: if I switch to text mode, I see the entire message, but of course not formatted in the older format. Switched back to HTML shows only a part of the message or nothing.

Does anyone have an idea what's past? Or who should I contact? There is no line of support for prisoners on the blackberry site.

    Thanks in advance.

    Joerg.

You cannot delete the entire account, e-mail accounts just BIS.

In this order, after the deletion, also delete the service on your BB books.

Restart the BB, (battery, replacement and reset).

Look at and confirm that the SBs have disappeared.

Now, reset the BIS email accounts and send the SBs again if necessary.

You should get the new registration on the BB messages... and you may need to perform a reboot of bpull of battery again.

This process, in that order, make sure you get the NEW books service, rather than simply write on 'old'.

  • Impossible access of Smartphones from blackBerry Email Account Management

    BB curve 9300 6.0

I want to change my email accounts.  I tried to go to management e-mail account.  Rises a screen requesting the user name and password to access e-mail settings.    I don't know my user name or password.  I tried several times and sometimes it comes up saying that my password is sent on my device, but I can't find where and how.

In the middle of it, I had an accident and then I updated but it is always the same, except my email accounts are no longer send or receive.  I can see them, but they do not work so I need now to access the e-mail set up even more.  ??

Hello and welcome to the community!

Depending on the circumstances, it requires that your BIS credentials or credentials of the BB ID, which are both linked to security, and you participate in this security. The attempts you have made to your password sent to you failed because these specific emails do not come for the BB, also under warranty. You must separate the access to this email account in order to receive the password reset e-mail.

Overall, I recommend that contact your mobile to support formal... service provider if this is indeed your credentials of the BIS, while they control this account for you.

    Good luck!

  • HTML of Smartphones from blackBerry email does not not on 8310 with OS 4.5

Have a 8310 with OS 4.5.0.  I thought that the new software would allow me to the right HTML view in the email, but doesn't seem to work.  The option is not available under e-mail settings.  Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

good for you. Remember that you will get email HTML for emails that were already on your device. And that HTML emails take longer to download.

In addition, you can click the black box to the right of one of my messages?
It's a reward for me. Free to you, it's like an Oreo Cookie for me. Thanks in advance.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones using Blackberry email home address?

Is it possible to set up my Blackberry email address to my home computer?  I use a Mac and use Entourage and cannot quite figure out how to implement.  If I add to my Gmail account and bring it in this way, then it will not split on my Blackberry so I can't do it.  If anyone knows a way I would be grateful.

    Thank you

    Hello!

I'm not sure I quite understand, so let me explain (forgive me if I go too far).

Unless you have your own server, your system accesses your e-mail provider via POP or IMAP... but your home system is simply an e-mail client. Similarly, BIS is an e-mail client that facilitates the communication between your server and your BB email. The Setup instructions to do this are here:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB10154&SLIC...

Now, if you use this, then you must configure your home email client to leave messages on the server for a certain period of time - so that when the BIS polls for new messages (every 15 minutes), they will be on the server for it to recover and push to your BB.

However, if your question is one of recovery, using your system, your emails that you have set up for a @bb e-mail address, I don't think that there is a way to do... I think that those who are exclusively for your BB itself.

    Hope that helps!

    original title: virus hotmail

My hotmail is infected with something. Messages are sent from my email address. I use Microsoft Security and McAffe and Windows security. I think that the rest of my computer is infected. It takes forever to get on the internet.  My programs close completely so when I start my computer once again, they are here. All these programs do not address the problem.

    Assuming you follow my suggestion...

According to one that you have decided to keep, Microsoft Security Essentials or McAfee, use the one you keep to run a full scan.
Then, run the Malwarebytes to make sure that no infection is left not detected.

Now see if messages are always sent from your e-mail without you address.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones by default email address

How to set the default email address? I have three, none of them using Blackberry Enterprise.

(Even if you set the default email address in the options) The BB comes back by default to the LAST email address used for e-mail for contact. Scroll to "sending" using and change it and next time, for this contact, it will be OK.

In addition, in its response, the BB always uses the "send help" for the account with which the e-mail was sent. "You can't change this on a response, but you can send instead and change the ' send for help.

    Who is?

  • Smartphones from blackBerry using 'Categories' with BB email

I have a number of categories of settings, each containing different partners contacts. I am composing an email, but it seems that only the email addresses of my active category can be seen in the drop-down list when I type a contact name.

I then "turn off" the active category, expecting to be able to see all my contact email addresses - I have that 'see' the e-mail addresses of the active category.

This doesn't seem right? What should I do to 'see' all my contacts when you compose an email (regardless of the active category)?

OK, so if all your filters are not checked, you will compose an email... and you enter the name of the recipient in the To: field... and not all of your choice will appear?

You have Bob Jones in your contacts on the BlackBerry, as you have 'B o b' etc., that contact does not appear?

  • Smartphones from blackBerry Torch 9850, cannot open the e-mail setup application

Now that I have my "brick" problem solved, I can't configure my email.

Hello and welcome to the community!

I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you may need to provide some clarification... as exactly what is happening. Your subject line you could not open the e-mail setup application, but the body of your message says that you were unable to set up your email address (which could imply that you could open the configuration of the e-mail application, but it cannot configure the email)... subtle, but the details are what help us help you.

Good luck and let us know!

  • E-mail blackBerry Smartphones from BlackBerry regarding "update my password by e-mail"

Hi, I received an email supposedly from BlackBerry to my phone at 01:04 titled Action required: update password.

The message told me that I had to update my password on one of my email accounts in the BlackBerry internet service. HE said that Email from that address were not distributed to my phone (I only noticed at this point that they were not because this isn't used much e-mail) and to resume the service, I needed to update my passwsord.

He went on to give me instructions on how to do it. He said to open my BlackBerry Internet service account is by opening the configuration of email on my device application or visiting the BlackBerry Internet Service site then to go to the page e-mail accounts, choose the option change the correct email address, update the password field and then save.

Depending on my device, the message has been received using the email as needed update account and has been in my Inbox and came from "[email protected]."

It may seem silly, but I'm always a little kept when I get emails about passwords, I still did nothing, but I connect to my e-mail account online and there are 3 messages in my Inbox that indeed did not come to my phone, but no messages from blackberry. I didn't have a problem with my existing password.

Is it current for BlackBerry to ask me to do this?

Thank you very much for any help received

It happens from time to time. Fear not:
it you don't trust that, just go to your carrier's BIS site and edit the passwd file.

  • Questions of Smartphones from blackBerry Curve 8330 m

I had my BB for a few weeks and love it my pre to return (to the left), but I started having some problems.

    1. my Yahoo messenger stopped working.  When I try to connect it says: "cannot run the last action (100).  I prefer to use this text to discuss with my wife, so I'd like to get this resolved.  It works very well on her BB

2.i makes a backup, and then save the file to my Windows Home Serve.  I can't restore it, he said: I do not have permission (but I don't know it is a problem of Windows 7)

    3. I tried setting to the top of my BB Messenger app to use until Yahoo started working again... no go.  I put it upward and on my wife; s BB very well but the contact shows just waiting.  When I send the request I get a series of nonsense conteract form

Have you tried a battery Pull:
    1. remove the battery while the phone is turned on
    2. wait a few seconds before inserting it again
    3. wait for the long end of the boot process (takes a few minutes usually)

This clears most of the software problems that occur on the BlackBerry from time to time. You can also use Quickpull, a free application that simulates a battery pull without removing the battery: http://software.crackberry.com/product.asp?id=27660
A battery pull gets lost when using the applications memory and clears minor software errors that creep over time. The blackberry is running an operating system just like your PC is running windows and battery pull is the equivalent of a reboot / restart your computer.

Other that that, I suggest deleting then reinstalling Yahoo Messenger again.

About BBM surveys, remove the prompt pending two phones. I think that invite someone via their PIN instead of their email address works better.

  • Mac Mail: How to divorce a common incorrect name from an email address

Apple Mail 8.2 on Yosemite OS X 10.10.5

Recently, an email address of a colleague is associated with the subject of an email.

for example Steve and Carol <[email protected]> now each email Melissa comes with that line associates and even if I deleted all e-mails from my computer by mail and sent an email to the correct address

(his name <[email protected]>) his response showed once again as Steve and Carol...

What should I do to restore the correct full address and the e-mail address of the wick of Steve and Carol divorce?

Do I need to do on the cloud as well or is there a special place where to live these addresses?

Check the Contact application and make sure that the address is not listed as a name inside that people listed email addresses or contact.

In Mail, open the list of previous winners (under the window in the menu). Remove all references to this address. Also if you have any iOS devices, you can view the past winners their typing the name in a new e-mail message and to see if the address is in the list. If so, click the circle icon 'i' and delete it.

  • Blackberry Bold 9700 Smartphones from blackBerry backup

    Hello!

I was able to backup data from my phone to the computer before it broke down. (Shows a white screen, I think the problem is the display screen)

    The questions are:

1 is easy to fix the problem?

    2. how to open the data stored on my computer? I need to check some contacts and text messages.

    3. How can I transfer all the data again to a new phone? Should this phone be a Blackberry in order for contacts/messages/photos to be transferred?

Thanks in advance for answering my questions.

    Hello

    ateliermd2003 wrote:

In my view, that can be firmly answered by a technician with the device by hand. If the problem is not a hardware problem, you might be able to recover it with this:

    ateliermd2003 wrote:

    2. how to open the data stored on my computer? I need to check some contacts and text messages.

Natively, the backup file (BBB or RPI, depending on the version of the Desktop software you used) is intended for a single purpose... as the source of restoration to a BlackBerry. But there are several 3rd PC-based 3rd party there apps that can analyze the file backup, some even to do something else with the resulting data. I've never needed, but I heard good things about MagicBerry. Search for a few seconds (for example, on Google) and I'm sure you will find plenty of candidates for your needs.

To transfer to another BB, simply perform the restore:

    • KB10339 How to use BlackBerry Desktop Software to restore data from a BlackBerry smartphone from a backup file

To transfer to another device, these 3 save game file analysis applications (from your point 2 above) would be your source... you would have to understand what requires this device non - BB and then manipulate the data in the required format and then use whatever of this non - BB device has to load the data on this device.

    Good luck!
