Got nowhere with Adobe. Cannot access my account businesscatalyst

Need help, I've been trying to find someone to help me solve the problem on my account when I try to log on it gives me an error like this

This domain is not configured for this service. Please contact the webmaster to have it activated.


I tried to call for several hours and is nowwhere so now I don't know what to do since I was on the other can't even access my account and they tell me that before I can help I need to login? go figure. How am I supposed to do.


did anyone know or they came upward with the question in the past.

Given that this error comes because of the way you have configured your domain with your domain image that BC is not the issue and if you try to access from the Live area you have issues.

There is no phone line to support Adobe Business Catalyst and if you dial year Adobe it will be a waste of time.

All sites of BC have a development field when you set up...

yoursite. BusinessCatalyst.com and the admin is yoursite.businesscatalyst.com/admin

You can also connect through businesscatalyst.com/admin as well.

    You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. The ADMIN account in trunk
    Mode has no default password (unless someone has changed the password so it should be available).

    Just did a restart after Win7 updates.  Locked me out my accounts and none of the passwords that I expected I work.  This is a problem: I can't start in safe mode or go into my BIOS settings.  I have a password recover disk softrware but since I can not enter the BIOS and change the boot sequence I'm DIW.
    I have only scanned the drive (removed from one machine and accessed through the other), no virus.  I'm stuck on the Panel to the screen and therefore not able to access all Windows controls.
    The machine seems to work fine except that I can't get on my account!
    It is a recently built with 32 GB of ram using an SSD.  I'm cold format the drive on another system, but I just rebuilt it two weeks ago!
    I looked at work a lot different around, including the boot disks, but once more, as I can't tell the book of the CD/DVD drive the computer I am nowhere.

    I can't get into the old account in a workaround... Go to C\users, but when I have access to the Panel of control/allcontrolpanelitems/accounts of users/manage accounts 'Al' is not there

    This can happen for two reasons:

    • 'Al' account is inactive
    • The account 'Al' has been deleted.
    You can find as follows:
    1 log in under an administrator account.
    2. click on the start planet.
    3. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
    4. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter
    5. click on "run as Administrator".
    6. type the following commands and press ENTER after each:
    net users
    (This command lists all of the accounts. You see the account of 'Al'?)
    NET user Al / active: Yes
    (This command will activate the account 'Al', as much as there is always).
    If the 'Al' account no longer exists, then it is theoretically possible to link the profile of 'Al' (with all its parameters) to another account. However, the process is complex and requires a registry hack. Not recommended unless you have experience in these are more time-consuming.

    Hi help would be greatly appreciated on this.

    I have 4 icons on my home screen, they are administrators, my own, my girls, and comments.

    When I try to access the Administrators account with the password I can't and it says that it is not able to load the profile for the account.  I can open other accounts but since that they run very slow now.
    If I restart my machine and keep pressing F8 while making Safe Mode Networking I can open the account administrators with the password. Also all other accounts and work at normal speed.

    What should I do to be able to open the account administrators from the home screen?
