  Since u removed directories using the "rm" command, it removes only the installed files. There are some entries will be in/etc/oracle, / etc/inittab and some symlinks in /etc/rc.d (1,2,3,4,5,6) files. You must manually but carefully remove these entries, then force kill any crs, jar css process and reboot the machine. so no crs, css he's start at the start of the process. And then repeat the fresh install.

  Ehshell.exe is a Windows system file that is used to run Microsoft Media Center. It is not a critical system file. However, the ehshell.exe file can become infected and cause errors trying to run certain programs. If the ehshell.exe is absent, it can also cause errors. Reinstall a clean copy of ehshell.exe with the Microsoft System Restore.

  (a) click on the "Start" menu, then click on "programs". Scroll down and click on "Accessories," then "system tools." Click "System Restore."

  (b) click on 'Next' in the system restore window to view a list of points of restoration which has been archived.

  (c) select a restore point created before the ehshell.exe file becomes corrupt or got deleted. If no restore point until this time is listed, click on "Show restore points more" to select the one that is before this date. Click 'Next' to choose which restore point.

  Until I Lightroom, I used geoSetter to add GPS data to my .jpg files. Most of them have loaded up in LR without problem, but for some of them, Lightroom could not import the GPS data. I used to compare GPS data in the loaded files OK and those who have not noticed that some of the problem files do not have exiftool: GPS, GPS Time Stamp, dater GPS map data.   But the XMP section contains an incomplete set GPS fields. Note that XMP:GPSDateTime specifies a time other than EXIF:GPSTimeStamp.

  I don't know which of your programs may have created these XMP values false, incomplete, but they confused LR.  According to the specifications of the Working Group of the metadata, which accepted LR, LR, choose the EXIF GPS values and false XMP values should not confuse it. But LR is preferring the XMP values and then conclude it is not all the GPS coordinates.

  You can work around this bug in LR by doing:
