• What graphic/photo editing software do you use with dreamweaver?

  I bought Dreamweaver CS5 a few days ago.

  I use the demo version of Fireworks CS5 and have played around with the demo version of photoshop element 8.

  I wonder if I would be able to do everything with photoshop CS5, I'm able to do in Fireworks CS5 and photoshop elements.

  Guess I could ask this question in the forum of photoshop, but I really want to hear from developers and designers who use dreamweaver too.

  What would you suggest to use for a graphic/photo editing program.

  I do print design, illustrations, photos and web Photoshop and Illustrator are tools of my trade.

  I opened Fireworks, once and never watched it again.  It is not that the FW is a product of inferior quality or anything, I'm just more comfortable with PShop.

  One thing, I'll give you credit of fireworks, their PNG compression is far superior to Photoshop.

• Browser will not display my photos or images

  I just activated my Motorola triumph yesterday, and everything has been works perfectly... except for the graphics/pictures in the internet browser. It does not display my photos or images, even when it shows that the page has "fully loaded." Graphics/photos work very well through the Facebook app and other apps, just not the browser. I've only tried simple solutions, like its rebooting, but I was not able to make it work.

  Anyone has any ideas for troubleshooting?

  I would really appreciate help with this.

  I took all my photos on my iPhone (iOS 9.2) 5s and put them on my computer. I also have pictures of iCloud connected to my computer. Anyway, I logged into my icloud.com account and there are no photos in my Photo Album at all. HOWEVER, when I click on iCloud Photos on my PC, it gives me the ability to upload 100 + photos. When I do that, it downloads a bunch of graphics photo I had on the phone for a few minutes back about six months ago, but then deleted immediately.

  I can't find any way to delete these photos. There is no evidence of them on my phone, my iCloud website account; only when I use iCloud Photos on my PC.

  Please help me with this, I really need to get rid of these photos.  I heard there was a bug with iOS 8 who saved the photos recently deleted even after that you had deleted them, but I can't find them anywhere. Now, too, there is no way to reset the iCloud photo stream.

• Some graphics are still distorted in the exported sequence

  With the help of the first Pro CC 7.0.1.  I'm trying to export sequences containing all or most, still graphics (photos, Illustrator vectors, etc.) for use with HDTV.  To export presets, I'm using H.264 1080 p 23.976.  Some "managers" (i.e. one or more graphics o a page) for export, including sound, fine. But others have one or more of the graphics on the page distorted to 'stretch' the bottom to completely fill the screen, even if others on the page are fine.  Doesn't seem to be a model, and I tried other presets with the same result.  What I am doing wrong?

  This sounds like the known problem with nVidia 320 drivers.  Try to roll back to 314.

• HP Jet 7 - Windows 10 build - not folded screen rotation Option / available (manually made only)

  I managed to finally get a copy of Windows 10 on HP 7 (5701na) flow everything was fine except for 2 things.

  The first was the touch Start button was not working but found another job to install a SP to resovle this.

  But I still have no options under the "Auto-Rotate" value display on. There is a driver intel installation which allows me to manually set (in most windows display settings) but on a friends machine (same model, etc.), there is an option under display settings to adjust the auto rotation on.

  Have checked the device drivers and the accelerometer has installed ok and I have no camera to errors / warnings.

  Someone else has the same problem with the preview Windows 10 technical or current?

  On your HP Jet 7, click on the link for the drivers:

  Drivers for the HP Support tool

  It should detect which tablet that you have and that you run Windows 10.  Download the utility: HP Support Assistant software. (you may need to tap the plus (+) to see) It should be the only option.

  After this, change your Windows 8.1 operating system so that it displays all the drivers. Download driver-Driver Pack as shown below called: Intel Chipset, graphic, photo, and Audio Driver Pack. Select this option to use the driver to download and install support tool.

  

  You can then do the same with the two drivers in the pilot controllers for the contact.  With these updates two pilot / installs I now anti-rotation on my quick actions in the center of the Action, and my button to the homepage of Windows works.  A reboot may be necessary later.

• HP Jet 7 Win 10 10041 - error Audio 0xE0000234

  I installed Win 10 build 10041 on my Stream 7.

  I did a clean install by creating a USB to start from using F9 and OTG adapter, USB - Hub with power, keyboard &

  mouse. When installing, I deleted all existing partitions to get space max with the installation of win 10.

  I downloaded the drivers of flow 7 Win 8 to another PC and extract the .exe for \swsetup and copied the file to my USB.

  In my stream 7 Device Manager, I selected the unknown devices and tried the drivers on my USB key to install. It worked well.

  There were 2 devices on the left, with exclamation, the Force - sensor G Kionix, which need to run to install correctly setup.

  And the Audio Realtek I2S. When you use the sp6309.exe for the installation .inf, I get "driver not supported on this platform", when I run sp6309.exe directly, I get "error 0xE0000234".

  So I have no sound... Is anyone have a work around?

  Hi, I did fresh installs 10 previous builds of Windows, although not 10041, is there a reason that you have not run the Windows 8.1 instead of manually update driver executables?  They work well for Windows 10, that's how it was done, if you are looking for the other threads here. The largest executable, Intel Chipset, graphic, photo and Audio Driver Pack installs about 10 drivers including one for audio so I think you may have missed something, trying to do it manually in the search of unknown devices in Device Manager. I was install a large first and then restart and install the rest without restarting the computer between each.

• Bribery of screen Tecra M5

  Hello

  I am using my Tecra M5 for about 8 months and it has developed screen corruption. The corruption of the screen is visible both on the screen of the laptop or when you use an external TFT monitor. Corruption appears, as far as I can see, on my background picture or on websites with graphics (photos, banners, etc.). Web sites that are for the most part, the text based, show not all the corruption. Corruption will disappear after a reboot of the system, but soon reappears after a few minutes of use.   Hmm sounds a little like a graphics card would be malfunctions
  But hey Jon, have you checked if there s no software?

  I recommend you first update the graphics driver.

  I installed Windows 10 on 8 HP flow (5901TW).

  After that, I downloaded the touch driver, Goodix Touch.

  The name of the file is sp72185.exe.

  the problem is that I can't install the driver and also to the touch still does not work in windows 10.

  Did the driver touch normal? or it only happens to me?

  First install Intel Chipset, graphic, photo, and Audio Driver Pack that installs around 10 or 12 various device drivers, including those required for the touch screen.  If the touchscreen does not, of course, you'll need an adapter OTG, USB hub, mouse, and keyboard. Reboot and then install the Goodix driver if still needed.

• List of aircraft FSX "corrupted".

  In recent weeks, the list of aircraft (aircraft select) seems corrupt.

  Not all aircraft of can correct pictures (by clicking on a plane produced a plane 2 or 3 deleted in the list).

  Some devices have a title, but show a "?" on a chart to place an image.

  A plane that I can access through manufacturer (Bell and Boeing) have a picture but if I click OK I really get this aircraft.

  What happens and no matter what happens, I do?

  FSX is installed c/o Acceleration Pack that has all the patches.

  Last night, I spent a lot of time browsing files and folders SimObjects\Aircraft\ {AirCraftName}.

  I really have no idea of the required structure and files, nor how they work. However, I find the file THUMBNAIL of each TEXTURE for each AIRCRAFT - these seem to be used to build the aircraft 'catalogue' andsome were missing. Missing persons were downloaded planes.

  I also discovered a generic thumbnail that was present in the aircraft that had the "?" more graphic ' photo. I copied this generic thumbnail for all textures which had NO thumbnail.

  This apears to have solved the problem.

• Burning and formatting CD - R and CD

  You can engrave graphics/photos on a CD - R for music?  If it needs to be formatted, how you format a CD - R and a regular CD, I have never burned or Ant thing formatted. I use Windows XP svc pk 3.  I'm really new to all this, thank you for your support! Diana

• Images with text on the same page in epub seem to be changing color to the export profile

  I create a fixed provision epub heavy photo and I noticed that after exporting, pictures with text on the same page are exported with a totally different and much more saturated look to them.  As if they were exported under a different color profile.

  All pages that include no text but just includes a graphic/photo, the image appears normal in the preview.  I tried several things like manually set two different images to specific color profiles.  I changed the conversion to ensure that everything is export in jpg format.  Cannot quite understand how to solve this problem.

  Has anyone experience this problem?

  He solved.  The problem was caused by blocks of text that had their transparency set to 0%.  Removing those, the problem has been resolved.

• Active organization on the hard drives management

  I'm new to video editing. This is my first post. I learned a lot from these forums through each of you guru contributors - THANK YOU ALL very MUCH. I have now put up a deluded on the fitting of what I learned and is about to enter the current edition. Before I do that I'm still a bit stuck on how to organize the multimedia files on my hard drives. I apologize for the issue of long-term in advance. I use body CS 5.5 on a Windows 7 computer. The computer with 3 drives (in fact, he has four, but the last one is a small SSD 120 GB, so I don't know how useful that will be). I have the C: drive (480 GB SS) for the OS, programs and pagefile on a 480 GB; Drive D: (2 TB WD Black) is media and projects; Drive E: (2 TB WD Black) will be for previews, media Cache and exports, more; Drive F: a SSD 120 GB (not sure if it's useful at this size (?).

  My questions:

  1. ) I intend to have a folder called video projects that will house all of my video projects - regardless if it at the level of the directory root, or maybe a few levels down under Users/user_name/video projects?
  2. ) In this folder I intend having subfolders that will be my individual video projects, for example: YYYMMDD_Hawaii holiday - in this folder will be subfolders for: original film, project file, graphics, photos, stock footage, audio and documents. I am not clear where the captured video (one of my older cameras use Mini DV tapes) should go when you set the Scratch disk. It goes in a separate folder called "Capture" in the folder YYYMMDD_Hawaii holiday? Or should he go with previews on the E: drive? I know that there are many ways to "skin a cat" and anyway probably would work, but one way would be over the long term?

  I think I understand the concept of a disk from scratch, but I do not understand what video or Audio capture has to do with a Scratch disk, or why they should be on the same tab, when you set up a new project.

  1. ) Which is the most effective way to put up your video assets in general. Keep the originals in a separate folder? Keep the originals in the Video Project folder described above in paragraph 2?
  2. ) Once again, if you had a folder called 'Video assets' with all your original images, is this directory in the root, or that matter if it's down a few levels to the level folder users/User Name / video active?

  I know these are pretty basic questions, but I spent a lot of time googling unsuccessfully and drags the Adobe forums to get answers. I realize that with a video montage, once place you your property in folders, you should not move them to the risk of having connect problems. This is why I want to get this sorted out early in the game. Thank you all for your help!

  I don't think you really need to worry that much on "this happens on drive 2" and "that's going to drive 3" as long as readers are performance equal (such As... a 'green' car is not suitable for video editing) "»

  I put projects (preview/cache files are with projects... like I said "create a project on the #2 drive, follow different working files") on #2 because it is the 320Gig, projects and work files easily

  It was MY choice also put my pagefile as hard based on a note that I have read somewhere... can't remember where, and he could just by browsing the site of @Microsoft

  I then use my unique 1Terabyte drive for all the video files, the two inputs and outputs

• Please help me to adjust my current HARD drive configuration

  I posted this at the end of 'Guidelines for best record Setup' badly yesterday, but I think that the thread can be so long and so old my question is simply lost in the mix, so I'll go ahead and create a new post here.

  I read damage on the guidelines for the best drive configuration and its position during the installation of overhead storage for editing systems, and I have a few questions...

  First of all, I have a TON of data, much of that which I could probably check on own things upward. Here's what I have right now, and maybe you can give me some recommendations to fix things so it'll work better (my PPBM5 shows significant slowdown in the disc-land). FWIW, all internal hard drives are 7200 RPM SATA2.

  I have a WD 250 GB enterprise storage disk for my OS/programs, and I think it contains the swap file... (although I have 12 GB of Ram, so I don't know how many times it is used). This one is full of about 50%.

  I have a WD 500 GB enterprise storage drive that contains all of my graphics, photos and audio, as well as other generic data files (think documents, PDFs, etc here) it is about 60% full.

  I have a 1.0 TB WD Caviar Black for my projects/Scratch/Previews drive. This one is full of about 40%.

  I have a 2 TB RAID - 0 (from WD Enterprise storage drives 2 x 1.0TB) which contains all my data in whatever format it is arrived (most are direct capture of HDV in the first, but there is a good mix of AVCHD, R3D and various SD stuff, too). This one is full of about 95 percent.

  I also have a backup of RAID-0 WD 4TB drive which is a little over 50% full and keeps a backup complete of all the drives in my system, less the OS and programs. (FW800)

  Then I have a second drive 2 TB of single disc that I use to maintain an offsite backup of whatever I am working on projects, more important things like photos and graphics. This one is full of about 30%. (FW800)

  Then I have a third disk single disk of 1 TB, which is a general backup drive and usually remains in place and is about 80% full. (USB 2.0).

  OK, so it's where things are now. From what I read, I think I might be better off by doing the following:

  250GB for OS/programs

  500 GB for the previews/Scratch/pagefile

  3 x 1.0 to drives (non-RAID) for my projects/media OR 1.0 TB RAID3/5 for projects/media (but I'll have to find a way to archive a bunch of stuff... BluRay?)

  I've got room in my system of adding a player more and I can probably get the approval for the purchase of a disk more if I asked my boss - so if I got a 2 TB drive, I could do a 2.0 TB RAID by using two TB 1.0 discs for interlacing and the 2 TB for parity, leaving me with an extra 1.0 TB? Or should I get a disk 1 to and a 2.0 to Raid with two disks of intertwining and two for parity? I'm really not upward on things like RAID, despite reading your article on Wiki and he...

  Also, I could separate my current RAID-0 and not lose the data on it?

  Just FYI, I use RAID on Board (using the motherboard ASUS P6T6 Server) and the purchase of a RAID controller is out of the question right now...

  I edit mainly HDV/AVCHD, but I have a little RED 4 k, and I'm hoping to upgrade my HDV for the JVC GY-HM700 camera soon.

  Thank you, David, which makes it much clearer. At least a lot more understandable for my mind tired now.

  Given your options (no controller raid separated, possibly one or even two additional discs), I would go for this configuration:

  C: 250 G OS & programs

  D: project photos/graphics/audio-only 500 G, using Audacity / other documents & Pagefile

  E: 1 TB projects and outputs & media Cache

  F: 3 x 1 TB Raid0 for media and previews

  The reasoning is that currently you run lack of space on your 2 drive raid0, when editing your access to current content on D will be rather small, so move your swap file can be attractive and by using the E drive for media cache, next to projects you split the load between E and F. Your drive F is growing in quality and will be faster and backups are supported with the 4 TB and off site of 2 TB drives.
