List of aircraft FSX "corrupted".
In recent weeks, the list of aircraft (aircraft select) seems corrupt.
Not all aircraft of can correct pictures (by clicking on a plane produced a plane 2 or 3 deleted in the list).
Some devices have a title, but show a "?" on a chart to place an image.
A plane that I can access through manufacturer (Bell and Boeing) have a picture but if I click OK I really get this aircraft.
What happens and no matter what happens, I do?
Kind regards

Thanks for the reply,
FSX is installed c/o Acceleration Pack that has all the patches.
Last night, I spent a lot of time browsing files and folders SimObjects\Aircraft\ {AirCraftName}.
I really have no idea of the required structure and files, nor how they work. However, I find the file THUMBNAIL of each TEXTURE for each AIRCRAFT - these seem to be used to build the aircraft 'catalogue' andsome were missing. Missing persons were downloaded planes.
I also discovered a generic thumbnail that was present in the aircraft that had the "?" more graphic ' photo. I copied this generic thumbnail for all textures which had NO thumbnail.
This apears to have solved the problem.
Thanks again,

Dear experts, please help. My first love of game is Microsoft FSX and I started with a laptop running Windows XP operating system and found it easy to download airplanes from sites Web de Sim vol. I got the chance to upgrade my standard gaming with Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 laptop. I downloaded files on the net plane and can see the files in FSX but cannot bring them into lists of aircraft in free flight option. I think I'm wrong for the WinRAR / areas of Adobe.
Y at - he please a step by step (or download of Vista for Dummies) guide to confirm and explain the procedure.
Can provide details of updates to laptop and FSX and Add-ons if necessary.
Thank you

Your best resource is going to be the site where you got the files from, they should have the installation instructions. Given that these are third party add on files, and not Microsoft files, I can only point you to resources where these types of files downloaded. Try this one:http://www.simviation.com/acinstall.htm
Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.Gloria

Win 7 64 bits + FSX = 'Fatal error' & CTD / reboot
Hello
Like many other people, I get this error message, and some fatal errors followed TCTC when in FSX, to the point that I have almost all but given to the top to never play FSX.
"This feature requires that {smartassembly} is available on this computer.
I looked on all the forums, including this constructive info one, but none that has helped me so far. I tried to reinstall windows & FSX 5 times the last two days, tried the fix c:\windows\system32\uiautomationcore.dll., closure of the various windows services at startup, usually following the adivce in another Win7 + FSX forums here. Nothing works.
The CTD occur in flight, but also after a start to the gates where I leave the plane for a few hours, I will return to find FSX has restarted itself.
I run FSX on Win 7 64 bit, which, through various forums, gives people a lot of problems (CTD) with FSX. It seems that this is a common problem, so I hope you can help solve this problem. So far, I (and many others) cannot use their FSX + addons which we have invested a lot of money in.
Please let me know, the more information you need, but pls don't tell me to reinstall Windows & FSX once more. I did it 5 times in the last two days, is not what is causing FSX to malfuntion.
Thanks in advance.BR
Robert.
I found this information on another forum.
IT WORKED FOR ME! I just deleted the c:\windows\system32\uiautomationcore.dll (after saving). Problem solved! It's fantastic! Has made a whole flight from Changi to Frankfurt using the menu strongly and there is no problem!
THE BOTTOM LINE WHICH IS THE UIAUTOMATIONCORE. DLL FILE CAUSES OTHER DLL FILES MALFUNCTION!A lot of people, I have the fix -after a whole year of fussing and spend $600 on all versions of windows out there-XP 32-bit stinky. Proffessional XP 64, vista HP32, vista 64 HP, Win 7 RC 32 & 64, Win 7 32 business and Win 7 64 bit Professional (my main OS of FSX on which I made the success of difficulty). As simple as it sounds, it works. I tried to replace the file c:\windows\system32\uiautomationcore.dll and FSX would still be well down after a while. And if it wasn't this dll file, it would become another file such as ntdll. So I tried completely delete the file of 32 times the syswow64 folders and system c:\windows\system32\uiautomationcore.dll. Now, I play with the graphics settings and set to custom traffic and turned up completely while I aircraft FSX, landscapes and weather parameters turned to ultra high and no crashes for two days! I can click in and out of any menu such as map or the virtual flight path change full flight plane or change full weather flight with without crashing. I tried every way to get FSX down and I can't do it!
FSX is really great when it works.
Here IS THE SOLUTION: You may need to take ownership of the files if windows prevents you to delete the file. Open the prompt cmd and do a right-click to run as administrator, and then type in exactly below its replacement by your login name from windows where it says username:
takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\uiautomationcore.dll
cacls C:\Windows\System32\uiautomationcore.dll/g username:F
takeown /f C:\Windows\Syswow64\uiautomationcore.dll
cacls C:\Windows\Syswow64\uiautomationcore.dll/g username:F
Now you can only access your system32 and syswow64 folders in windows Explorer and after saving files C:\windows\system32\uiautomationcore.dll just remove them from your computer. (Don't forget to delete the file Uiatomationcore.dll in the folder FSX ure also if you install as the fix in other posts).
If you download their latest driver Nvidia cards also. Its got a huge performance increase. The only problem I've had by deleting the C:\windows\system32\uiautomationcore.dll file is that if I get FSX completely while in the flight of my office windows becomes dysfunctional and I have to restart. If I first put end to the leak and then quit FSX I have no problem. I have four different OS on separate partitions on my computer built especially for FSX. There is no point playing FSX on all 32-bit versions of windows, because you will have more FS 2004 than FSX on a 32-bit system.
Now, since I have 12 GB of RAM, dual of the 9800GT, intel core i7 920 clocked stock (suck cuz MSI MB for OC) and three 22 "monitors - rather than get 10 FPS (on my 32-bit windows 7) I get 25 FPS on my 64 bit Windows 7 with two windows of the virtual cockpit on two monitors and all my instruments on the 3rd monitor. BTW 6 GB (if you have three slots) or 8 GB Ram (if you have dual channel) with a 64 bit OS is a lot - I just find my DDR3 RAM to remove dirt cheap on Microcenter one year ago. 4 GB is not enough you will get OOM errors with parameters even rolled to halfway. Don't have need to buy fancy graphics cards is because FSX's time CPU and does not really do well on recent graphics cards. The 9800GT are very cheap at like $70. Also certainly upgrade to the core i7.
Please spread the word to all our friends in fsx!

Cannot find listed in the file Readme S61 bugid
I try to display the list of signatures that have been disabled in the S61 upgrade. The bugid that is given to us is CSCec88388. I keep says that it does not find this identifier. Can someone check if this is the right ID or link to this bug, please?
Thank you.
I don't know why he is not visible.
I see very well.
It could be that the system can tell I am a user of Cisco internal and shows me the details while he won't see them not an external viewer.
I'll check into it.
In the meantime, here's the list of signatures that have been removed (they had their)
setting Enabled set to False, for their re - allow to set simply their active parameter true) because they are for older vulnerabilities not seen in the latest version of the OS or the patch is released for some time. I get lots of BSOD. I installed "WhoCrashed" and analyze the dump files. Here's what he said:

Bug control description: This indicates that the page frame number (PFN) list is corrupted.
This seems to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This could be a case of corruption of memory. The corruption of memory more often happens because of software errors in the defective drivers buggy, not because of RAM modules.
The accident took place in the Windows kernel. Maybe this problem is caused by another driver who cannot be identified at this time.I have this problem for a long time. I've updated the drivers, windows updates, no effect. But, for some reason, he did not seem since February. But Monday, I used MiniCygwin_GOptimize_v1.34.02 to compress files apk android. He uses a lot of CPU. And after that the BSOD began to reappear. I downloaded the Minidump file and Information System if someone wants to check.
Let me know the reason for these BSOD and how can I solve this problem.
Hello
We have many bug different controls:
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (4th)
This indicates that the page frame number (PFN) list is corrupted.
This error is usually caused by a driver passing a list of descriptor of bad memory. For example, the pilot could call MmUnlockPages twice with the same list.
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1A)
This indicates that an error occurred serious memory management.
Error checking 1A, {5003, fffff780c0000000, 6933, 64ba0002d266}
-1 setting of the bug check is 5003 which lists free work is corrupt. It is probably a hardware error.
We also have another 1st parameter:
Error checking 1 a, {fffff6800005cf40, eab00001beb34867,403, fffff6fc00df59a0}
- Parameter 1 of the bug check is 403 which indicates the page table and NFPs are out of sync. It is also probably a clerical error.
^^ Pointed out that both of the above can still be caused by a driver causing corruption, but it is generally unlikely.
And another...
Error checking 1A, {41284, 159a0e001, 104 d 57, fffff70001080000}
-1 setting of the bug check is 41284 indicating a PTE or the fixed work list is corrupted.

Please run Memtest for NOT LESS than 8 ~ (several hours):
Memtest86 +:
Download Memtest86 + here:
Which should I download?
You can either download the ISO pre-built you want to burn to a CD and then boot from the CD, or you can download the automatic installer of the USB. What this will do is format your USB drive, make a boot device and then install the necessary files. Both do the same job, it's just you that you choose, or you have available (be it CD or USB).
Note that some older generation motherboards do not support USB boot, your only option is CD (or floppy if you really wanted to).
How Memtest works:
Memtest86 writes a series of test patterns for most of the addresses of memory, reads the written data and compares it to find errors.
The default pass is 9 different tests, varying in the modes of access and test data. A tenth test, bland, is selectable in the menu. He wrote all the memory with zeros, then sleeps 90 minutes before checking to see if the bits have changed (perhaps because of refresh problems). This is repeated with all those for a total time of 3 hours by pass.
Many chipsets can report RAM speed and timings by SPD (Serial Presence Detect) or EPP (Enhanced Performance Profiles), and some even support changing the expected memory speed. If the expected memory speed is overclockee, Memtest86 can test that memory is free of error with these faster settings.
Some hardware is able to report the status of the "PAT" (PAT: active or PAT: disabled). This is a reference to the Intel performance acceleration technology; There may be the BIOS settings that affect this aspect of memory synchronization.
This information, if it is available for the program, can be displayed via a menu option.
Other questions, they can most likely be answered by reading this excellent guide here:

Hello
I have an Oracle 11 g R2 server and the journal of alerts reported the following
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # xx, block # xxx)
Yes, I did
RMAN> validate check logical database;
And after that on checking
V$ database_block_corruption I found 3 block are corrupt, all 3 are indexes of the index table_space segment_type.Please let me know what would be the best way to recover the corrupt blocks
Will,
RMAN> recover corruption list; repair the block corruption
Another concern is that the backup of the database doesn't do 'check logical' before doing the backup. Does it mean that the recovery from backup might not work ?
Thanks
No, you need to do both.
The first command handles the bad or blocks
Best regards

theres a link to all my minidumps.
I don't know what to do, I have many BSODs in a row and then many times where I can use the computer for hours. It seems completely random. That this has something to do with the closures of power?
Thank you!

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50)
This indicates that invalid system memory was referenced.
Bug control 0 x 50 usually occurs after the installation of a faulty hardware or installation failure of material (usually associated with defective RAM, either main memory, L2 RAM or RAM video cache).
Another common cause is a defective system service installation.
Antivirus software can also trigger this error, as can a corrupted NTFS volume.

2 if the above fails, please run Memtest for no. LESS than ~ 8 going on (several hours):

I don't know why is this error?
I got an error that the virtual disk space was low tool and my vm has been automatically turned off. I scoured the data store and I saw old clichés that were very important which could be removed.
I went into the Snapshot Manager and has tried deleting them and started getting the error msg.snapshot.error - NOTFOUND.
The clichés that I deleted since the Snapshot Manager always appear when I browse the data store, but are locked.
I really need to be able to consolidate these pictures in the parent company. 100 GB free on the store of data right now.
If I try to take a new snapshot it fails and says: an error has occurred when taking a snapshot: msg.disklib.OPENPARENT.
I also noticed after the fact that my hard drive is pointing to the most recent snapshot rather than to the parent.
I think if I edit the .vmx file and change it so that it points to the parent would be the load, but then I will not lose the clichés?
I like to keep at least the most recent roll in parent company snapshot.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Erin
Hello!
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, a part of the problem is that the data store was running out of space. If I didn't have space or time to try a clone.
I did a reboot and after that has been able to update the CID to get the right string after I changed the hard drive to point to the base file, power, created a snapshot, turned off and pointed to the hard drive in the last snapshot.
But there was a corrupt, one in the list since my VM corrupted after all the snapshots consolidated (+ 6 hours later).
I didn't have a lot of time to continue to troubleshoot or try a clone on another virtual server, we have little space so I started from scratch.
Fortunately, I discovered that my backups of the data have been very well, I so reinstalled Windows and started from scratch.
Thanks for the suggestion though!
Hope this helps someone else because I just watched as he went to work, and I don't know if a clone would have gotten it going or not.

FSX aircraft try to download files through the Word.
I have Flight Simulator x and when I try to download the files they download in Word.
Hi fred1834,
o file which you try download?
o operating system that is installed on the computer?
See if the suggestions below help you.
1. take a look in the FSX directory. By default, Microsoft Flight Simulator X is installed in C: > Program files > Microsoft Games > Microsoft Flight Simulator X.
2. create a new folder and name it, for example, of the aircraft. You can use this folder to store aircraft for example custom objects.
3. go to the folder C: > Documents and settings > username > Application Data > Microsoft > FSX directory. Open and edit the FSX.cfg file.
In the "Main" section near the top of the file, look for a few lines at the beginning of the script with:SimObjectPaths.X = xxxxxx
Copy the last one of these lines and paste it on a new line of text. Then, increment the value of X for the next higher number. Remember to change the path of this new line after the "Plane" number (or any name that you used for your new folder in step 2). Examples: SimObjectPaths.14 = Aircraft / SimObjectPaths.227 = (your new folder name). Save the FSX.cfg file.
4. Subsequently, download airplanes and other objects of animation in the folder that you created in steps 2 and 3.
Your new device should appear in the selection menu when you start FSX after this tutorial.

I installed Windows 7 on my PC, and when I installed FSX Deluxe, an error indicating that a BGL file named dem0303 was not either or is inaccessible. Note: I ran the installer as administrator. I went to the directory and find the file. I retried the installation, but it still doesn't work. I think I need a new copy of the file, because it may be damaged by viruses, etc.
Hi Muhamad Hassaan,
The game Flight Simulator Deluxe is not listed in the Windows 7 Compatibility Center. Therefore, it may or may not work with Windows 7. There are possibilities of compatibility issues if you try to run on Windows 7.
Compatibility of information centre - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?type=Software&s=Microsoft%20Flight%20Simulator%20X%20Deluxe%20Edition
As a work around you, try the game in compatibility mode.
Access the link below for more information about Compatibility Mode.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows
When you try to install the game from?
If the installation is started from CD/DVD, then it is not possible to get the file.
SOLUTION: If you try to install the game from the installation files located on the HARD drive, then you can search the file and copy them to the location provided in the missing error message.

I have fsx and everything works fine except when I try to change the aircraft via the drop down filters i.e. manufacturer, Publisher, or type... and then fsx stops working. I can change planes without problem thanks to the display main centre with all the irons of the aircraft. And I have no problem change to a plane of microsoft corporation by using filters, its aircraft only addon that requires it. He does the selection of Abacus, Avsim or any plan of the addon. Other wise it works and flys perfectly.
What anyone has any ideas please let me know... I don't want to uninstall all my aircraft addon if there is a better solution.
