Hello

I suggest to try the "Refresh Firefox" function that usually fixes most of the problems. https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/KB/refresh-Firefox-reset-Add-ons-and-settings

The "Refresh" function works by creating a new profile for you folder during the recording of your most important data.

If the above does not work, then you can go ahead and reinstall Firefox.

These measures give a try and see if the problem still persists!

I hope this helps!

  • YouTube video screen size

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have a BDP-S480 and I was wondering if there was a way to change the size of the video screen to youtube. Currently, it takes just less than 25% of the size of the screen and it is too small to see, at least on my TV. Is it possible to go full screen. Options do not mention that and I can't find any instructions on the youtube interface in the manual. Thank you.

    Hello Wolfpack,
    Thank you for your message.
So that viewing the You Tube video press the right arrow on your remote and it will highlight video. Once you have done this, press the Center button on the remote control and video will then go to full screen. Please note the videos of You Tube are not widescreen and it is normal that most of them have black bars on the sides.

    Hello

You can try to Uninstall and reinstall Flash. If the problem persists you can also temporarily disable Flash in (Alt + T) Tools > Addons > Plugins and try the HTML5 videos wherever possible. Most of the videos without ads embedded have equivalents of HTML5. You can also try opening the problematic sites in IE Tab + or IE Tab in Firefox.

I'm sure that all of you guys have experienced at least once. However, this phenomenon occurs whenever I click on a video. • All Youtube videos will not load

All Youtube videos on the site and those shipped about 2 months ago, stopped loading. I would just get a black screen on Youtube.com and a white space on an embedded video. I didn't take the Firefox settings.

I have all the latest plugins, including Adobe Flash Player, etc.. Videos work properly on IE 9, with the settings and plugins by default.

If you use extensions (Tools > Modules > Extension) as NoScript , Adblock Plus or Block Flash that can block content, and then make sure that these extensions are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

  • Taking a lot of time to load YouTube videos.

For the last month or so any Youtube video I watch takes around one minute before it begins to play. I cleared my cache and cookies many times. In fact, I formatted my computer and upgraded to windows 8.1 today, and this problem persists. I adblock active but I tried to disable that and the problem remains. I also tried the HTML5 and Flash from Youtube versions and nothing has worked.

Using any other browsers, videos from Youtube to play instantly.

Videos do this, or just some videos?

To me, YouTube videos start playing until the page is completely loaded. I'm not sure of what could be the cause.

  • Freeze YouTube videos in full screen with Firefox, but not other browsers.

I had a hard time watching YouTube videos in Firefox in recent weeks. Basically, the video does not start and if I keep using small video player it works fine. But if I click on full screen, the video stops for a few seconds, then catch up and repeat this operation until the end of the video. However the sound plays always continuously throughout the video, even though the image is frozen. I don't have this problem in Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, and it only happens on one of the three computers that I use Firefox on. I ran Malwarebytes Anti Malware, Kaspersky Internet Security, and Windows Defender full scans, so I'm fairly certain that it is not malware or a virus that is causing the problem.
I also tried the following without result: reset Firefox, Firefox run in SafeMode with no addons, reinstalling Firefox (more an another clean reinstall), reinstall Flash player

I can't understand what is wrong, and Firefox is my favorite browser, so any help would be appreciated.

Before restarting my OS in safe mode, I checked to see if I still had the problem and now he is gone magically. I did no change at all since yesterday when it was not working properly and now it's fine. Kind of strange. anyway thanks for your help, that's why I love Mozilla so.

  • YouTube videos on other sites won't load not

I can't play Youtube videos embedded on other sites. When I click to play one, the video never loads. If I click on "Watch on Youtube" in the control bar of the video and open the Youtube website, the video, then load and play normally.

Yes, it's Adblock Plus for me too, even if it does not block anything on the page. If I turn it off for the page in question, the video load. Adjust my Adblock filter preferences seems to have fixed.

  • Gel prior to loading of the video from YouTube

When I go on youtube and search for a video and click on a link, it loads the video, but first it freezes for about 10-15 seconds, and the video window flash does not load correctly. I have to move the mouse over the various buttons in the field of the video to make them appear.

Before that happened, I had an opinion on something to go wrong with a script, I didn't really and I chose to continue executing the script and do not display the new dialog box! I don't know how to cancel this option. How can I do this?

Also, I tried to start FF in safe mode and try to do the same thing on YouTube, and she continues to do the same thing. What should I do to fix this?

Try to opt-out of HTML5 on YouTube video.
