• Help with calendar with Outlook sync blackBerry Smartphones to all appointments will not sync...

  I'm not a great tech, but I have some skills good enough for a girl, if I say so myself... but I'm so frustrated... I need help.

  This is my first public post... So I hope that I give all the information but who will help, if I missed something, please let me know.

  Here is some background info:

  I have a BB "BOLD"

  I use it NOT on a company (network)

  I sync my bb with my dell

  Windows Vista (UGH!)

  Outlook - Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001

  My calendar and my contacts are the most important reason, I have a bb

  My contacts are FINE

  My schedule is a MESS

  I have 2 separate email addresses work well my bb... For the purposes of his post, I will refer to them as

  When I do appointments in my work calendar, I do one of 2 things to get all my appointments on the BB

  Plan my gmail as a participant in the designation address or

  Prior to the appointment to my gmail from my work email address

  When I make an appointment directly from my BB I do it by selecting Menu > new = my default settings of the account gmail under the 'send '.

  BB News:

  When I'm in the calendar and select > Menu.Options > calendars > I have 3 options

  [email protected] who has (518 entries)

  Default device that has (157 results)

  [email protected] who has (429 entries)

  When I go to the Menu > Options > Advanced Options > Services > (CICAL) by default is [email protected] , it shows that I have options to select my Gmail or my .mac address

  That is the problem - it did not used to happen, and I frankly did not know that my backup was messed up so I don't know how long this is happening.

   

  When I sync with Outlook

  There are only 518 appointments that are synchronized

  I can't get the other 157 (defect of the unit) + 429 (mac) to sync with my outlook

  Can someone help me to get them all on my gmail calendar? or in my outlook so that I can then sync back with the BB

  I will not sync my bb with my mac

  Here's what I tired:

  • Yelling at the computer
  • Yelling in Spanish at the BlackBerry
  • ignoring the two
  • I stopped myself to throw both of them against the wall.

  I put the BB Desktop Manager to perform a one-way synchronization > bb to outlook = NOTHING only synchronize gmail

  I changed the (CICAL) to my mac address and synchronized = NOTHING - only synchronization gmail

  I am at a loss and would appreciate any help.

  Outlook contains records of 158 of the associated Gmail Calendar.

  The calendar by default folders must be cleared and restored to the associated Gmail Calendar.

  OK, I fgured out.  To install Outlook 2010 disc without using Click-to-Run, follow these steps:

  1. Insert the disc into the DVD - rom drive.

  2. when the installation screen appears, click "Cancel".

  3. go to my computer and click on the DVD/CD drive.  In the drop-down menu, click 'open '.

  4. you will see two folders, a x 64 marked the other 86 marked x.

  5. open one of the folders and double-click "setup."

  6. your Uncle Bob in.

However, that particular KB contains multiple processes, so I can't say with certainty if you continued through it to the specific method for failing to provide the answer to the security question, with the 'Note', it contains regarding the absence of having already (in the past) confirmed the BB ID... and, if no, then indeed the security issue cannot be circumvented.

  Please specify if you have indeed found and tried this specific section in this KB.

  When you create a BBID account, you will receive an email, with a link that you must click to confirm your account (in order to validate, for the system, which you are actually available on this email address).   When I had my Palm Zire 72, every time that I synchronize it with my PC it would transfer what I had on my Palm to the calendar and everything I had on the calendar to my PC. I have always used the Outlook calendar. With the help of my Blackberry I can only receive whats on my Outlook calendar.  He will not put what I have on my Blackberry on the Outlook calendar.  Is - it can be corrected?  Thank you.

  This problem can be easily supported.

  1. Connect your device using the Desktop Manager and click sync
  2. In the left menu click synchronization under Configuration
  3. Yet once, click button synchronization on the right which will give you option to Select a device Application you want to synchronize
  4. Put the check mark and you will get a prompt to Select a Desktop Application
  5. Highlight the name of the application, and then click the next button
  6. Under The synchronization Option you get Direction of synchronization
  7. Check the radio button with two way sync

  Note: above mentioned steps are explained according to the Desltop Manager 4.5

  Hello.

  I have looked on the internet and was unable to find an answer to my question and the RIM returned to my e-mail and directed me to this forum.

  My question is whether delete BBM messages can be retrieved from the backend to the police if they have a warrant or other order of the Court (for example, a production order).  I know that once the user can not recovered their the BBM messages are deleted, I wonder whether or not law enforcement can recover for a file, they are working on that.

  BlackBerry Messenger messages are stored locally on the device that received the message. These messages are not stored on a remote server any.

  Once the message is removed from the device, it is gone and cannot be reterived.

  I'm new to Blackberry and I am trying to configure my outlook 2002 to send e-mail messages received on my blackberry curve 8900.

  I have read the instriction documentation and he mentions using the software provided in the framework but superior deak the pc should be always on.

• Impossible to synchronize with Outlook - DM blackBerry smartphones crashes!

  For days now, although having the office IT guy if involved as well, I can't the storm to synchronize with the Outlook 2003 calendar.  Whenever the synchronization starts, it blocks the Desktop Manager! I tried all the applications sync separately - no help... tried to reinstall the different versions of the help of Manager - no office...  It is essential that this function works for me!  Please help solve this problem of synchronization ASAP!

  My question is not really specific to BB 9000 "BOLD" (my model) but I didn't know where else to post it:

  I would like to be able to view and synchronize my folder (part of my Inbox), and not only a few messages that are not put into a specific folder. I would also be able to removed and sent items folders. Is it possible (I got it on my previous Windows Mobile)?

  If you have a staff account BIS (and not a corporate BES account), you will have the possibility to synchronize Outlook folders.

• Question of BES blackBerry Smartphones

  Hi all

  I hope someone can help me solve the following problem.

  I got a BB Curve 9300, OS v6.0.0.526 platform 6.6.0.195, for use at work today.

  The BB has been activated and configured to be used with our BES corp.

  My normal workstation is running Windows 7 and Office / Outlook 2010.  I have server-side Exchange rules configured in Outlook that move messages to individuals in specific subfolders under my Inbox.

  Earlier this afternoon, I sent an e-mail message to which he replied to my manager.  However, his answer does not appear on my BB.  I was unaware of his answer until I accessed my email remotely from a pc account.

  In this specific case, I opened a virtual, open Office Outlook and was able to see his response.  I also see his answer through OWA.

  On my BB, I can see all sub folders that I created in my Inbox on the Exchange Server, but his response to my initial message does not appear on my BB as it does from the Outlook or OWA client.

  The BB Curve email message actions display options and are 'no' together to hide filed or sent messages.

  Corp seems to think I need to have "all" messages go directly to my Inbox 'without' folder redirection to receive all incoming messages properly on my BB.  I'm not buying it... What is the point of having an Inbox arranged if this is the case when using a BB to have access to e-mail?

  In addition, if the thought process of the Corp is correct, then why I see subfolders of Inbox that I created in Outlook on my BB when I choose email BB option to choose or of opening a specific file?

  Someone has an answer, or can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this problem?

  By default, BES grows only by e-mail in the Inbox and sent items to the device, so that you can see your email in their own folder structure are not pushed.

  If you need pushed certain folders on your device go to your Inbox, select Options - E-mail settings and press the Blackberry Menu button - select the Folder Redirection

  Work your way to the bottom of your folder list by pressing the menu button to select files that will need to be pushed on the device.

  Once you have selected all the files you want, press the menu button, then press save

  Note: this will affect only the messages pushed to your device in the future, old messages will not be pushed.

  When I created my my desk calendar to my BB it will put in place more than a schedule or only primary? IE;

  I have 4 calendars in my outlook 2007, Win7 running, using office 6, will my BB Bold 9650 by US Cellular v6.0.0.463 running.

  I will be able to synchronize the other 3 calendars or just the default main calendar?

  You can get all three in the BlackBerry appointments, but looks like they could be combined in a diary. Probably not what you want.

  I think you'd be able to do what you want if you make additional calendars in different Outlook profiles (or additional email accounts). Who have not studied fully, but it might be something to look at.

• Don't Synchronize calendar Outlook of blackBerry Smartphones

  Updated Desktop Manager v5.0.1.37 and Blackberry v4.5.0.169 last week.  Everything was fine until today, when I tried to sync with the USB cable. Received an error message that had changed my default calendar service.  Dialog box told me to go to Services by default/Options/Advanced Options to change my default calendar service.  However, I had not changed anything!  Off the Blackberry, briefly

  removed the battery and tried again.  This time, all remains synchronized (Outlook address book and memo pad) very well except for the calendar.  Configuration synchronization enabled and they seems to be ok.  Calendar option is checked, and desktop application is Microsoft Outlook. Tried one-way synchronization of device to Outlook and vice versa... didn't work.   Only Outlook calendar not synch.  Help!  Any suggestion would be appreciated?

  Okay, so I am able to delete emails from my blackberry and it deletes my computer as well which is what I want, but is there a way I can delete my emails to my computer and the server take them off my blackberry as well?  Thank you!

  Note - you don't have said, but if it's for BES-based email, can stop now and go see your BES admins. The rest, this is BIS-based email.

  First of all, any reconciliation is between the BB and the mail server... There is no reconciliation between BB and Outlook. Thus, between the BB and the mail server is governed by this KB:

  • KB05133 Features of the BlackBerry Internet Service email reconciliation

  Reconciliation between the mail server and Outlook is governed by Outlook... which is actually very limited possibilities of reconciliation (zero, from a point of view).

  I see that this is a common problem, but have not found the answer.  Outlook 2002 XP operating system.  Everything syncs fine.  Seems to ignore this calendar.  I don't see even when it's the snych for Outlook.  I checked the calendar is configured correctly to synchronize in Desktop Manager, current version.  I uninstalled Facebook, nothing.  I tried another way synch, nothing.  DM uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing.
