  Buy an Anytime Upgrade, you must first reinstall Windows 7 Starter.

  Besides reinstalling Windows, you can also try this, if you have the Windows.old folder to restore your previous Windows installation:

  Reinstall Windows preinstalled on the computer
  When Windows is installed with the computer, computer OEM manufacturers are required to provide at least one way for you to reinstall Windows - your computer should have included a recovery hard disk partition, or the installation/restore Windows diskettes.
