But now, I noticed that it doesn't work that well on my computer I so was wondering if I can still go back tot the Windows 7 starter and when I want to buy Windows 7 Home Premium, I can always buy the anytime upgrade or should I buy the full program? Please help me, I'm getting confused.
I was wondering if I can still go back tot the Windows 7 starter and when I want to buy Windows 7 Home Premium, can still buy the anytime upgrade or should I buy the full program? Please help me, I'm getting confused.
Buy an Anytime Upgrade, you must first reinstall Windows 7 Starter.
Besides reinstalling Windows, you can also try this, if you have the Windows.old folder to restore your previous Windows installation:
Return to a previous system Windows using Windows.old:
http://support.Microsoft.com/default.aspx/KB/971760
Note: If you had installed Windows 7, follow the instructions for VistaPlease note: you cannot uninstall the preview of consumption. To return to your previous version of Windows, you will need to back up your personal files, and then reinstall Windows from the installation or recovery media and reinstall your programs.

Reinstalling Windows
Reinstall Windows preinstalled on the computer
When Windows is installed with the computer, computer OEM manufacturers are required to provide at least one way for you to reinstall Windows - your computer should have included a recovery hard disk partition, or the installation/restore Windows diskettes. Most computer manufacturers also have a function to do your own installation disks.
If the recovery partition is still there, and was not deleted, it will reinstall Windows. There is usually a command prompt when you start the computer telling you which key press to start the restoration? -Check your manual if you don't know how. Or if you install disks - enter them, restart and boot from them to start the process of relocation.
If restore it back you to factory State, it will be like it was when you bought first - all preinstalled programs will be installed. Everything you have installed after purchase needs to be reinstalled. This removes all the personal files on the computer, save them first.
Windows preinstalled - if you don't have the recovery partition or install discs:
Contact the OEM computer manufacturer and ask them to send you an installation to your computer disk - they may charge a small fee. Contact information for the manufacturer of your computer can be found here:

I wonder if I can see what sites kids visit using incongnito mode of navigation.
Hi benMachen,
Yes, Windows Live family safety can track websites visited using Google Chrome incognito mode. Navigation in incognito mode keeps Google Chrome to store information about the sites you have visited. Windows Live Family Safety will always keep the navigation history in this mode.
You can see this article for more information about setting up Windows Live Family Safety.
Thank you!

If you have professional, enterprise or ultimate edition, you can use OE in XP mode. There is no standalone version.
How to use Outlook Express in Windows 7
http://www.oehelp.com/OEnWin7.aspxI went with Thunderbird. It's not exactly like OE, but I like much more than WLMail.
Thunderbird
http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-us/Thunderbird/Of course there are others like Opera, Eudora, etc. You can Google for e-mail clients.
For your Favorites:
Import or export favorites in Internet Explorer
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/import-or-export-favorites-in-Internet-ExplorerExport the Favorites on the desktop and then copy them to CD or flash. Copy it to the desktop on the other machine and import them.
And the IE forums are found here.
