  I use HP G42 369TU on windows 7 Ultimate operating system.  I used it for 1.5 years. My Bluetooth and wifi does not work. I don't know if it's a driver problem. I'm still trying to figure the better/more drivers later for them.

  For some reason I started to think that the problem may encounter failure of materials.

  How to determine if my hardware for the bluetooth and wifi is not damaged?

  When I turn on the wifi/bluetooth button at the top right of the keyboard (which is f12) I see all kinds of reserve take effect.

• HP 15-r032tx: wi - fi adapter and bluetooth does not properly

  Hi, I was using windows 10 but a few days before the wifi adapter stop working msg showing "we found on this PC wireless devices." I installed the wifi driver again, but did not work.  the next day when I use the display adapter wifi started working. NXT day it still stop working.

  I began recovery and re-intalled the 8.1 windows and installed the driver wifi and Bluetooth but face issue. Download the driver from HP Web site, showing once again "we found on this PC wireless devices."

  Please solve my problem.

  I had a similar problem last week... seems to be a bit a problem for HP all the time!

  As the title, I tried to use the microphone that comes built-in on this model (Web camera VGA integrated with built-in microphone) and found his does not work. I tried to plug in an external microphone via the microphone jack and still no registration.

  This drivers don t exist. The sound card driver controls everything.
  I think you should first start the webcam software and should test the microphone because the internal MIC is part of the webcam.
  Webcam software provides a tab; settings and properties. In one of these tabs, you will find settings for the audio.
  Here, you can increase the volume of the microphone and was able to record a small audio session.

  In addition I recommend the settings in Control Panel-> sound.
  Make sure the microphone volume is set to maximum. Don't forget to check the hidden devices and disabled it there...

  With regard to the question of the touchscreen:
  It happens while the screen is pushed up?

  I read on the similar topic in different thread and this problem could be related to lose the connection.

  But first check of workaround:
  1 window + race
  2 .Guy services.msc
  3. go in the human interface device access
  4. right click---> property---> start of type---> automatic (delayed start)

  But if it does not, the issue could be due to a hardware malfunction, and these issues must be fixed by the authorized service provider.

  With regard to the question of the micro internal:
  Please check if the internal mic appears in the control panel - sound - recording device
  Also check if any recording device are turned on. Click to the right and make sure that the two options 'show disabled devices' / 'show hidden devices' have been marked.

  Also check the audio settings in Skype. The internal microphone should be selected as the default microphone.

  When you try to talk (dictate) my computer or use audio/video applications for phone calls, and/or videos of shooting, I can't be heard by the person, I speak with.  I am able to hear and see the person with whom I try to talk.  Then I checked the system preferences > Sound > built into the internal Microphone > settings and discovered the Microphone does not work. The level of input volume indicator does not either.  I don't know if it is a hardware or software problem.  Please Child1

  Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook 15-p097tx and the problems with the driver for the Synaptics TouchPad. If you uninstall the driver and restart the laptop, it will install automatically the best driver.

Although playing fan became stronger, but I thought it was normal. but now on start fan is too loud and vibrates too...

  Hello again acidburn. I did a little research and according to this site which Hardware ID refers to the "card of Bluetooth of Broadcom 20702."

  Another search was this driver for this chipset. It is not listed as being to a specific cell, but you should give it a try.

  Install the driver I've listed above and let me know if it installs correctly bluetooth driver and he gets rid of this "unknown device".

  I see a lot of owners of V3 - 731 having this problem. WiFi disabled and gray ut in settings. What works for many of them is stopped the laptop. Laptop start Fn and as soon as you see the logo Acer press F3.
