  Bluetooth, the sleep and screensaver does not.  We need a fix for this.

  Bluetooth will not connect to three other Bluetooth devices, which are a Samsung Tablet, Blackberry phone and computer Dell windows 8.1.  Connect all together, it does not connect to HP Envy 23.  I have tried everything I can find on the Internet to solve these three elements, but have not yet find something that actually works.  There are a lot of discussions about that give some suggestions, but in my case, non of work them.

  Well, it's different.  I tried to send a file from my computer to the Tablet and the file has been sent.  So I did it in reverse and it sent my tablet to the computer from HP.  So the part where I spoke 'connection', then 'no connection', does not yet mean anything.  Looks once it is paired and it goes through the function connected, not connected, this obviously means that it remains connected, once it does that.

  Not a very good way to do it, but it works now, I am very happy and thank you for the help

  I bought A200-14th with Windows Vista preinstalled. When I switched to Windows XP, I discovered that the standby and hibernation works. When I try to switch to the standby screen becomes black, but power light gets not "Brown" as it should. It is blue. From time to time, HDD light flashes also.

  I tried to reinstall Windows twice, but it does not work every time. Once, I installed the drivers in some are specific as well as I did the job. But unfortunately I had to reinstall XP once more, and I do not remember that I should install the drivers.

  I tried all the settings I can think off, but I can't seem to get the USB sleep and work load. My OS is Windows Vista Business SP1.
  I tried the mode 1, mode 2, unchecked power save all the boxes in hubs usb root, legacy usb support turned off but still the load stops when I put the laptop to sleep.

  Someone at - it a solution?

  NOT all USB ports provide the features of sleep & Charge.
  THAT the USB port with the little icon flash supports the costs of sleep &.

  So I recommend you to check if you have used the correct USB port!

  Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook 15-p097tx and the problems with the driver for the Synaptics TouchPad. If you uninstall the driver and restart the laptop, it will install automatically the best driver.

• Windows 7 Ultimate: some downloads and updates does not

  Recently, I did a clean reinstall of Windows 7 on my laptop Asus G50V game. As I was installing the programs and updates from a variety of sources, the downloads have not worked due to similar errors all relating to file corruption. So far, I noticed this problem trying to download/install Windows 7 service pack 1, my Nvidia graphics driver, MATLAB, Mathematica and various updates of windows. Everything seems to come with errors indicating corruption in the download files. When I tried to download my graphics driver via internet explorer 9, he said that the security certificate was not valid. However, I was able to download the same file in a flash drive on another computer and install it on my laptop with no problems.

  This problem will not occur on each download although it seems to support large files. Before this post, I tried to download this graphics driver file to see if he would always come to the top with the same error, but it worked fine. The same thing happened with the chess updates run in windows update. They do not work for several tests and restarts, but will then install without any problems apparently identical conditions. I finally got all of the updates of windows and graphics drivers to work. However, MATLAB and Mathematica still have installation problems.

That was before I had everything installed antivirus software. It is also not related to internet explore since I tried to download files via goolge chrome and encountered the same problems.

  This can help with some (but not all the) programs/drivers:

  (1) uninstall the program, if it is already installed. Then when install you / reinstall instead of double click on the Setup file, right click and select 'resolve compatibility issues.

  (2) then click on 'Try recommended settings' and in the next window, click on "Start the Program" to install it.

  (3) after he set up see if it works properly. Note: some programs may not be able to run in Windows 7.

  I would suggest running DOS games in a BACK emulator like DOSBox http://www.dosbox.com/, Windows did not have a good DOS since Windows 98 mode. Paul Smith - MVP for Windows desktop experience...   Check in Control Panel to see if you have a NVidia Control Panel or ATI Control Center icon. You have will depend on which video card to install on your PC. Click the NVidia or ATI and open Center Control Panel. Look carefully at the options and you should see an option for "rotate screen". Click on it and press the appropriate option to rotate the screen in an upright position.
