Try to install 4 ' important'updates on Windows Vista and get error codes: 80070641, who has had a lot of answers posted but none does not seem to work and I tried to install this upgrade for the last 6 months! (I did one where you made sure something is running in the Control Panel, but it works just not - I HATE Vista!)

Now just got a new error code: 6 to 8.

    The updates, I can't update (!) are:

    1. SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 4
    2. Update of security for MSOffice 2007 System
    3. Update for MS 2007 Office system
    4. Update for MSOffice Outlook 2007 Junk email filter

Unfortunately I'm not technically proficient at all and do not understand the jargon I've read on this site so if anyone has an answer, please could you write it as if you were talking to your grandma who only discovered what a mouse!  ;-)

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

see if that helps to fix:

How to reset the Windows Update components?

There is also an automatic 'fix - it' here

Also, try to put the KB numbers in the search on the link below and then manually download the

  • Dynamics SL 2011 client install fails on a workstation. Getting error when installing the assembly. Then error 1603.

Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 client fails on a workstation during the upgrade from SL 7.  Works fine on 2 other workstations.

Administrator area on the client computer.  Run install drive mapped to a server running Windows Server 2008 R2.  Workstation is Windows 7, 64 bit.  Uninstalled antivirus.  Tried to restore to restore the system a few days ago.  Same results.

Gets the information of publishing point product, then get the error.  First error relates to the installation of the assembly.  Then get error code 1603.

What is this error message that you receive? This would help a lot. From there, a person must be able to provide some additional troubleshooting steps.

I recently installed Norton GoBack part of SystemWorks, this may or may not be connected to the problem, it's just the latest thing that has been installed.

A single machine whenever you try to connect through software Modem on COM3 TOSHIBA gets Error 633.

Have studied the problem even backed up a machine and restored that to the defective one, still no error.

Any ideas, or I might have to strip the thing down by using the recovery disks, is not prepared, in view of the time it will take to get back to where he is - without this annoying fault.

Seems to be the hardware failure or conflict as now make a full recovery.

  • I tried to solve the problems to the existing solution in this forum. I still get error 50405

    Dear,

I use USB-6009 for controlling pumps, valves, and two Mass Flow Control. Each two cycle I get error 50405. I tried to solve the problems in the existing solution in this forum, but the error always showing each cycle 2 of the operation. I enclose my VI filled for the expertise, I was wondering if its design issue? Home shot of the error screen. Thank you.

You have certainly a few design issues.

The structure of stacked sequence tends to create more problems than it solves. I the have not used in new programs since version 1.2 of LabVIEW (in 1989). A state machine is a much better choice of architecture.

Local variables can cause race conditions, copies of additional data, poor performance and it is difficult to debug code. There are special cases when they should be used, but these conditions are not in your code. Just wire directly on the terminals of control at the scene, the data will be used.

My guess on the likely cause of your error is the use of several DAQ Assistant to perform the same task (with different data values) in each image in the sequence structure. With the arcitecture state machine that I suggested above, you would need one. The DAQ Assistant trying to be clever on the configuration and tasks of closing, but different instances do not speak with each other, so they don't know when to release the resources.  You might be able to do work if you used the DAQmx screw standard you have done with the task of digital output.  You do not connect the error lines of the DAQ Assistant for you can be missing errors.

Indicators and controls without legend may be a troubleshooting nightmare. Please give each control and seeing a unique label. If you don't want the visible label on the front, you can use the properties of the control to hide. If you want multiple controls to have the same visible text for the operator, use the legend.

Learn how to use subVIs. Most of the code in the 6 images of the structure of internal sequence is identical. By converting only a Subvi, you would reduce considerably the size of the diagram and if you ever need to modify the code, it should only be changed in one place - the Subvi.

The while loop in frame 0 of structure of outer sequence is a "gourmet" loop He's going to run as fast as possible and seize all available CPU resources until the user presses a button. Put a wait function (ms) in the loop with expectation of ~ 100 ms. best, learn how to use the Structure of the event for user input.

The second loop inside of the structure cases inside does nothing and can be removed.

Many of these objects suggest that you have a programming background using the text-based programming language.  LabVIEW uses a paradigm of data flow that avoids largely for things such as the structure of the sequence and the local variables. I recommend that you work through the tutorials online on the Getting Started with LabVIEW.

I tried to solve the problems to the existing solution in this forum. I still get error 50405

Here's my vi updated seal and some information, hope someone can help you resolve this error.

Thanks for your support and help Lynn.

    Hi MESHA'AL,.

Error-50405 is normally related to an error in communication between your device and your computer. I suggest updating your DAQmx driver to the most recent who will support your version of LabVIEW. See the compatibility chart for more details.

I also suggest upgrading your computers USB drivers and try the different USB ports, hubs and even the cable if you have another.

If possible, try to run your program on another computer to see if you can reproduce the behavior on another system.

Finally, if the presists of the error, try to run some of the sample code provided with LabVIEW so we can narrow this down to a problem with your code. At this point I'm leaning more towards a driver/hardware however problem.

  • Why do I get error 200428 executable?

I had a NOR-DAQ application correctly by using a project under development LabVIEW 8.6 and 8.8 NOR-DAQ.  When I use the same exact project to build the executable on the same PC, I get error 200428 - "measures: value passed to the control task/channels is not valid" when starting.  How could it be?  I use tasks DAQ built with the DAQ Assistant and stored in the project.

For the record, I solved this problem by importing for MAX kept project file: Build\Data\NI-DAQmx.ini.  It imported all my tasks DAQ to MAX and the executable is now working properly.  Thank you.

Could not get to checkdsk /F. could not get t check material are another anywere in windows.  I tried Yes No. and recovery of the plant.  Has been a long path towards the resumption of the plant.

Reminder of my problems with my HP:

My HP Pavilion M8200N Ctr Media had a blue screen in the past and I've never had a problem wiping the drive, refomatting it and my running recovery disks.  I had Crypotolocker beginning of the year and cleaned the machine and manually deleated 35 k corrupt (masked and not masked).  The PC then worked for a month when a blue screen frooze it and I could not reset the registry.  I tried to clean the disc, but it wouldn't work.  Records recovery and rescue, did nothing.  Finally, I tried and old version of XP that leaves me in the drive, but the drive size 1/2 gig would only up like 131meg.

I tried to buy a new drive for teribyte 1, but recovery software would not rcognize it.  Then, I took the reader to original HP and connected to my Linux box with Gparted on it (a powerful software partitioning and recovery).  GParted fixed the HD.  I created 3 partitions on it.   I then tested all partitions to copy files and pictures in them and then get back them.  3 all partitions functions correctly. Then I reinstalled the HD in the HP M8200N.

When I would run recovery disk, which has always worked in the past, I got these error messages:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    CDFS_FILE_SYSTEM

Make sure you have enough space

    NFTS_file_system

on behalf of those that I remember well.

Someone at - it solutions to this problem.  My wife loves his HP desktop computer and cannot use the new laptop, so any suggestion is appreciated.

You have focused on potential problems with the hard disk have you considered maybe it's memory? If you know how to run gparted, I'm sure you can use memtest86. Make the bootable media and run a full test at startup and see if the RAM is good.
