  Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. I bought this product yesterday and since then I can not download completely all components. 59% or 65% of the download I get the message: "connect to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet through Ethernet, I checked my connections through various steps recommended buy Adobe to see if my connection is correct and he is!, so why I can't complete the download process. I feel frustrated because I have clients awaiting results of my work that I can do right now.   This can happen if the site map is not no web hosting. Muse published sites are web hosting site, if the site map is other than web hosting, then it asks you to upgrade the site instead of launching the site.

  Also if you use a different account of BC, which is not pursued for the subscription of the CC then also it asks you to upgrade the site.

  Absolutely, you can download and install the Photoshop CS6 on your second machine.

  Download Creative Suite 6 applications and then install and activate it using the serial number.

  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

• I have CS6 and creative cloud.  I get an error code when you download an update to the CS6.   have tried several times, checked to see if Safari has been opened, the download stops at 50%...then starts again and 100% and then I get error c

  Update for CS6 has a problem downloading... U44M1P7 ON MAC PHOTOSHOP.  I checked to see that Safari did not work, I plugged the Macbook Pro, and I tried for two days to make it work.  Download slows down to 50%, then continues up to 100% before giving the error U44M1P7.  Any suggestions?  I have CS6 and creative Cloud applications.

  Now exit Adobe all associates of process as creative cloud, CC, CCX, Core sync, broker CIB Adobe and then launch creative cloud app again and try to download Acrobat.
