  IM hard to get the sound to work on my dads pc. I reinstalled windows xp after a virus wiped out, and when I go to the Device Manager, all audio drivers are listed.   Don't ask me the procedures step by step that I did, but I finally success!  I uninstalled Palm Desktop and started from scratch.  I unplugged the Hot Sync cradle by the USB port, then I installed Palm Desktop from my drive and then update Palm Desktop on the Palm for Palm M125 site.  It still does not, I manually added a port and manually changed to COM1.  I then pressed the Hot Sync button and in the Device Manager, a folder has become available "device named" with Palm Desktop as a subfolder.  It is always active, I updated my computer for Palm USB driver.  Miraculously it worked.  Thanks for your help, but as usual everything it needed, it was patience and trial and error to solve the problem, since it does not seem to be a quick fix related this topic.

  Actually - if you have installed Windows Vista from scratch yourself (booted from the Windows Vista support and followed along to do a clean install or use some CD/DVD by default) then you're the one who has erased your disks and all data about them.  In any case - your "wifi" does not indicate any wiping.  * smile *.

  If it's just a simple Windows Vista DVD, then * you * need to get all the drivers for hardware on this computer.  You may need to use a different machine (of course) in order to get the proper and then drivers transfer to them for the Toshiba by USB/CD/DVD.

  I have 2 HP laptops, as well as my work computer (a laptop HP also) and my Dell desktop computer girlfriends, air conditioned and have Windows installed 10.

  I have a HP Officejet 4500 Wireless (G510n-z) All in One installed on my 2 HP notebooks and Dell Office girlfriends. My HP work laptop has an all-in-one printer HP Photosmart C6380 (CD028A) that is installed.

  I know that the Dell itself will not be addressed here, but then it is still under warranty anyway.

  My problem is:

  Microsoft has released the update of security for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x 64 systems (KB3132372). (My older HP laptop is 32-bit, but he got a 32-bit update for the same.)

  It seems that this update of Adobe Flash Player ruined two all in software interfaces. (Both my 4500 Officejet AND Photosmart C6380 work).

  When I try to open one of their interfaces, the initial screen flashes on the monitor but just going backwards.

  My question is: HP has a file to download to fix them both all in software interfaces?

  He is currently under investigation by HP and Microsoft, these things take time, however.
