It auto corrected himself and I think HSBC.ca made a few updates to security at the time and for some reason IE 8 just glitched for this desktop for some unexplained reason. HSBC.ca said update to IE 9 technical support, but it is not an option, our Webmail program is not compatible with the 9. They suggested using Firefox and it worked.
