• DPS and Edge Animation Overview

  I am currently working on a digital publishing with Indesign and tools DPS. I created several animations for this with Adobe Edge. All animations displayed correctly except one.

  On my page, it loads the animation and plays very well, with the exception of the an assets. It displays even any graphics. When I preview the file .html producted by edge, it works correctly and it shows everything, but when I preview the app on my ipad with the oem file that is imported, it is missing again.

  An idea for my problem?

• Adobe Muse and edge animate - how to consolidate the files on the ftp/server?

  Hi all

  I'm working on a site, and I've recently added edge animations animate.  They look great, but the only problem I encounter is that the site load faster I want that there.  I did a few speed test and I think that what is originally the loading time is that I have about 5 edge animations animate different and they each have their own folder separately with their own javascript into a folder called "assets".

  Is there a way to consolidate the "assets" folder, so that my site loads more fast?

  You're in luck!  Add us in a feature in the latest version of edge animate CC (3.0) to activate the CDN for OAM option publish (what we call the "animate Deployment Package").  This means that your animated compositions can now reference jQuery and the runtime Animate the network rather than from the project directory.  (Please note that this will only feel for the integration of Dreamweaver and Muse with OAM and will not make sense for InDesign.)

  

  To enable this, launch Animate and go to file > publishing settings.  Select the Deployment Package animate on the left and click on 'executable files on Adobe CDN to host.  Save and publish, and you should be good to go.

  I watched the great video on the use of the Twitter API in edge animate on Adobe TV and I thought I'd give it a go.

  I followed the steps and unfortunately it does not work for me... Not even an error during a test in a browser, nothing...

  Animate edge uses JavaScript to control the animation and screen size. Well that not strictly impossible to make the necessary changes in Dreamweaver, it would be a very great skill to adapt the code generated by Edge JavaScript animate. Make changes on board animate is by far the best option.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to refine the question in order to provide you with better assistance.

  1. You get no matter what error code/message when connecting to the serial port PCI?
  2. What is the brand and model of the computer/motherboard?
  3. What card has been inserted in the PCI slot?

  PCI stands for Peripheral Component Interconnect. It's an industry standard bus to connect devices to a computer.

  A serial port is a serial communication physical through transfers of information inside or outside a bit at a time. The term "serial port" usually identifies hardware more or less conforms to the RS-232 standard, designed to interface with a modem or a similar communication device. The serial port used to be widely used to connect to a variety of devices external and is essentially a two-way communication port. There are still devices using a serial port connection. These are often marked as RS232 and would include devices such as TELEVISION receiver cable boxes.

  The PCI of Simple Communications controller is a generic label given by Windows for PCI cards installed in a PC when the drivers for the device are not installed.

  You probably received this error because you have not installed the driver for your PCI device.

  If your computer came with a motherboard driver disc, put the CD in and install the chipset drivers from Device Manager browse the CD. This would update the drivers for those devices.

  Steps to follow:

  a. right click on the entry in the Device Manager and select Properties.

  b. in the driver tab updated some drivers.

  c. Select Browse my computer for driver software.

  d. click on browse and look for DVD player option.

  e. follow the instructions on the screen and restart the computer after installing the drivers.

  If you don't have the motherboard drivers CD then please download and install the drivers for the chipset of the manufacturer's Web site and see if it helps.

• having problems with cut and paste - picture is black

  Original title: copy / paste black blob Hi... I have a problem with sometimes to cut and paste where I eventually stick no more that a "black blob" that seems to be a chart... that is, it can be stretched in a big black blob. Seems to happen especially when you use ctrl c and ctrl x and can be when the target application has not already been opened. Open the target application and use drop-down cut or copy seems to work OK I can say.

• Having problem using proxy on port 443

  Greetings to everyone.

  I have a strange problem.
  First of all, let me say that this is not the problem of Microsoft, but I tried so hard that not not to post my problem here, because it's a Microsoft forum, but I could not, I tried the days to fix it myself, but not lucky at all.
  My friends and I are using a proxy to a specific server. Nothing we have a problem, except me.
  And let me say that we use a program called Proxifier. Although you can use the proxy without this program and it works fine (using the properties of Internet, LAN settings), except for me!
  I use two PCs and a laptop.
  The proxy and the Proxifier works very well on my PC and laptop.
  However, I used to use this program in another PC as well, and it worked very well, but not more.
  Here is what happened, I don't have that use the PC for more than 8 months and when I came back to it, it didn't work.
  No change at all.
  And the strange thing is, proxy and Proxifier works fine when I start Windows in Mode safe mode with networking. And that means that there is a problem with software, right?
  I don't know what could be the problem, turned off firewall and anti virus (ESET V6 more Malwarebytes') but no luck.
  Please, help me if possible.
  And something important, I can connect to the proxy server, but I can't connect to any Web site using the server, here is the error I get on Proxifier:

  Oh God, I can't believe it!

  After hours of train and think, I solved the problem.
  The problem was an option on ESET.
  No wonder why the boot didn't work, ESET ran on boot.
  I stopped ESET service manually rebooted. and the proxy was working fine. But on my other PC and laptop and even my friends, we all use the ESET without this problem.
  On the problem, ESET has the port number 443-scanning, and to tell you, this is a default option.
  Here is the solution:
  Open ESET Advanced setup (simply by pressing F5), click HTTP, HTTPS(don't develop it), on this last field "Ports used by the HTTPS protocol", remove the ports you have problem with, click on OK and you're done.

  I want to apply a class to an element HTML to animate outside edge, and then delay for 5 seconds before returning to 'scene1 '.

• I keep having problems with 3ds and .obj files

  Any time I try to import a 3ds file I get errors saying that I don't have enough RAM. Say they cannot parse the EPS files. I have 8 GB of RAM, so this seems unlikely. I've looked everywhere for a solution to this.

  My ultimate goal is to take a model of MacBook Pro in Photoshop import into After Effects.

  For some reason it works ever.

  I'm on an i7 MacBook Pro 2011 with 8 GB of RAM. 10.6.8 running

  Thanks for the links. Nice samples.

  On the model, there are a few things. The holes to vent on each side of the keyboard is primarily what causes the problem of load. When explode you all nested components, there are more than 100 entities K and I'm guessing that the importer of collada Ps is not like that. "Undesirable" Triangulating you see comes from faces in collision. If you go to 3D > render... settings and check the 'remove back faces' section face Style, your Ray Trace should look much better.

  Here's what I came up with the deleted holes (let me know if you want the source of .dae or psd files):

  

  I saw something large on the use of the Ps in After Effects 3D layers. The General interop has some major roadblocks. I'll see if I can get some tips for you (you ask or heard from Todd Kopriva?)
