  How have you tried to install it?
  Did you install first software and then plugged the dynadock or have you connected the dynadock first and then tried to install the software?

  In the user manual, you will find exactly step by step instruction how to install the software. Check this box!

  PS: before you try to reinstall the driver of its new, I you recommend uninstalling the old software and then after new restart try again.

  The problems started after system restore to a point previous (5 days ago) after downloading some updates of the site Web HP that have been identified as relevant, but caused freezes, which is why the restoration to the previous point. While I could probably physically replace the drive myself quite easily, I wanted the confidence of an expert to provide the correct replacement and manages the much larger task to transfer everything at the latest so that I can resume normal with all that where it should be.

  Error code 24 characters for short drive Self Test (DST) would indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  This is also consistent with the startup problem you describe.

  HI: I have a no start hp G62-b20SA. The built-in diagnostics give me a failure code: GLQJK9-5LM681-9XLO3F-6OT303 and a product Id: XF390EA #ABU and 1 hard drive and a web URL.   What does this code mean?    I have been round and around the site, and nowhere can I find a box "enter your code of error here.    Can someon please explain what this means and what I can do about it.

  It says to uninstall the driver installed before you install the new driver.

  I uninstalled 6.0.1.6794. Then I installed 6.0.1.7023 and received the following error.

  OK, have you done a clean uninstall using a tool like ccleaner to clean record? Should be worth a try.

  And no, this is not a specific problem of Vista, as this seems to happen on Win XP too.

  I also tried to install the drivers of toshiba A100/A200 without exploitation, however, I read somewhere that there is a windows XP patch that is required to be installed, so that windows detect the chip high definition, which is on the motherboard.
