  I don't think that you can test the webtop without a dock. The Atrix is not compatible HDMI mirroring so oyu can not connect your phone directly to a HDMI monitor and get the same results that the use of the docking station.

  The Atrix firmware specifically checks to see if you have the 4 GB before plan allow the use of the Lapdock without a WiFi connection. No plan of 4 GB is WiFi only.

  If what you really WANT is mirrored, you need only check the box, however - screen resolutions can change something that both can achieve if you do this, so the results can be less than optimal.

  If your TV has an HDMI port, you can easily get an adapter and you will see your iPad on your TV screen (you must also set the entry to the corresponding HDMI port).

  It looks like that your ATV is indicating that cannot accept video. Please see my response in this thread of apple tv just audio transmission on airplay , which describes the same problem.

  Has made this use at work, or is this a new configuration?

  Condition AirPlay is activated on the ATV, I guess that your TV connection is not HDCP; TV is not directly connected by HDMI cable or a HDMI cable is very old.

  Mirror:

  I can hear the show on television but not to see the movie on the TV; KODO always plays on the MBPro.

  I can watch on my MBPro KODI but I would prefer to watch on the big screen.

  With the connected HDMI, available to the default view will be a desktop for your Mac and one for the TV.
