    This must have something to do with Siebel, starting the inbound web services. When you start web determinations with data previously seeded Siebel. OPA must remind a web service entering siebel to get the data.

    If the incoming web service does not correctly, this can take some time.

    2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

    This problem occurs when one of the following conditions is true:

    (a) an error has occurred during installation. The update has not been installed.

    (b) the update has been installed. However, a file was not updated to restart the computer.

    I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to speed up the process from queued to the Insider. For example launch you a process and it takes 15 or more seconds to change the status from pending to initiate and start the treatment.

    Things I've tried include increase in process simultaneous max for this type of process (e.g., App Engine) and also the priority to high, but this happens even when there is only a process running on the process Scheduler (so there is no conflict with other processes).

    I have Excel 2016, 2016 Word and Notepad made the fallen on my taskbar with different points, that I use frequently pinned in their right click menu. Recently, when I right click I just get the bottom lines two (program name and options off) and no files listed. I wait 30 seconds to a minute and my list of files appears. Menus on other programs pinned to the taskbar tasks seem to work very well and instantly.

    It might be a recent update of Windows or Office 2016 update that changed the behavior but remember that these are the only 2 things that have been updated.

    Progressive relaxation works best when you select only a limited number of lines. If you retrieve ALL the rows that satisfy the query, then every step of easing should run without worrying.

    You have discovered that wildcards don't work too well, unless you use SUBSTRING_INDEX. I encourage you to avoid completely if possible, or push down much lower in the progressive relaxation. Usually, GIFT % is a useful term (matches GIFTS, GIFTED, etc.), DON % is generally more effective.

    There are a lot of steps in your progressive relaxation. It you want to reduce the number of steps, you can change:

    Only your iPhone needs a SIM card to do the upgrade, you will not be asked this question when you update your iPad unless it's an iPad GSM. I wouldn't do the update again as IOS 9.3 has serious bug (s) to fix first.

    Hi, hard drive is dead on Dell dimension 2400, re-installed with existing win XP (SP3).  Another computer used to go to Dell support and download line that few drivers I could find for the serial number.  (Broadcom Integrated NIC, graphics controller, Modem) Drivers installed and I still have an unknown device (point yellow question mark for unknown sandwiched between the network adapters and Ports).  Wired Ethernet worked before hard drive failure - properties for Broadcom 440 x say ' device working properly ", but it will not pick up a DHCP IP.  Set the IP to the network router and can now same URL and local peripheral ping like www.google.com , but cannot get to internet with IE explore manually.

    Is there any other software drivers that are found in Dell archive somewhere I need to load to remove the unknown device?

    Any idea this device might be hiding between the "network adapters" and "Ports (Com and LPT)?  Appreciate any help.  Thanks, Dave
