  What I'm trying: all "_system", "_blank", "auto" with different methods (such as window.open, cordova.) InAppBrowser and etc), simple and deviceready links listeners (with windows.open = cordova. We have all two beautiful little last released (not beta) versions of iOs. All our purchases worked for centuries and that they were using the credit card of the husband (VISA). Husband bought successfully in-app stuff in Pokémon GO, but woman buying does not work, it reflects the basic errors, something like "payment could not be done." See all the steps and combinations, I've tried:

  1. Despite everything has worked in the past, we have checked that everything is configured correctly - credit card data are valid and verified and family sharing is OK. Tried to make a purchase - did not work.

  2. next, we removed the woman from family and added it, tried again once - did not work.

  I'm under CC app 3.7.5.291 on a Mac OS 10.11.6 - on behalf of my company, I can't see the latest app updates. I also have a personal account and I signed on behalf of society and on my account (my home account given updates on my home iMac), but even when I registered the CC app did not yet see the new updates.   I uninstalled, restarted and installed as indicated forums. What I've found, is that DPS App Builder had a default startup window showing, so when Adobe InDesign CS6 and says to "create an APA", he sent the data to the DPS App Builder, but its default window was denying sharing of data. DPS App Builder did not have a folio of work from. When I open the DPS App Builder and check the "do not show at startup", closed the app and then tells InDesign to "create an app," once again, he succeeded.   If you have a hardware problem, then nothing what to do with the software or operating system will not help.
