  I've upgraded to Mac OS 10.11.3 El Capitan. My old Adobe suite CS5 was already summary in the older operating system so I've upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Illustrator crashes when saving an image that is 'save for web' (Image open/save for web/change to save for web window / click on 'save' / crash). Photoshop crashes when you try to open the document (open Photoshop/Open - either from 'Open' in the home screen or "open" in menu bar/folder window open / click on the folder or file/crash ""). Acrobat opens but crashes after clicking on 'Open', has to be force quit. Dreamweaver does not open. InDesign crashes at unpredictable points of key strokes at first. I have not tried all the applications, but the entire suite CC is unusable. I'm many threads and problems with Apple and Adobe, but can't find the answer.

  That has not helped Bani but thanks for the suggestion. I went on the Chat with Adobe support and up to now have dates back to an apple problem, not Adobe. That the problem does not recur when we open a new user account and allows to open programs. Now I will try to fix my user account and I'll follow up with the results.

When I start or load a file, do not load the toolbars on my side and Illustrator freezes and crashes on me.   Illustrator needs a printer. Access to a printer via another computer can cause errors. You can try and install a PDF printer.

• Firefox will not save preferences & crashes when opening files

  Try creating a new profile as a test to check whether your profile is the source of the problems.

  I have a new install of Photoshop CS4 running on Windows 7 in Bootcamp. I have "applied ve updates. The program crashes whenever I try to open a file or start a new one. Any advice would be appreciated.

• CS6 Dreamweaver crashes when opening file

  From recently Dreamweaver CS6 hangs for 30 seconds or more, sometimes saying does not, when I open a HTML file. It seems to do this when the file contains links to external sites. To test, I created a file containing nothing else than the "new HTML file" basic headings, saved the file, then open. This test file do not hang.

  I tried the registry fix from the "FALSE ResolveRemoteURLToIPAddress" and delete the personal configuration (with closed Dreamweaver) directory. None of these solved the problem. Dreamweaver is always suspended when opening a file.

  Once the document opens, check the code for any protocol links (links that start by / / instead of http://) and change to http:// links, at least during development. This is a known issue with Adobe and will do what you describe.

  If you don't have any links related to Protocol, links to third-party websites can cause problems from time to time if their servers are slow or behave any kind of conflict with your network. Unless you can absolutely not, you can copy the external scripts to your local site and a link to the local versions instead, once again, during development.

  I am running Windows 7 Professional, SP 1.

  If you just did a normal installation of CVI 2015, it might still be interesting to try a force reinstall. It is possible that there is a corrupt file of CVI 2013 somewhere.

  Take the information to the same post here, it seems that this issue might be specific to your Windows configuration.

  I upgraded (05/10/2015) to the last 2015.01 of CC in Photoshop. If I try to open a 60 d Canon raw file (.) CR2) ACR opens. I can make adjustments very well. When I click the button open a picture to go to Photoshop crashes. If I open a Canon 60 d file that was opened before things work very well. ACR allows me to open the file in Photoshop. Save the file as a .png doesn't help either.

• Applications and programs crash when open file Explorer

  My programs and applications are blocking as soon as I open Explorer file (I use windows 8).  For example, when I go to attach a file to an e-mail, the Web browser crashes.  Also, when I go on ' Save as ' in microsoft office, word/excel crashes too.

  So far, I have:

  -Updated and rebooted

  -virus research (clear)

  -Startup in safe mode - safe mode will not allow not even me open microsoft word, and the problem persists when you use gmail via google chrome

  -re-installed office - no change

  What could I do next?  The computer was perfect up to this problem that began a couple of weeks.

  I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to refine the question in order to provide you with better assistance.

  1. You did changes to the computer before this problem?
  2. You get an error message when the applications or programs crash?

  The question could arise due to corruption in specific applications or due to file system corruption directly affecting the launch programs. In order to diagnose and resolve the issue, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.

  Method 1:

  Run the Troubleshooter of Apps and check if that helps.

  The Apps store is an automated tool that we have developed to deal with a number of known issues that may prevent applications from running correctly. This troubleshooting automatically solves some issues including the suboptimal screen resolution, incorrect security or account etc. settings. If the problem persists, refer to the remaining steps in the help article and check.

  Solve problems with a soft

  If the problem persists, try the following method.

  Method 2:

  Try to run a scan of the file system (CFS) auditor to check corruption of system files in the system. SFC scan will search for system files corrupted on the computer and fix them.

• Illustrator CS4 crashes when opening file

  Just installed and updated CS4 web premium yesterday.  XP on a PC.  Everything seems to work fine so far, except I.

  I opened, open a file, and it crashes immediately, sends a report.  Any file or of the place where or how.  Just a crash report is all I get.

  Anyone know what I should be done if I wanted to use HERE?  I couldn't find specific solutions to this and ideas.  I've never had problems of installation for quite a few editions dating back to Macromedia and ideas.  Is about to dl and install my old hf11 this weekend if I don't have a solution at this moment here.  I'm not a great illustrator of the guy type but an old project has come to haunt me.

  It's disappointing, there are other ways to see if maybe that's a problem of fonts or police corrupt cache file.

  If it's a matter of police then reinstalling does not provide the solution. There are utilities to check t see if there are fonts corrupted on your system a and or corrupted font cache files.

  You can do something that will let you know if a reinstall is needed.

  The easiest way is to create a new user and the newspaper in this user and see if you can open a file when it is connected to this new user.

  Please try running SOUL while now Alt + Ctrl + Shift for Windows or Alt + CMD + Shift for Mac.  This resets the preferences settings and can help.

  El Capitan Yosemite and CS5 are not compatible. For some people it can run more or less, for others not so much.
