  made anyone know if its possible in Indesign to do the second line of the paragraph indented using styles?

  I'm working on a book and I put the first word of each paragraph to be slightly larger and a different font to the rest of the paragraph. I did it using a style nested with the paragraph style. I also want to do what the second line is indented from the amount of space to the first word on the first line. This isn't problem doing this maunally but I want to find a way to define a style for this so that I can compose the book like this.

  Ive got a laptop 2005 Satellite a80-135 that worked very well until I tried to format the HDD after a performance of Ram boost operation (kingston 1 gb Ram module).

  Just after that, the computer started showing software problems and finally crashed;
  So I decided to reinstall the entire operating system yet. and here, I found the problem I really hope you can help me

  The thing is that I can't format my hard drive to my cd player (with recovery CD in) when the machine is restarted.
  In theory, start the Panel menu should appear after the computer reboot with the C key simountaneously key but nothing happens.

  Simply, the C button the STRANGE start.
  You can also try to press F12 after the laptop has been powered.
  Then the start menu should appear on the screen and then you could choose the ODD (optical disc) in order to boot from the CD.

  If this is not possible, the question is perhaps related to WEIRD malfunction or recovery disk.
  Maybe the CD/DVD drive cannot read the disc properly and so the laptop can not boot from the disc.
  You can try to copy the recovery CD using another computer and might try to start using the copied CD.
  If it does not the problem might be related to the WEIRD failure.

  I had to replace my hard drive after the failure, but impossible to install Windows XP Home (Home) from the recovery CD. I followed the instructions on the CD case, but nothing happens, just a cursor flashing at the top left of the screen. If I try to install XP on a disk (which I just can't finish because it is already registered), then the installation begins as it should. A disc of windows 2000 installs also successfully.

  I realize that it could be the drive itself, but it does not appear the disk is not bootable. I will be grateful for suggestions.

  Supplied restore CD is bootable. If I remember well, you should have 2 recovery (1/2 and 2/2) CD. It sounds stupid, but you can try to start the procedure of facilities using CD 2/2. A few months ago, I read a topic where a member of the forum has reported on the incorrect labelling of CD.

  I have a sony vaio s series that I bought last January. It comes preinstalled with windows 8, and I use it only about 2 - 3 times a week. 2 weeks ago my trackpad stopped working because I can't move my cursor. I can zoom in and zoom out, and other things, but there is a problem with some functions of the trackpad. I checked the synaptic driver and it says that it is up-to-date.
  now, I suspected that it might be a hardware problem, so I sent it to sony Service Center because it is still under warranty. Unfortunately, it is not the case and I was informed that it's a software problem. They advise me reinstall windows 8 because it is the only solution to the problem, they believe. (I want to clarify that it is probably not Fn + F1, as when I start the laptop, the trackpad works perfectly fine for about 30 secods and suddenly Soundtracks autour after that).
  I hesitate to do because it is a daunting task and I'm not really intuitive with such things. I wonder if you have any suggestions or if anyone has experienced the same problem.
  My hunch is that a windows update is responsible for this, but I'm not entirely sure. Indeed, 3 weeks after I bought my laptop, that this has already happened to my once but after the reboot, the trackpad has worked well. now even by restarting the computer does not help. Basically, I have to use a mouse which is not convenient when I'm on the road...

With the virtual machine off, I ran vmkfstools-i XPTICK.vmdk thin XPTHIN.vmdk d and ended with a disc thin provisioned, size which shows 19,827,710 as and 20,971,520 as size put in service. When I turn on the virtual machine, it is projection 10 used HARD disk space. Is there another way to recover unused space? ESXi5.5 U2 autonomous thanks

  If zeroing free space disk (sdelete with the - z option) does not clean enough adjacent free clusters, i.e. data on the virtual file system spans the partition, it is unfortunately not that much vmkfstools can do. In this case, you will need to use VMware Converter for example and run a conversion, V2V Volume Based (advanced options).

  I'm Mac 10.8.5 cs6.   just got a new printer - epson xp-950.  I can print from photoshop, but when I try to print an INdesign doc I get a msg saying that "printer is not connected."  installing the drivers later.   Epson tech guy sez it's a prob of IND, of course.  How to solve?

  Tech Guy is probably correct. We don't usually see reports on problems with Epson printers, but ID is not the best app wise when it comes to printing. The usual solution is to export to PDF and print that instead.
