  You did not mention the updates, but I can not see 11.0.03. I would try to make sure that you have the system fully updated.

  Let me start by saying that we are sorry that you encounter the problem that you are.  However, you must understand why you have these pains and hopefully prevent from happening in the future.

  Adobe has NEVER supported the installation of multiple versions of Acrobat on the same computer.  Not on Windows and not Mac.

  We are aware that some of our clients choose to use this configuration not supported AGAINST OUR RECOMMENDATIONS, however, is NOT supported.  Therefore, the law of modernization of XI Acrobat Acrobat DC is just that - an UPGRADE.  It is not a "install a new piece of software next to my old".  Just like when you apps from the Mac App Store, or with the browser Chrome - update/upgrade you do not get to keep the old software, you simply get the new shiny thing.

  Regarding plugins - it seems that some of you were installing your plugins inside the app on the Mac package.  It is also a NOT RECOMMENDED since Acrobat X configuration, when we enabled support for a plugin folder external - precisely for this reason - that when uninstall us an application it also uninstall the plugins included.  If they were in the right external folder, they would have been left alone.   Although, as Andrew said, none of the plugins would continue to run on Mac.

  I see that you have Acrobat Pro DC subscription & membership for export to Adobe PDF format has expired.

  Acrobat Reader & Acrobat Pro continuous are two different applications.

  To use the services of Acrobat, you will need to download Acrobat Pro DC following the steps described in this document KB, download and install Adobe Acrobat DC & use the same (Acrobat Pro DC) instead of Acrobat Reader DC to use the services to export in PDF format.

  In Acrobat 9 my main menu poster file, edit view, Documents, comments, forms, tools, advanced, options windows and helps but in Acrobat Pro XI, I have only the file, change the display, Windows and help.  Is it possible for the XI menu to show identical to 9.0.

  Regarding the tools and others, they are on the right side of the screen today. I don't think there's a way to bring back them to the menu bar. The question of the icon, I would say that you check the preference under the screen and see if there's an option there.

  I managed to solve this problem by running the cleanup CS6 for Mac tool and reinstall the Application Manager. Please follow the steps below.

  1. close all Adobe Applications.

  2 cleaning Downlaod CS6 tool and run it.

  ( Download the CS6 here cleaning tool : http://download.macromedia.com/pub/creativesuite/cleanertool/mac/AdobeCreativeSuiteCleaner Tool.dmg )

  3. remove the CS6 applications using this tool.

  4. download and run the Application Manager l.

  I just bought a new Mac Book Pro - I've done a full migration of my old Pro, but ended up having many of my Adobe programs uninstall because, while trying to free up space on my old Pro, I had accidentally deleted some files of application led me to get error messages when I open programs.  Anyway - I was able to reinstall all the programs on the new computer, with the exception of Acrobat Pro VI - Installer CC told me that it is "up-to-date", even if it is not installed on my computer and it gives me the opportunity to install it.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!
