HELP: can't do without code pilot DVD UJ - 841S region!

Hello

I spent weeks and weeks looking for a way to make my carpet * a UJ - 841 S on my laptop Satellite M70-204 free region, but no software (such as DVD region free or AnyDVD) seems to help.
I've posted questions on the various forums of firmware to get some info, but noone has been able to provide assistance.

Can someone give me a clue please?
I really need to play DVDs from various regions for professional use and I sometimes wish that I did not buy this laptop although it is satisfying in many other ways.

Thank you very much in advance for your support
Fabrice

Hi Fabrice

On this forum, you will find a lot of similar topics. Advanced serarch use and read comments from other users of the forum.

In short: legally, it is not possible to do. You can try to use some 3rd party software but at your own risk.

Good bye

System has been great from the GET go, there are more than 2 weeks. Never a failure to the no boot, no lock ups etc. Woke up in the middle of the night last week with cmptr attempt to restart. No new software or hardware installed had been. Nothing worked, quiet dampened.

From there on, I was not able to start Windows.

I entered the BIOS and tried to start a well known point... nothing. Always get blue screen. I have reset the CMOS on the mobo, removed the battery on the mobo and reinstalled. I unplugged the two hard drives power and SATA cables, bought a NEW (third) HD and installed, with only one new HD connected, with a full version of Windows Vista DVD in the CD/DVD drive, tried to boot Windows from scratch... still get the blue screen?

    Blue screen says:

A problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

I was able to run the memory test and it came back without errors. I was not able to get to "repair your computer", as the beginning is never far away. When the computer reboots, it comes to the sequence: normal mobo beeps (five) than even that when the system was working fine... then I get the graph of the mobo splash screen EVGA P55 SLI,... then black screen with "Windows loading files"... which appears just above the loading bar (it looks like gage fuel fill from left to right).

Once the bar then "fills" Blue Screen of Death!

It's EXTREMELY frustrating because it was built for me by an employee of INTEL (very smart read), all latest drivers etc. Very little software loaded on the system. Most of the aid that I read guess you can operate within Windows already... Catch 22! I can't!

To resolve an error caused by the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS

    1. Restart your computer.

To resolve an error caused by an incompatible device driver, system service, virus scanner, or backup tool

    1. Check the system log in Event Viewer for error messages that may identify the device or driver that caused the error.
    2. Try disabling the cache in memory of the BIOS.
    3. Run the diagnostics of equipment provided by the manufacturer of the system, in particular the scanner memory. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
    4. Make sure that the latest Service Pack is installed.

Checked the Web site of the manufacturer for the updated driver. Did not work.

    Hello

Roxio, or other players or programs using the drive could be the cause and you may need
Uninstall them and then run across such a 2nd time.

19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.

Step 1: Please make all underneath the same if you've done it before as it's often the total of the process which
    solves the problem.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
contacts data with a pencil eraser.

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
Playback of CD and DVD). Therefore, it is not unusual for 1 or 2 rooms with not so work that others do it properly.

Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are some registry entries
that the troubleshooter does not, and those who "could" be the cause.

Check with your system manufacturer Maker and device for possible firmware updates and the good
    Your player registry entries.

Here are the keys in my opinion, are those in question - for the reader of CD/DVD subkeys of course that he will be
other subkeys in these keys. Be sure to ask specific keys involved as well as the parameters.

I have a Bluetooth device that cannot get a pairing code. I carefully checked the three options of bluetooth connection and the 3rd works, i.e. one that allows the pair without using code.

So I pair without code - and Windows 7 allows me to do.
BUT when I run the program that connects to the device, I get a pop up Bluetooth asking me a code!
It is completely buggy and, moreover, I am not allowed to take control - I know exactly what device I want to use, I see in Bluetooth devices, but for "reasons of security MS" I'm not allowed to use it!
    PLEASE HELP SOMEONE
    Hello

    1. when the question is is produced?
    2. What is the number of brand and model of your bluetooth device?

I would like to do the following and check if they help.

    Step 1:

Temporarily disable all security software and check if the problem persists.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats.  In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    Step 2:

    The problems with Bluetooth devices

    Kenny

    Hello Kenny,

Looks like you're still malicious software on your computer but also need the driver. First question is do you know what the driver is for (the piece of hardware or software? Second question is what version of Windows 7 and shallow are you running?  Tip: go to control panel, select system, and the data is in the first box of information.

As for getting your system works correctly, helps to get rid of the software malicious you apparently. Download and install the following freeware applications:

    Malwarebytes': http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware.shtml .

SuperAntiSpyware: http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html (use the link Direct download only).

Concerning your choice of antivirus application, I don't trust Norton and invites you to take a "second opinion". These two online scanners can be used without interfering with your installed antivirus program:

    ESET Online Scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

    TrendMicro Online Scanner: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/us/ .

Post back here with your results and the requested information and we will go after the drivers you need.

    Kind regards

  • Can I buy Standalone Adobe Encore DVD

    Hello

I have an old copy of Adobe Encore DVD (ver 1.5), I said 'old '.  Should I understand that I can not buy just the Encore DVD application without the creative cloud?

    Thanks for the help,

    Jerry

Yet DVD is dead. The latest version was CS6 and it came bundled with Premiere Pro, but which is available in the suites. You are too late for the party, and without spending a lot of money, there is no way to obtain a more recent version of the still.
