Help! Changed the ID and now can't access my site BC

Ive tried everything. I've changed my adobe ID but now, impossible to use the new ID to enter my site of BC. I can't use old ID either. I put in a ticket about this, but adobe just asks me to check my ID. I'm stuck in a kind of vicious circle and are getting desperate. I don't know what to do. Anyone have any ideas?
