  Hi RobbyUtah,

  Try to press the ARROW keys to CTRL ALT (Alt + Ctrl + top or down arrow). You will get the normal screen. To disable this feature, you will need to click on start-> settings-> Control Panel-> Intel (display drivers) and disable access keys. or right click on your desktop-> properties-> settings-> Advanced-> Intel media Accelerator Graphics Driver-> Graphics Options-> access keys.

  In addition to what Shawn said, there should be a key you can hit while the manufacturer of your computer display... before starting windows... To RESET or RESTORE factory.

  More pre-installed machines have a key such as F12 or something to do.

  My HP laptop for example, forces me to hit ESC. It will then display a menu of different options.

  Hello I have a huge problem and need HELP! With all the shortcuts I have on my desktop and icons that I have in my menu it start seem to be a problem.   Sounds very similar to what I had come last week. I did not now what the site was, but I noticed that the box seems to be analysis what were the Windows system files, it could not have been real. I do not download anything either, and I think that if you have not then you are probably safe. I am far from being an expert in the field and am sure that someone with more expertise will also. I learned that the best thing to do is vacuum history of cache, cookies and remove and close the browser. Don't try not even close the box that I have read. I don't know if I did or not. I think that there is some nasty things circulating right now try to deceive us in their installation on our Macs. I agree that it's a very scary experience.
