• Passwords for Windows on a HP mini netbook

  I have a HP mini netbook and even if I take my programs I can't access Windows (I don't know what version is if 7 or XP) because it requires a password.  The idea that it gives is the family, but I tried the names I use and none work.  Is it possible to get me my origin or how to create a new.  As you can probably tell, I'm not that computer!

  This forum can not help to break passwords, but there is circimstances where our assistance by entering the password can be useful...

  • Passwords are case sensitive
  • Due to distinguish uppercase / lowercase, check the Caps Lock key

I took the battery and cleaned it when I felt the same 3 low "hum" beeps through the table if the net book was not on the table nor had battery inside. So... Turns a friend gave me a phone very small cel with phone numbers to join him and his wife (I was out of minutes)... and... .He was set to vibrate! So... you guessed it... Everytime he had a call it ' vibrated 3 times-low... I have an own battery and do not want to read the article that you have been so kind to send. Thanks Mauirae

  24/01/2011.  Monday.  Chicago.  Please help me with my free space.  I bought a HP mini 1030 NR Best Buy Marc h 2009 HP netbook.  It has an SSD, 16 GB capacity.  I put all the data on an external drive.  Now 15.5 GB are filled with 300 MB of free space left.  Of this, its program folder is 2.4 GB.  His Windows folder is 4.0 GB, Windows XP.  I have disabled the Microsoft updates.   I regularly empty the Temp files and cleaning disc and AVG free anti-virus and Spybot.  How and what do I remove, free of charge, so that I have at least 2 to 5 GB free space again?  I can't find any instructions, nor how or what files/folders should I remove?  I really appreciate your help.  C. Saturday.  The SOLUTION!   For another task, I installed the free Panda Cloud antivirus program last night.  Space on my netbook HP 1030NR solid state drive 16 GB a 15.5 filled with about 150 mgs free.  A tense, to say the least.  I downloaded and installed Panda Cloud antivirus free.  When the installation is finished and I went to check out the solid state drive, it read GB filled 10.3 and 5.6 GB of free space!  This information can help someone else.

  I have Windows 7 32 bit on a Compaq Mini HP netbook.

  I tried to download a software for the site of HP drivers and downloads to allow me to take photos and videos with my laptop. Called Webcam Companion 3
  Have downloaded and installed very well it seemed (although he has not asked the laptop needs to be restarted, which I found strange)
  At first he does not correctly until I finally managed to download wmvcore.dll and then wmvasf.dll to allow it to open properly.

• VMPlayer between conflicting WWAN module on the HP Mini netbooks - how to climb as bug?

  On a HP Mini 5101 netbook, integrated WWAN module (Qualcomm - module high speed Mobile HP un2400) does not connect when the VMPlayer is installed.  The player has no need to run, only to be installed.  If the player is uninstalled, the WWAN module runs.  Bluetooth/WLAN modules are not affected.

  Not done that for geek factor, but to run a virtual machine of our CMDB application on netbook in case of loss of access to the data center and DR site.

  LiveChat HP helped but concluded because a third-party application conflict with the Qualcomm WWAN module, is the problem of third parties.  We stopped process/services but could not get around.

  I've seen a few similar reports on google with laptops HP and WWAN.

  The environment is Windows 7.  Latest drivers WWAN, VMWare Player.  The symptoms are HP Connection Manager is running, but if the on option comes with the message 'select supplier '.  Once you try to connect with HP Connection manager PC does not (except with power hard off).

  How I climb this VM as a bug between the reading software and WWAN module.

  There is a new Version of the HP Connection Manager (V.3.1.3.11), which solves the problems. The network card is also usable in a virtual machine with a NAT configuration...

  You can start safe mode?  When you turn on you should be able to press the F8 key about once per second, until you get the advanced boot menu and select Mode without failure.  If you do this, you can select the system restore to get back before the beginning of the problem.  System Restore is under start-> all programs-> Accessories-> system tools.  Click on the box that says «Show restore points more»

  When you say that your laptop is not a hard disk, which it start from?  An SSD, a flash drive?  You neglected to mention that relevant detail.

  I just bought the Pavilion dm1-2010nr of Verizon.  Anyone know anything about this?  Can't find any reviews on this particular model, but have seen customers from similar models (i.e.. dm1z, etc..)  I'm fine with all the specs because I got it at a really good price, but I'm not really sure of the processor...
