  You have the Setup "Wake on Lan" in the BIOs? The function to the computer be awakened my network entries. You will need to start in the BIO to disable this feature. • 10GBase-T module lights turn off after turning the power on switch

  I have a pc6248 with the latest version of the firmware and a 10gbase-t module which lights do not go after turning on the switch.  But if I do a "reload", the module lights turn off and works normally.  So there's something about switching on the switch that causes the module lights stay on and the module is not connect or traffic through until I do a 'reload '.  I have another module that works normally in the switch, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the switch.  Has anyone else seen elsewhere?  Clues about what can happen?  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  I see, unfortunately there isn't really anything that can be done of these modules. No update of the firmware or something like that.  Having two of the same exact module, 1 works and 1 does not work, indicates a problem with the module. Is the module a recent purchase? If so, you can get toggled.

  With the defective module installed, if you issue a shutdown command and then a no shutdown interface command, behavior change at all?

  Suddenly the WiFi symbol in the notification panel started showing "!" whenever connected to WiFi. I know what means the exclamation mark with the WiFi symbol. But in my case, even when I am connected to WiFi and can download apps and surfing, the WiFi symbol always an exclamation point. I tried a hard reset.   I have the same problem after the lollipop. Figured out that exclamation point appears them on WiFi sign only after I used mobile data on SIM2. When I use mobile data on SIM1 and then turn on WiFi, everything is OK (the WiFi sign is without '! ")

  So how you can solve this problem:

  1 turn off WiFi

  2. activate the mobile data on SIM1. Wait for that 'H' or 'E' sign indicating that mobile data sucessfully working. Put access point sometimes lost: mobile networks goto-> Access point names and be sure that this radio button is active.

  3. turn on the WiFi. Now, there is no exclamation point!

  And if you use mobile data on a single SIM card. just swap the SIM card in the first slot.

  UPDATE: I removed all devices and low and behold, when I unplugged my BluRay USB drive, the lights are all on the CPU.  I restarted, close, tried to sleep and Hibernate and everything works fine now.  I guess that the BluRay player was watching somehow the CPU to turn it off.  It is a unit that is known for needing a huge amount of energy to function properly.  Naturally, the Blu - Ray player is not get reconnected to this HP PC.   Now I use with my Mac.

  I'm having some problems with my old man (2004) Satellite P10 PSP10E-0SCM7-FR

  One day he simply closed (as if power, no BSOD) and the power and the led for WIFI and the CD/DVD button remains lit.

  I have reinitialzed the computer using history CD provided with the computer
  I removed the radiator cleaned as well as the fan and then replace a new thermal grease
  I changed the memory

  Yet I still have the same problem, for some reason, the computer simply shutdown and the light stays on. Occasionally, the power light start, and I am able to restart the computer. But I'm unable to understand what makes the computer is shut down, or when that happens, what makes the power light turns off and make it possible to start the computer again.

  No idea what's going on?
  The Start button / stop and led market would be an error message?
  If so, what that means?

  I see that you mentioned that the printer is less than a year, so I would recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the printer to help. The issue seems to be with the material.

  Try a Hard Reset as follows.

  Shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the power button for a minute.  Reinsert the battery, connect the power adapter and start Notepad.

  Don t think someone could help here in your case.
  No lights (power led, led battery nor ac DC plug-in led) means there could be a problem of serious material maybe the motherboard is missing.

  If the AC adapter is defective, then the laptop must always turn on using battery power ok, this is not possible if the battery would be too empty.

  So usually a technician first test adapter and should try to plug an AC adapter right in order to test this.

  But to me it looks like something wrong with a motherboard :(
  Of course, this is only my personal opinion...
