  The path on your local computer would be:

  If the folder above does not exist, check if you have more than one medium volume? If so, the directory above can be created on the mount where launches 'Manager Adobe help.

  Another reason why 'Adobe help Manager' keeps popping up that is already active sound the system tray. YOY can "Force quit" the application after you set preferences and try an another invocation of help.

  If nothing works, workaround to stop "Adobe help Manager" to launch whenever you launch help, maybe remove the application from your system. Open "/ Applications/Adobe" in the Finder and place 'Adobe help eat' into the trash.
