Help! I can't validate my Windows 7

I had a lot of technical problems in trying to validate my Windows 7 operating system.

I have been using a genuine Windows 7 key and disc years but had to make several relocations from my computer in the year due to viruses and spyware. And now my new computer displays randomly "this copy of Windows is not genuine" warning and the screen is black after about six months after I installed Windows 7 top and executes updates.

I spent six hours trying to get Windows 7 to validate - he gave me a dozen script errors whenever I ran the validation software. After a few hours, the windows activation has finally provided a menu with a phone number and the option to enter a product key - do not know why he decided to work this time. When I entered the product key, I was informed that the key had been blocked by Windows.

What can I do to fix this so I can use my series? I bought the software and I use it on all other systems.

No company should penalize the customer and impose an undue burden on them something similar to the use of their product. It's bureaucracy and micromanage on steroids. If I had an alternative to Windows, I would use it in a heartbeat.

Sincerely,

Anonymous Windows user

1 R.click my computer, properties, new look of the window at the bottom of the screen, 'Validation of Windows'

It should say valid. If this isn't the case, enter the product key. In addition, in Add/Remove windows components,

Do scroll down, chk, the box for the validation of windows software, modify others, close and restart the pc. In addition, in

race or cmd, type: services.msc in msc, scroll down to locate the windows process activation, double

click it, run the value auto start service, release, search, & set windows module installer, as before, output msc...

You can consider starting another thread/topic just for your problem if things don't mix with Tarkin75 (Tarkin75 has a different problem).

If your system starts without complaining and you are just having trouble getting on the Internet, here are some things to check after relieving your system of malware:

We will check your network connection properties.

Some malware will alter these settings and your anti malware software can't tell if you have changed the malware changed them or so, after removal of infections, it will leave just the settings as he finds them (it is usually a good thing), but can leave your disabled Internet access.

Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    Inetcpl.cpl

Click OK to launch the Internet Properties Control Panel, choose connections, LAN settings.

Or, in Internet Explorer click on tools, Options, connections, LAN settings.

These settings control your Internet access for all browsers.

(If you make settings, write them down so you can undo changes if you must)

On most environments, not independent, there will be check automatically detect settings and the other boxes are (as Proxy Server) is disabled.

Automatically detect the setting checked =
Use the automatic configuration script = unchecked
Use a proxy server for your LAN = not checked

Make changes, then click OK, OK to save the settings.

Check your settings for how your network adapter gets its IP and DNS settings.  On most home systems, these parameters must be defined for the system will get the settings automatically.

If you have another system on your network that works, you can compare these settings with the settings of the system which is not a work and make adjustments.

Click Start, settings, Control Panel, network connections, and then select your current network connection.

On the general tab, click Properties.

In the drop down in the Middle, find and highlight the selection of Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.

In the Internet Protocol Properties window, the usual selections are to get the IP and DNS settings automatically.  Select the following two options:

    Obtain an IP address automatically
Get a DNS server address automatically

The rest of the options on the screen should then be grayed out/not available.

Make changes, then click OK, OK to save the settings.

Restart your computer and test your connection.

If it still does not work, check your settings are still in place after a restart and then release and renewal IP of your network device configuration settings.

Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    cmd

Click OK to open a command prompt window, and then type the following commands:

    ipconfig/release
    ipconfig / renew
    output

Restart your computer and test your connection.

Do, or do not. There is no test.

I made several attempts to validate my Windows 7 Home Premium after having successfully installed an upgrade nothing helps. My screen remains black. All files & folders are intact with the exception of some non-Microsoft programs, I'll have to re - install. A further important point is the following. The problems started when my tech service here in Minneapolis returned my system to the condition of operation after an accident is important, however, and as he informed me at the time, my Windows Update
no longer worked. That was the initial problem. This problem is not resolved. Please help.

    Hi valeria2012,

You should be able to manually download KB2360937 from here:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/en-US/Download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&ID=17751

Also, you can take a look at the article below for troubleshooting on your particular error:

  • How can I validate windows xp sp2?

Updates automatic dosen't work and no updates have been downloaded for a long time. And I can't run microsoft essentials security on my PC.

What do you mean by "validate the window xp sp2?"  You try to install SP2?  You can download the full package of SP2 here then install it without the need of automatic updates:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 network installation Package for IT professionals and developers

    This could also be useful:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) Solution Center

If you already have the Service Pack SP1a installed, then you can skip SP2 and install SP3 (SP3 includes SP2):

    Hello jabeena, welcome.

This section would apply in fact to the Windows Live programs, but we'll see what we can do to help out you.

I recommend to try this first:

    1. disable any antivirus software or security, you have running on your computer. Looking for software to disable that contains a firewall.

    2. click on START
    3. Type "cmd" (without the quotes). Right-click on the result at the top of the menu START and select 'run as administrator '.
4 type the following and press enter

    Regsvr32 softpub.dll wintrust.dll initpki.dll

    5. then type the following command and press enter

    netsh winsock reset

    6. restart your computer and see what happens.

You buy a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Professional, you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only be preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Professional that uses an activation exploit that bypasses the product activation.

We know that it is because the BIOS date:

    20060331000000.000000 + 000

Windows 7 was released in 2009, the date of your BIOS says 2006, which probably means that your system is provided with Windows Vista or Windows XP.

In addition, it is a Windows 7 well known professional license which has been used all over the web:

    Windows product key: *-* - M3DJT - 4J3WC-733WD

Do a search on the web.

Thus, you must either charge your version of Windows that came on your computer (Vista or XP) or consider purchasing a license of Windows 7 genuine.

  • When I open Corel Draw 7 (Yes it's old, but he's all I have to do) as soon as I try to do anything on a graph, the window titled ' help' "Why can't I get help from this program?

When I open Corel Draw 7 (Yes it's old, but he's all I have to do) as soon as I try to do anything on a graph, the window titled ' help' "Why can't I get help from this program?  opens and won't allow me to contimue.  As soon as I close the window, the first action I take it opens again.  Nothing EVER happens on my chart.  I can't take ANY action.  How can I close that window and keep it closed.

    Any ideas?

I just did a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium from a disk I bought at Staples.  I then re-load my old version of Corel.  Corel Photo-Paint works well, it is fair to Corel Draw.

Corel Draw 7 is not compatible with win7, even when you use the compatibility options

  • Help - installed VMware and Windows 7 and I can not see my Windows desktop

    Hello

This could be really basic, but I can't seem to get by:

I just installed VMware 8 on a new Macbook Pro (OS El Capitan).

I then installed Windows 7, apparently successfully, all the way up to Windows installation was finished and I went to open the virtual machine for the first time.  The office opened very well, but when I went to maximize this mode full-screen, I essentially disappeared.  She is obviously still ongoing, as he urged on antivirus McFee, that I installed it successfully.

In the library, the virtual machine appears grey, with a basket and McFee icon.

    Screen Shot 2016-03-29 at 8.02.37 AM.png

I tried to uninstall the machine and install again, but the same thing happened...

    Any ideas?

In fact, here is a better description of what's going on...

You are in mode of "unity".

It is a "cache" mode the windows desktop and allows access to applications as they were Mac apps.

In your menu bar, there is an icon for the merge, and you can launch Windows apps from there.

Alternatively, you can simply use "Single window" or mode "full screen" for the traditional windows back office.

The button to switch is in the "View" menu

    Hope that helps!
