  Looks like you may have a problem with the operating system on this computer. Try to download the software, and then it extracts cancel installation. Follow the instructions below to try the scrub on this system. I would like to know what is happening?

  1 download the drivers and full software features

  9. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  It depends on how you upgrade.  I'd take a glance at this document before the upgrade, which should answer other questions you may have as well.

  Remember, more than likely HP does not go to the material support for W8 on any system purchased before October 1, 2011.  Most of the pilots of W7 works in W8, but not sure about Vista.

  You can run the software from the upgrade wizard, which will scan your PC and report on what is currently installed on your PC is compatible with the W8.
