• Need help to get back running my computer after that I stop.

  After I stop and restart my computer I get this black screen with "floppy Q Seek failure, press F1 or the installer.  When I press F1 it bring back my splash screen, but this isn't a normal start procedure.  Help.   ·        Do you have any floppy drive installed on the computer?

  ·        Do you not see any drive floppy in the computer window?

  ·        Since when are you facing this problem?

  ·        You did changes to the computer before this problem started?

  You may receive this message if the floppy drive Q drive is enabled in the BIOS if the boot priority is set to boot from the floppy drive and the CMOS battery is dead or if the BIOS settings are set to default return. You can contact the computer manufacturer to help you disable the floppy drive in the BIOS and check the CMOS battery on the motherboard.

  NOTE: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from configuration can resolved BIOS/CMOS settings. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

• URGENT all, but one of my tools are gone - help me get back them please!

  I've been using PP cs4 for a year now - it love (except for frequent accidents, unexpected :-))  I just make sure I have record after only a few steps...

  I must have done something for her today. In the middle of editing a project, I discovered that the only tool that I have in my toolbar is the pen. No arrow, no razor, etc. ONLY the pen. I spent the last 30 minutes, helps it research and online to find a way to get them back.

  Try this, it worked for me with the same problem.

  If you use two monitors, drag the Tools menu to monitor A.  Close the tool window.  Now go to the window pull-down menu and select Tools.  The complete toolkit is now available.

  I hope it works for you, I have no idea how it works for me, but it does.  I have the same problem with every prproj I open.

  I tried to restart my computer, but only to get the same result, I tried to backup and resture but my computer tells me always that it is restureing the computer already. If someone can help or has had the same promblem I would like to know what I could do?

  I lost my mac mini 2009 with my library of more than 3,000 titles iTune.

  For now, I have an old Dell with Windows 7 and iTunes.

  I still have access to my iTune and iTune Store account, but I have nothing left to synchronize.

  My external drive backup are all in the time Capsule and I'm now trying to recover my iTunes library on a PC...

  I allowed Dell to access iTune but I can't import the content of my old iTune iPhone 3GS on the Dell library...

  All I see are my recent purchase... a very small part of the library.

  My music is all about the 3Gs, how can I import it on the DEll PC?

  An iPhone is not a source of backup for the music.

  You can restore all your music purchased on iTunes, but it seems that if you know that and you want to restore the rest.

  The way to do that is to replace your Mac Mini with a new Mac, then use Time Machine as well as the Migration Wizard to restore your last backup Mac Mini for this new machine.

• MRT.exe ate my photos. Can someone help me get back them?

  I am running Windows XP service pack 3.  I keep all my photos on a separate hard drive in its own file labled photos.  According to this hard disk a file arrived on labled 00f3f1d25bf937f91f.  When I looked inside this file, it shows that it contains a file called MRT.exe dated 05/17/2011.  As it has been bothering me not let him alone.  Unfortunately however today my mouse, which can be a bit tempemental, rather than open the file of the photo, which was immediately next to this file, moved the photo file to the folder labled 00f3f1d25bf937f91f and won't let me open it.  I tried to move the picture on the 00f3f1d25bf937f91f file, but the system is in place with access denied.  If I look at the properties of the photo file I can even if I can't open it, it shows the size of file as being zero byte.  Can anyone tell how I recover my photos?  I guess they are there somewhere the extrnal HDD is provided by Seagate and on my directory is called FreeAgent drive. It is not used for anything else other than a backup of hard drive that I did not run for a few weeks so wherever the photos went to what they always be you somewhere.
  Besides the above, I'm under full AVG anti virus with firewall suite etc. so I don't know I need anyway this program MRT.exe.  I seem to have three versions of the present on the hard disk at different times.  I have not looked to see where he may have repeated itself.
