• HELP Please: problems connecting to Google Chrome or Internet Explorer: think it has to do with my network cards

  My computer works perfectly except that I can't connect to the internet using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Internet works fine.  I have another computer that is connected to the same network, and it works fine.  Also my signal strength is optimal. When I try to go on Google Chrome, it says that the web page is unavailable & the reason why is error: 105 (net: ERR_NAME__NOT_RESOLVE) the server is not found.  When I try to use the Internet, I get this message:

  Device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)
  I've tried everything and looked at other forums. I went into Device Manager and tried to update the driver, but whenever I do it just says that all updates are already made.
  I really feel that my problem has something to do with network cards. When I go to Device Manager and discovered the network adapters 13 different adapters appear. The 1st is Atheros AR5007 802. 11b / g Wireless Adapter and it looks like it works very well but there are 11 different (Microsoft 6to4 adapt #10) (all have different # s, 10,11,12,14,15,16,17,18,20,5,9) there is (NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller)
  I think the problem is with the Microsoft 6to4 adapters because win I right click & then click on PROPERTIES of each adapter says: State of the device, this device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) So, is to "find solutions", says & when I do that nothing happens, a message flashes on the screen that says: "Could not load driver software" and that windows is looking for information, but nothing ever happens.
  Can some1 please help me! My computer worked fine and both Google Chrome and still worked and then out of the blue it just stoped working. Any information would be very useful

  Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum.

  You have found the source of your problems.  You must remove or uninstall, all the cards of 6to4.  Also delete everything that said map Tunnel or card miniport WUN.  Also uninstall or disable, Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Properties tab on existing network cards.

  Once you have done these things, restart the computer and make sure that the 6to4 adapters does not return.

  How do you mean that you can't find anything on your computer to connect to a wireless device? You must activate the wireless card by sliding the switch to the right. In addition, you can activate the card wireless via the keycombination 'FN + F8'.

  Here are the steps to turn on IPv6.

  1. right click on the network icon.

  2. Select Open the network and sharing Center.

  3. in the window that appears, select "change the map settings.

  4. in the network connections window, select the 'connection to the Local network' for the interface integrated NETWORK, then "Change settings of this connection" or file > properties.

  5. in the connection properties page, check the box 'Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Internet'.

  1 have you made changes to your computer recently?

  2 are you able to access the Internet through an Ethernet cable?

• Help! Setup Wizard cannot connect to the router!

  I tried several times to install this router wireless MO # BEFW11S4.

  I get an error message that Setup Wizard cannot connect to the router!

  I pressed the reset on the back button each time, it is turned off, check the cable connections between the modem cable to the router, then router to the computer.

  After dropping out of the router and connect the PC to the top with the modem, the PC is then connected to the internet once more.

  How to solve problems, or isolate the problem as a bad router?

• Wmp300n connection to the router Netgear WGR614 G problems

  I'm new here so I want just to say hi first.

  I've been lurking here for a while because I bought my 300N. So far, the monitor is undesirable now it is uninstalled and all the drivers are installed. When my DD - WRT flashed WRT54GL is my main router this card is ideal. But I have another problem with two Xbox 360 who do not want to use the same service at the same time, so I bought another router. The Netgear WGR614 v.9.

  I have the 54GL router on a bridge wireless for the 360 so I can have both on the net at the same time. Even when the netgear router is the main router... This 300N wireless card has worked with him for about 10 minutes then just loss of signal. It will not reconnect no matter what I do. I reinstalled it and it still does not connect. The 54GL router is connected to it very well and works.

  There is a problem with the Netgear router what is the map?

  Please if anyone knows that would be great for a response. All forums I go I always ask difficult questions and they never get answered. haha.

  UPDATE: it turns out that it is the fault of WRT54GLs. The DD - WRT software cannot do the job of a customer right wireless I guess. The Netgear router shows that it gives two IP addresses when the router connects with the xbox. It gives the IP router and the xbox and the INVESTIGATION period. But then show that they share the same MAC address. DD - WRT is the MAC of the XBOX and the same as making the MAC like DD - WRT. And no matter how many times I change the MAC it they are both the same to come.

  I tried several solutions offered on the internet without any positive results, such as:

  -Disable IPv6

  -Computers wireless card uninstalled, then put it back

  -Uncheck the link layer topology

  -Restart the router/mobile

  -Check and install all updates for windows and HP

  And several others, all parameters have returned to what they once were.

  Help and suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

  How much RAM you have on your system? (Right click on "My Computer"-> properties)

  As a general rule, Windows XP does not work well if you have less than 1 GB or more of RAM.  What usually happens is that your RAM capacity is exceeded leading to overflow on virtual memory (the drive) to compensate for the need of RAM in the computer.  This causes your system to beat on your hard drive and slow down your system.

  If this is your problem, the options are to increase the RAM on your system or decrease the non-essential programs that launch at startup on your computer using a tool like Autoruns.
