Help! My Apple ID has been disabled and I am out of the country!

Hello, I had Apple products for years, and for the first time, I got an alert saying, ' your ID Apple has been disabled ' whenever I try to update my applications. I changed my password twice. I looked for the online support for Apple, but apparently it is not available now. I am currently in El Salvador, and I'm not a Spanish speaker fluent, so I can't turn to their support line for help. WHAT should I do? I am frustrated beyond! AH!

Have you tried a forced reboot? Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.  Then sign out of the iTunes Store and log in. (for applications not updated).

Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.
