  1 update you are trying to install? (Mention the number of KB)

  2. do you get any error code or error message?

  Try the following steps to verify that update failed recently.

  a. press Windows + Q keys.

  b. type view update history in the search option.

  c. click view update history .

  d. research update failed recently.

  I suggest you try to update the video card drivers from the Web site of the manufacturer of the computer or from Windows Update and check if it works for you.
