  Hello..

  So my computer is EXTREMELY slow and does not even begin to start a backup of my hard drive... The hard drive is a little old, and I wear my computers, so I have a little idea that he would not soon respect... I want to back up the drive, so can I make sure that I have all my information.  Unfortunately, Time Machine won't back up on my external; and the only time where he beat the "preparation" he says: it would take 15 days. !!! 15 days, I don't have the time!

  It indicates the size of the backup disk is too small.  But I'm sure that's not.  I removed some files to be sure of sufficient space on the backup.

  EtreCheck is only the backup is too small, because it can not find the size and zero byte is smaller than anything else. I wouldn't worry about it. Trying to extract information about Time Machine is a bit like black magic. Sometimes it works everything simply.

  It is an older machine and has not been updated recently. (Just an observation - I tell you NOT to date). When did start behaving badly? Were there any particular action that happened at the same time? You have a lot of 3rd party system changes, including some software to "clean up". I've never seen some of the software that you have.

  I went on facebook and clicked on a quiz and then out of no where then a screen I showed my "My Computer" and telling me that my C and D (recovery drive) are infected by virus about 345 and spam etc. as well as a program no doubt Web Page-with a yellow logo was picking up the virus (I think). I panicked and close it and then a box just 'web Page' wants me to install an application, so I just cancel it.

  Quickly, I used my software Norton 360 and it detected cookies, and nothing more. I opened my application and all apparently be running OK as far as I could tell. So, what should I do? If I let it be. ?

  I asked the hp tech guy and he said I have better backup and recover? But it looks and works very well. The program "web Page? or was something authentic and really detected the virus.

  Install MBAM free, run the program and go to the update tab and update, then go to the tab scan and do a quick scan, select and delete everything it finds.

  I recently had to buy a new hard drive for my Advent 5431. I had a Toshiba MK1652GSX 160 GB and have now bought a Samsung Spinpoint 250 GB.

  Having bought my computer PC World/The Tech guys it did not come with an installation CD, so I bought one on eBay.

  Anyhoo, I was wondering if after replacing the hard drive and the installation of vista, I said I have to install the drivers.

  Search for drivers updated, BIOS, software control (if any) and others that you can find in the
  Sites of the manufacturer the manufacturer of the device or system.

  This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

  For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
  Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.

  Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model

  Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

  Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
  presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
  in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
  necessary.

  Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check manually
  by model.

  Whenever I want to open a SWF file at home, I just double click it and open it in Adobe Flash Player (Adobe Flash Player 10.0 r22) and I have no problem!

  However, when I'm at school I have to run in Internet Explorer, the file SWF, Adobe Flash Player IS installed, but the SWF files are opened directly, they are opened in Internet Explorer.

  At home

  If I right click on a SWF file at home and select 'Open with', and then "choose default program...". ", Adobe Flash Player is already there under the name" Adobe Flash Player 10.0 r22 ", so I can select the default value. (On my laptop at home)

  At the school

  In school, so go to "Open with", then "choose default program... ", Adobe Flash Player IS NOT there, only Internet Explorer and other programs in the box of other programs. (On my laptop to school)

  The standard Flash Player is a browser add-on and not a standalone player.  So what in fact opens when you open a SWF file at home?  Flash Player projector?

  If so, you must also download in your school, to http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html, then make the file association.

  I downloaded Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Shockwave Player to play some swf files that I downloaded.  These files still say that Windows cannot open them well and I don't know why.  I tried to uninstall reinstall etc, but the computer doesn't seem to know that the Flash Player is.

  are you clicking on the swf or html file?

  If you want to run the SWF on its own then you will need the Flash Player standalone (you can get it here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html).

  If you want to run in the browser, and then drag the swf file (or use the file/open command) in a browser window.

  The scene is black [#000000] for the http://www.bowzerbird.com/index2.html and a more dark blue for the homepage. BUT, BUT, BUT! So, it appears white! So, I created a black JPG file in Photoshop and imported it into the Flash file and placed on the bottom layer. First exported it ftped to the net and still, no reason black back, as such, appears white.   Another interesting phenomenon, when I saw the Flash of the Flash in IE or Firefox file, it turns out perfectly. However, when I ftp changes [after import file in Dreamweaver, save etc.].   I never changed anything until I noticed recently [about a month] ago held the WHITE phenomenon with these files. For now, I'm just experimenting with this one SWF file that on the http://www.bowzerbird.com/index2.html.
  It seems that it affects of the SWF file with either a dark background OR black back ground: when I say at bottom, I mean the stage has been set on a dark background or dark [#000000].
  
  The pages were fine until about a month ago. So I tried the experiences above (ie. Black JPG for the layer of background etc.).
  
  There are a few new updates in IE and Firefox that changed how the files Flash now «see» But it is strange that when I preview the Dreamweaver with Flash SWF files in IE and Firefox before I their ftp on the Net, they consider perfectly!
  
  Please help, no one has responded to this question. So I thought I would include enough details to help you to better discern the problem.
  
  The advice I got about "SWFObject and JS Flash Player detection" were not the answer. It has to do with changes in browsers recently, and I need to know what to do with Flash files when exported in SWF to change something. I always use Flash 2004MX sorry that I'm not aware. I only know what it is!

  Now the work begins. I have to change all the code in the Flash file in DW.
